We had to take our pup to the Petsmart so we stopped to get our favorites from Wendy's. I absolutely LOVE the Dave's Triple burger. I usually just get the burger cuz it's quite big, and my man got a double stack and a baconator. Halfway through my burger, I started thinking "Why does it taste so bland?" I finished it, obvi, because I was hungry and it's not cheap, lol, but even he said his burgers were pretty bland tasting. That's not a usual thing when we go to our regular Wendy's off of Florida St here in Mandeville. It's just my belief that if there's something wrong you should say something or else nobody knows and can't address the issue to rectify it, so... here I am. The thin mint chocolate Frosty they have was the bomb.com tho! Still better than Mcdonalds, just hope yall figure out why the burgers were bland. Don't get how you can't give a 0 star review, but this place is awful. Took 3 tries to order at the speaker and then went around to the window and had to re-order. Of course they got the order wrong. Employees were screaming at each other and about to throw hands. Let's just say, they were too worried about each other than their customers (10 cars left, I would have too, but already ordered). If I didn't have a sick wife at home who insisted on a baked potato, I would have left after the first 45 minutes. Place needs to close down already, the community would applaud. read more

Two words of advice. Don't go! Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Poorly staffed and who was there was poorly trained. Ordered a chicken wrap at drive-through. Twenty minutes later no sandwich with no idea as to when it would be done. Expressed my dissatisfaction and left. Too bad. Lots to learn there. Needs better management! read more

picked up a "quick" dinner after getting home from a 6 hour road trip. The challenged order taker took an exorbitantly long time to find a Jr bacon cheeseburger . I was due $.22 change, and all they had was pennies. No nickels or quarters, dimes. No paper in the register, so no receipt. The double with lettuce, mayo and cheese has lettuce, cheese and a tomato. Took WAY too long for such a simple order, and I'll never go back. read more

One star is too much for this place. We passed by on our way to Texas. They had no ketchup and no napkins. They only had sticky, dirty lil ketchup bags and when I asked for clean ones the employee was super rude and said "that's all we have". I had to go to the restroom and washed them. There's no way I was going to let my kids open the ketchup all dirty. Worst fast food experience. read more

It's rare that when I eat out I eat fast food, but my go to spot is usually Wendy's simply because of its promise, "Fresh, Never Frozen." Great food. This location I definitely enjoyed visiting because the fountain drink machine was NOT out of my favorite beverage, Fanta Strawberry. read more

If you think of going to this Wendy's because it is on your way home or whatever DONT! This is the worst Wendy's in the area! They always take forever. There is always a huge line in the drive through. And NOT ONCE have they gotten my order right EVER. I asked for a kids meal. They gave me TWO FRIES AND A TOY. The sweet tea tasted ROTTEN. I also ordered a biggie bag. Every other Wendy's has given me a bacon burger with everything on it ( lettuce, tomato, etc.) I got two pieces of bacon and less than a dime sized amount of mustard. NOTHING ELSE! And I waited in the drive through for 30 minutes with 2 cars in front of me. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT ORDERING A POTATO. I ask every time if they have one and they never do. Just skip this Wendy's and drive a little further. SERVICE SUCKS. The girl literally throws the bag at you EVERY TIME. I won't be wasting my money here ever again. read more

The drive through was blocked with a big tractor trailer truck unloading, which made it difficult to drive around. I wish I hadn't gone inside to order because the floors were very slick, like greasy mop water had been used and I had to brace myself to walk safely. There were no "wet floor" signs out. I mentioned the slick floors to two employees and they didn't even acknowledge that I spoke to them. After I received my order I asked for a small cup for water and the guy who took my order handed me the cup that was sitting in front of him, with his fingers grasping the cup on the rim.. so of course I didn't want to drink from that cup. After I got to my car, I was sitting there for a minute to eat before getting back on the road and the guy who was on his break spoke to me through my window, calling me "baby doll" and asked if I smoked cigarettes. I'm a 45 year old reverend... and the man called me "baby doll". And why would you ask a customer if they smoked cigarettes, was he going to ask me for one? This had to be the most unprofessional place I've been in in a very long time and will not be returning. read more

For a fast food chain, this place delivers good product. Fresh meats, a wide variety of drinks and a couple healthy options. This location, like many, you have to request fresh fries. I find that less than adequate. They slightly make up for that with friendly, fast service and seriously the coolest drink dispenser ever. read more

Five star for fast food. Great meal, the Gouda burger is outstanding!!! Also try that sriracha sauce on the nuggets, very nice spice. Store is clean and the crew was very friendly. That's the reason this Wendy's is still open and the other one closed. Very well done, thank you! read more

The food was normal and the speed was good but what I'd like to comment on is the crew. We stoped by before a long car trip. Normally my kids don't care about kids meal toys but they have been loving the interlocking buildings with the tiny people that Wendy's offered this month. My daughter really wanted the pet shop, and although I don't like being that mom, I asked if they happened to have one. Not only did they dig and find the right toy, the Wendy's crew did so with a smile and a great attitude. It was so nice to have cheerful service and they even wished us a safe trip. Worst fast food place I've been to in recent memory. The store is beautiful, newly remodeled. That's where the positive remarks end. The crew is a complete joke, they pre closed the two coke machines at 8pm, couldn't get a two person order right twice. I wish I could've been the guy in the drive thru who said screw this and drove off. And we waited 20 minutes for a double combo and a fish sandwich combo. The saddest part? They had 6 or 7 people at stations "working" with only myself in the lobby and 2 cars in the drive thru. read more

the service was awful. they told us our price in the drive through which didn't add up and question it a couple times. when we got our food we were missing 2 fries, nuggets, straws ,and the sauce we specifically asked for. the drink wasn't even full. we corrected them and asked for our fries and they put them in a bag. when we drove off we realized they still left out an order of fries. they had plenty of people working. read more

Its Wendy's, never changes regardless of the location. The baconator I need it, daily ....one recommendation cook your fries a little longer

I'd really like to try some of the newer items being offered at this store but unless you have them memorized before getting there, you're gonna have to stick with a single and fries (at least if it's after dark) because, you see, the store owner/managers simply cannot be bothered to fix the lighting on the drive up menu marquee. Last nite this four panel marquee was entirely blacked out...not a single light working. And it stays this way month in month out. In the six or so times I've been to this location over the past year it has NEVER worked properly. But, at least, somebody took the trouble yesterday to post a handwritten sign by the take out mic to let us know that the credit card scanners were out so cash only. This whole situation reeks of a "...we couldn't care less..." attitude and is utterly disrespectful to the customer. I never fail to mention this problem at the pick up window but, obviously, to no avail. read more
