The onion rings were absolutely salted perfect good portion left the ranch that came with them would order those in a heartbeat. Same with the pretzel bites. The pretzel bites were nice and warm and fluffy. Love the cheese sauce the fried cheese, courage you just never can go wrong with those you can dip them in their marinara and the ranch and the cheese sauce. It don't matter they're good no matter how you eat the cheeseburgers. Nothing really spectacular. They weren't as juicy as other Culver's. I've had the chicken sandwich lacked and seasoning, but had a good size hunk of chicken between the bread our service it took forever, but I think it's because they were making everything fresh because it came out piping hot would run by this Culver's again. read more

Culver's is a good place to stop on the way to the beach if you're looking for fast food that's better than the ordinary. The restaurant is clean and the service is quite prompt. The menu is more varied than most fast food spots as well. Don't want fries? Try the cheese curds or pretzel bites with cheese dipping sauce. Don't feel like a burger? Have a fish fry or Reuben instead. And they serve real old fashioned frozen custard instead of ice cream. Really good quick spot for the family! read more

The best ice cream in town. Hands down! I will drive here for my caramel cashew sundae when I'm in the mood for a treat. Employees are friendly and I generally receive great service. My order has been messed up a few times which I didn't realize until I've gotten home so now I check it before I leave. Otherwise all is well. read more

Very polite and helpful. As this was my first time visiting Culver's, I had a lot of questions. The cashier was patient and took time to politely answer them all. The restaurant was clean including the bathrooms and drink prep area. The chili cheese fries minus the chili is a few cents cheaper than the medium fries with a side cup of cheddar sauce. The fries were crispy and flavorful. The lemon ice drinks were not too sweet and very refreshing for a hot summer day. The side salad was a bit more dolled up than other fast food restaurants by including croutons, cheese, cucumber and tomatoes. Culver's really hit the spot today, good job! read more

Always a good fail safe plan when on a road-trip. The food is always good and the service is usually quick. We received our food served hot and ready to devour. The chicken strips are so good that I didn't need any sauce for dipping, but the staff did forget my request for bbq sauce. That was our only complaint. read more

The mushroom and swiss is really good. The meat has a real cast iron cooked in delicious grease flavor. I also had an Oreo milk Shake. It's now my favorite way to eat Oreo's. I've loved every Culver's I've been to- and this location is no different! With it's recent opening, the Auburn location is admittedly packed, regardless of when you go, but the service holds up as well as it can. The Culver's menu is fantastic, with fast food offerings that are unique among its peers- from butterburgers, to cheese curds, to their famous custards. It's right in that sweet spot between Auburn and Opelika, and I highly recommend you visit if you live in Auburn or are passing through! read more

I really liked Culver's. It's fast food, yes, but with a difference. I placed my order and paid at the counter and then the server brought it to my table! This is rare for fast food. I had the mushroom and Swiss single butterburger and it was great! Hot, fresh, flavorful. The fries were crinkle cut and crispy. I got a scoop of the ice cream flavor of the day, caramel cashew, and it too was great! My friend got the cod sandwich with coleslaw. It was a large piece of fish, in fact, it was more than she could eat! The staff was helpful and patient. The restaurant was clean and airy. This is the worst customer experienced I have ever had. I took my Grandbaby out last night for ice cream waited 30 minutes for ice cream that was paid for but never receive. After watching other customers come in after us received their food I finally went to the counter to ask for a manager so I could get a refund ask for the 1-800 number he said he didn't know it. I am a restaurant leader and I know better. I notice that we were the only black family in there maybe we didn't belong and I'm fine with that but I wish they would have told us before we order our food because we didn't get any apology just was told when he gave the number that it will only come back to them.The manager said his name was Logan read more

Service is great. Was great to try something different other than the normal fast food. We tried their spicy crispy Chicken sandwich with large fries, Atlantic cod filet, and chicken tenders. I am so disappointed I Culver's today. I have eaten there many times and I have always loved it but not today. I ordered my burger well done and when I received it unfortunately it was a little under done. I sent it back and asked for one that was cooked more and my request was not only met with a cold non caring response but when I received the second burger it was still not cooked well so I just gave up. I was looking for something to eat after the Central and IMG game on 9/23 and Culver's was my choice. The only disappointment was with myself. When I attend games I make it my business to leave my cards at home and this is exactly what I did this night. Not realizing my mistake until I pulled away from ordering. Needless to say I'm embarrassed at this point to get to the window to pay (or no pay). Ms. Natalie (Cashier) was very sweet before and after I told her my dilemma. She told me she would speak to the manager. Oh did I mentioned by this time I called my husband to bring his card since he was close by, but the problem was we had 5 minutes before closing and there were still people in the drive through line behind me. nevertheless the manager comes to the register and was very generous and gave me the food free of charge. Still feeling bad about the situation Ms. Natalie assured me it was ok. Unfortunately I did not get the manager's name, but to her and Ms. Natalie THANK you both for your professionalism and generosity!! With all that being said the food was great as always! We LOVE Culver's & their food & service. However, during this pandemic & with #s spiking and a mask order, we were disappointed to see no notice asking people to wear masks upon entering. Also, a majority of the staff kept pulling their masks down. The person taking our order, had her mask completely pulled down while taking our order. C'mon! Sadly, this wouldn't be my choice to go eat. The only reason I am giving it 3 stars is because of the front of house service. The young lady at the register was super helpful and patient, smiled the whole time and did her job to the best of her ability. Everyone in the front of house was smiling, and efficiently working. I was excited considering it was my first time. After about 20 mins, I finally got my food. Something told me to check my food. I got a burger with lettuce, tomato, and mushrooms. Wow was I disappointed. There was maybe 4 or 5 mushrooms, the patties were paper thin, and it didn't have lettuce on there.. 3 toppings.. and they missed one. And the patties, they literally were so thing that, I'm sorry, could barely taste it.. I was really disappointed. It was a $7 burger... and I got mostly buns for the flavor. Fries were soggy and cold. The only thing I will be back for is the frozen treats. Tasty and lots of flavors to choose from. Unfortunately, no matter how excited people are about Culver's opening in Phenix City, i probably wouldn't go back. It's over priced for the amount of food you get. read more

Not the best. Not the cheapest. My fish dinner was a fish stick I could have put in the oven myself. The chili was super greasy and had to much bell pepper for my taste.
