It's chicken and fries, how is it possible to be so slow!? I've visited other locations out of state that usually keep the line moving at a pretty good pace, the ones in Southern Louisiana seem to suffer from a serious lack of urgency. Even more disappointing than the wait is the food. The chicken is ok, but not worth $5+ for a few small chicken nuggets or almost $10 for a chicken sandwich. If that doesn't give you motivation to visit the drive thru is a total cluster F. It's a giant loop with cones, curbs, and no clear entrance or organization to how it's setup. If you're desperate for chicken go for it, but not worth it in my opinion. read more

Chick-Fil-A is one of the better fast food restaurants. Every location I have ever been too is kept spotlessly clean and staffed with friendly employees. This location is no different. I finally ate inside after several trips through the drive-thru and was very happy with my experience. I opted for a grilled chicken sandwich with waffle fries. Both were cooked perfectly. The sandwich was juicy and actually had taste, which is more than I can say for most places. The waffle fries were soft, but not greasy. One thing that sets Chick-Fill-A apart is their healthier choices. They offer many grilled items if you're trying to eat healthier. One item of note is that all Chick-Fill-A locations are closed on Sundays due to the founders religious beliefs. read more

The only issue with THIS particular chic fil a is the fact that they pre-make their grilled cool wraps and refuse to change the grilled chicken to friend chicken. Sadly this chick-fil-a doesn't hold themselves up to it and just offers mediocre service. I order 20 nuggets along with other things and I'm given tenders with the other stuff I ordered. I order a variety of sauces just to receive half of what I asked for. I only asked for 12 sauces. It's 3 people eating, 4 sauces each for nuggets, fries, and sandwiches, but sadly we just get 6 sauces. Lastly, why sit down outside while there is a line? If a break is needed, take it inside out of view. I wouldn't bother with this chick fil a if your from out of town. The service will most likely be way below what your used to in your home state. read more

What's not to like at the place that invented the chicken sandwich. Always great service here. Usually it's a bunch of kids that have manners like Wally and the Beave. I've never heard one say "You're welcome"...always "My pleasure". Every time I get something from there it's always prepared fresh and fast. Never a complaint. Simply cannot day enough about the landscaping at this location. I am camera ready every time we go through the drive thru! Absolutely gorgeous! Yes, we are in the South where a piece of rebar would grow if you planted it. Even the line in the at lunch goes fast as two employees our outside. I love Chick-fi-A! I would ask that less green apples be in the fruit cup, but that's nothing to complain about. Fresh flowers, clean bathrooms if you do go inside. I've only ever been through the drive thru. But, the speed is awesome. Even with a long line, it usually takes about 10 minutes. The quality is the same here as other locations. I got the chicken nugget value meal as that is the easiest to eat while driving. There is a play area indoors so your kiddos can expend all of their pent up energy for awhile. Not too easy to get out and in the right direction for the highway, but good enough. I do like the options to eat healthier as well. read more

Four stars for being consistently better than Cane's and probably the majority of other fast food restaurants. Would be a more solid four if they offered cheese on their fries. The staff was very rude and grouchy, they seemed to be more concerned about their friends in the restaurant. Our orders came out wrong too. The place was dirty, tables nasty, and food on floor. Love the frozen lemonade & the I additional items on the menu. The bad news is the drive thru. The employees out in the heat shouldn't have to control traffic. As I had my lunch I watched the line go from bad to worse. The biggest issue seems to be the drivers being oblivious to anyone behind them. Maybe you could have signs on stantions or the employees taking the orders "ask" them to please pull "all the way up to the car in front of them". I love chickfila but this locations service is very poor. Food was great, but not very accommodating. Service was fair. I asked for a very small request of only strawberries in my fruit cup and the cashier said let me look and see if I can do that, she looks down to her screen and says no. I've eaten at chickfila's across the nation and have never had a problem, like seriously couldn't she have asked her manager??? I'm wondering how they would accommodate someone with allergies. To make it worse, my husband asked if they can make a hazelnut iced coffee and again a refusal to meet a customers request. My husband was a certified trainer opening chickfila stores and knows for sure that these requests are frequent. Might want to reconsider meeting your customers needs a little better. read more
