I'm here for a week and this is my second amazing lunch here (and I highly recommend their Build Yo Poke restaurant, too). You literally can make limitless combos to have your salad exactly as you want. All dressings are made in-house, which is pretty impressive. You can order a rice bowl with ingredients, too. The portions are beyond generous (a small salad would be considered large elsewhere) and the array of ingredients and toppings is exceptional. On my first visit, I ordered a small spinach salad with grilled salmon. As toppings, I added chopped red onion, shredded carrot, pineapple, mandarin oranges, blueberries, chopped strawberries, chopped beet, blue cheese, sliced avocado, dried cranberries with their in house made raspberry vinaigrette. It was literally one of the most delicious salads I've ever had. I was so stuffed from the generous portion that I didn't need dinner. On my second visit, I got a veggie wrap with grilled chicken, chickpeas, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, shredded carrot, blue cheese, sliced avocado. I got the in-house buttermilk ranch dressing on the side (and ended up not using it-sandwich was amazing without it). I was asked if I wanted chicken warmed (I didn't) and I was amazed at the skill of the preparer who was able to tightly wrap the ginormous quantity of ingredients into the wrap and halve it. I only ate half my sandwich so I have lunch for tomorrow. Win-win. The black cherry tarragon soda was so good as was the Italian lemon soda. Their soups sounded great as did their desserts. The staff was so friendly and helpful. (Don't forget to tip!) The tvs on the walls show cool food art being made. I'd come here and their Poke place at least twice a week for lunch if I lived locally. Prices are extremely reasonable for quality and quality of food. read more

I have been so excited about this place opening! It took me a little bit before I could finally visit and check it out. However, on my visit they had a great line of people waiting to order. They also had someone fully dedicated to making online orders. The place was busy! When ordering the small salad is plenty for a meal. The regular salad is larger and could easily be split by two! The toppings are plentiful with lots of great choices and everything seemed clean and fresh. The only downfall for me was the customer service. No one here is smiling or gave off a vibe of being happy to serve you. In fact I felt like it was more of a chore for the person who put my salad together to do so. I look forward to visiting again as my salad was absolutely delicious. This is a place Columbus truly needed and is thriving exactly as it should be! read more

Don't skip this place. I drove by so many times and kept wanting to try it. When I did go, I was pleased with the the variety, quantity and quality of the food. Discovery of this wonderful restaurant was a delight! My sister & I dropped by & ordered small salads & being able to pick the combination of ingredients was new & wonderful! We met the manager /owner Hadi & He was so cordial and friendly . He was so kind & told us of another business connected to his & we plan to check it out! ( Build you own Poke) I have health issues, I don't get " out" to eat very often. This is a great place. We stopped in expecting it to still be Mediterranean pita, but it's changed to a glorious salad bar. Tell the server what you want from the very wide selection of leafy base, vegetables and fruits and protein if you like. The 'small' size salad was very large and filling. We will be back! read more

Way OVERPRICED.. over $40 for 2 people to eat regular salads and two drinks. The salads were decent sizes, but all the toppings were small portions. The chicken (which was an extra $3) was tiny, hard, and tasted old. The salad tasted very bland and basic, despite putting various toppings on it. Could have made the equivalent at home. I was expecting this great and wonderful salad... nope. A Zaxby's Zalad is way better, and gives much more protein. (And cheaper!) After looking at the menu more after leaving, you're better off ordering a premade bowl. That way you get the same for less $$ There were no other customers when we went in at lunch time. I truly hope the owner of this establishment sees this review. Jaylin was an incredible salad artist, made multiple recommendations, and was extremely kind during our visit. We 100% will be coming back primarily for the service but I do want to mention how fresh the salad bar was! I have not found a better salad bar in Columbus yet! 100% recommend! read more

Visiting from Dallas and I was craving a fresh salad. Searched Google and Build Yo Salad popped up. Arrived at 8:45p (they close at 9p) and was greeted with 10a customer service. The employees even went and grab fresh lettuce and other things for us even though they was about to close. Hands down the best fresh salad in Georgia. And they are generous with the dressings.
