One of the worse canes I've ever been to. They always forget part of my order whether by door dash or in person. Much of time time I don't realize the things are missing until I'm either already home or it's been sent. Tonight I ordered almost 65 dollars worth of food-ordered extra 5 toasts. As fast food goes, Raising Cane's is one of the best. This is the newest location in the area and has not been open very long. Even though it is new the staff is very friendly and professional. Raising Cane's main item is their chicken fingers. Apparently they only use fresh chicken tenders and cook the item to order. On this visit our tenders were cooked perfectly and tasted great. Our sides were fries, cole slaw and Texas toast. The fries are of the crinkle cut variety and are good. In my opinion all cole slaw is disgusting, but my dining companions enjoyed it. One minor issue is that everything they offer is fried. If your looking for something healthy, you may want to try somewhere else. read more

I used to love Cane's and ate there at least once a week. I tolerated the price increases, but the size of the chicken tenders has gotten ridiculously small. At first I thought it may have been a bad day, but it's been this way for the last dozen times I've visited. In addition, they don't drain the grease from the chicken before they serve it. So I have never eaten at a Raising cane's before today. This location just opened this past weekend. Close to my work, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered the 3 Finger Combo. This combo. comes with three chicken fingers, crinkle cut French fries and a slice of buttered toast for $5.99 + tax. The chicken was hot and fresh, like they advertise. Both the chicken and the fries were crispy. The Cane's sauce that is hyped in every commercial was pretty good. For my beverage, I chose the sweet iced tea which was very delicious. Three cups later, I was heading to the restroom when I arrived back at work. The dining room has lots of tables and booths lining the outside walls. Should be able to seat 20-30 people easily. Lots of movie posters decorate the wall along with photos and narratives explaining some of the history of the restaurant and the dog seen on the commercials. I arrived a little after 11:30, just before the lunch rush. I was greeted promptly and only waited about 4-5 minutes for my food to be delivered. Not too bad considering it was cooked to order. The parking lot is off to the right if you plan to dine in. When you pull in, you are funneled into the drive thru lane if you miss the turn to the parking lot. My only complaint is that it seems a little pricey for the amount that you get. I suppose someone has to pay for all that advertising. read more

Ordered Naked Fingers from Mandeville location today. On keto diet so, no breading. The fingers were about 1/3 the size of the regular fried counterparts. I mentioned this as I opened the box. The RC employee said "Yeah that's why we have you an extra one". When I got back to work and started to eat I found the naked fingers to be very chewy. And worse I noticed a curly hair wrapped around and cooked into one of the pieces of chicken! I called RC and told a woman who identified herself as the manager, my issue. I told her I would be coming by after work for a full refund, considering 1) the HAIR 2)the small size(yet same price) of the strips and 3) the chewiness. I don't have anything bad to say about Raising Cane's. I've eaten here a couple times now. There drive through service is extremely fast. Love the chicken strips and the sauce. Coleslaw and fries are good and who doesn't love texas toast? I think it's just a tad pricey. That would be my only negative. read more

Look canes chicken is fresh and has a lot of flavor and juice. The only thing about canes is the texas toast and fries. I mean the fries are good and the texas toast is to die for but some times for me the bread is kind of cold and under cooked. The other thing about canes is that the chicken is a little over priced for a box with only like the 3 or six box. I really don't understand the appeal of these places, but I do feel compelled to let others know what to expect, cause the "hype" will leave you wanting much more than you'll get in the styrofoam container they give you. The chicken literally had no flavor, ZERO, and it is greasssssssy! It's basically a requirement that you use a gallon of their Canes sauce (a mixture of mayonnaise, ketchup and some spices) if you want to get any flavor from the meal, want more of the coveted sauce? You'll pay .25 for another oz or two. As for prices, you'll pay quite a bit for a couple of chicken fingers, frozen (not fresh cut) crinkle fries, and some lightly buttered bread. If this place could learn how to season chicken and cut back on the grease factor it would be amazing, until then it's highly overrated and overpriced! read more

I ain't never been more disappointed in canes in my entire life. First of all, there Texas toast machine was broke and that's the main reason I go there. If I wanted just chicken I would've taken my fat ass to Popeyes. Well my friend gets his food and while I'm waiting for my food other people start getting there's. Finally 15 minutes go by I walk up there and ask them where my order is and the girl goes "oh your order must've fell through the crack" let me go check on it. Well they finally get my order ready and my friend already ate his and used the bathroom by the time I got mine so I got it to go. I asked for some ketchup, and apparently they're out of that too. I don't know who orders their weekly trucks but how do you run out of ketchup. Well we finally get to my workplace and I'm about to dig in on my food and these people forgot my extra canes sauce that they charged me for. Hi, I enjoy the chicken but what's the deal with the mini strips they look like large chicken nuggets instead of strips! I have to have two instead of one! And double the price! Sometimes we used to get a small and larger one but these were extra small! I'm disappointed!
