Went here on Wednesday March 19th 2025 with my mom to get some food for dinner. Parked, found a spot easily, walked in and decided what to order. After we knew what we wanted, we went to the cashier. I ordered the Deluxe Chicken sandwich meal with a chocolate shake, and my mom ordered the same thing, with some of their nuggets. Cashier was very friendly while taking our order, and we found out later, that he was training-- anyways, we paid via credit card. After we paid we were handed a green benchmark for the others to know where we were sitting to bring our food out. We sat down at a table. Restaurant was very clean. Food was brought out to the table. We also asked for Chick-Fil-A sauce extra as the cashier was training and didn't ask. We got our sauce, too and ate. I'm kinda new to the rewards for chick-fil-a, so I believe I told the lady that was taking my order I had a reward, and I will admit I didn't know exactly how it worked, I thought when they scanned the phone with the reward on it they would know. When I pulled up to the window I checked the bag and I didn't get the reward. I kindly ask the Young lady what happened and she explained it to me like I was 5 with a horrible attitude. I genuinely wasn't upset about the reward missing and I wasn't looking for free food but I wanted to know how to prevent this in the future, and I was treated horribly for a mistake. read more

So talk about it being their pleasure, yeah nowadays it's their pleasure to give you cold stale food. I can't tell you the last time my food was warm when I went there. Let's not forget the lady handing me food with an attitude because I accidentally switched lanes. Then I call thinking Chick-fil-A will do more than most. After spending 25 dollars on trash, She says "thank you for your feedback, now we won't do this again. Anything else?" Um. Nothing? No refund. No coupons. No suggesting I go get new food. Nothing. My wife and I stopped here on the way to Charleston. We need a Chick-fil-A at least once a week, if not more and this is the first time in years that we have ever gotten very poor quality food at a Chick-fil-A. To start, the drink was the wrong drink. She had asked for a diet Coke and received regular Coke. The chicken breast she orders everytime for breakfast was overcooked, dry and mostly uncoated. Her hash browns arrived missing about half of the order. It's sad, but we expect poor quality from some of the other fast food chains but not from Chick-fil-A. This was a true disappointment and a waste of money and time. I did not take pictures of my order, but I ordered the chicken breakfast burrito with grilled chicken and no hash browns. The chicken in mine might as well have been cardboard as it was so overcooked it was dry. The cheese was not melted and it was lukewarm to the touch. I do not recommend this location. Ordered a $460 catering order a week prior to when it was needed. I received confirmation through email of this order with the receipt. The day of my order I called the restaurant about an hour before just to confirm the correct address etc. Alexis told me "oh I was about to call you, we can't have that at the time promised it will be atleast 45 min late. I work as a sales rep and have a set time with my clients for lunch and unfortunately this was a high priority lunch. Do not trust this location for anything important, as I have used catering with other restaurants with zero issues. She seemed very bothered that I was upset and provided nothing to make the issue better. If I could give zero stars I would. She then promised my order would leave to be delivered at 11am and it's 11:17 and my order still has not left the store. Extremely frustrated is an understatement!!!!! read more

Ordered ice cream cones at drive thru and the extra person standing outside the window handing your food to you (which I'm not quite sure why they need this at a drive thru) did not hold the cone by the sanitary paper wrap, but had their hand all around the top bare cone. My husband and I had the pleasure of trying out this Chick-fil-A a few days ago. It was not our first time there, but it had been several years. We don't eat that much fast food, and usually get Five Guys when we're in that kind of mood :). That day, we had just left Popeye's after standing in line for 20 minutes without success (just something we were checking out because of a YouTube video we saw :)), so decided to give it a try at Chick-fil-A. The first thing we noticed at the drive through was that there was a nice lady with an iPad there to attend to our order. Since there were three of us, the woman followed us down the drive through lane while each of us decided, I guess sending each item through as we told her, so no hold up at an order window - nice :). At the pickup window, there was a friendly gentleman there who seemed to be the manager, because he was checking with us to see how long the order process took. He chatted with us amiably during the minute it took for us to get our food. We were very happy with the sandwiches (spicy chicken version), but even more impressed and pleased with the speed and quality of the service. So i went to chick fil a in Conway and this lady named Ruth made my Frosted Caramel Coffee and it literally look like throw up. I could not even drink it because it looks so clumpy. Drive thru is super slow. Sooooo slow. Food is good, as always. Didn't go inside so can't tell you about the cleanliness.

Issue with Chick-fil-A they are overpriced and burger always is wet and soggy. Employees are nice but they use to have lemon pie cheesecake and fine away with it. read more

I'm usually a fan of chick fil a even at their busiest times but today I wasn't. First we had to wait forever in line and when we finally got to order from a sweet girl named Jasmine, right in the middle of us ordering, a manager I guess (thin woman with a hair bun) crams a tray of food at Jasmine and has her deliver it. Hello, I'm a customer too and we weren't finished. Shouldn't there be runners for that when you're busy? Needless to say Jasmine couldn't find the people so she came back after multiple rounds in the dining area. While she's trying to explain this to the woman with a bun, we're standing there waiting to finish our order when another employee comes by and tells us to sit down. The employees don't really pay attention to you and when they do they try to just get done with everything as soon as possible, don't listen to everything you have to say and don't listen to anything you have to say and not observant of you when you need help. Normally I have nothing but praise for Chick Fila especially this particular location. However, I have over the last few months I have noticed that the quality of the food preparation and the customer service by the employees has taken a down spiral. Until recently I do not remember ever having go back to straighten out an order due to it being prepared incorrectly or something being left out. I visit this location at least 3 to 4 times a week. Ever Saturday morning I either take my grandsons inside or use the drive through for chicken minis. My usual Saturday morning order is never less than 7 to 10 of the 4-count chicken minis with sides and drinks. Of the last 4 Saturday morning visits there has been 3 different times that I have had problems with my order. Saturday #1 ..... I used the drive through sat in line approx. 15 mins, placed my order and asked for 2 boxes of the chicken minis to be very well done, received my order and when I got home found all of the food was prepared the same ..... and by the way the chicken in the minis was barely browned very under cooked. Saturday # 2 .... I was in a rush with my grandsons having stayed the night and used the drive though because I was not dressed to go in. I had a really large order and so I began checking my order as soon as it was handed to me. However, I realized that the person at the window was wanting me to pull away so the line could move so I pulled into a park. Upon checking my order I found I was shorted 2 boxes of chicken mini and an apple juice. So dressed or not I go inside stood in line told them my problem tried to show the lady my receipt but she never looked at it or me for that matter. She hurriedly handed me a bag and saud "next person in line please". I stopped at the end of the counter and checked my bag and there was no apple juice. So I go right back to the same person ...... still no acknowledgement from them she just handed me a juice and I walked away. But today's visit was the last straw...... I sat in line for over 16 mins got yo the box to place my order at 10:30 exactly and said 5 of your 4-count chicken minis and orange juice please. In return the girl said, we are serving lunch now, I said oh please I sat in line 15 mins and it is exactly 10:30 and I can't get any chicken minis and she just replied back " sorry, we are now serving the lunch menu". The car ahead of me got chicken minis but I was too late. After thinking about this as I drove home I decided to call back, spoke to an Asst Manager named Jeff, and he made it worse.
