I absolutely hate this location. It's so hit or miss with the service. On two separate occasions my order was wrong and the kids working in the drive thru were rude. It's chick fil a so the food is good enough. But, the Kale crunch salad is always drowned in dressing. I guess they feel I need to eat more fried food because even when requesting grilled chicken I'm given fried EVERY TIME. The dining Inn customer experience here is horrible. I should've expected that when I walked in here at 8:30 PM and no one was inside except for two tables. The tables inside the establishment was filthy. The restrooms garbage can was filled. There were no paper towels inside of the men's restroom so I unfortunately had to use my coat in order to open the door and use napkins from the dining room area the bone on my sandwich was un toasted with extra butter on an untoasted bun. You can imagine what that experience was like when I asked for a refund the manager on duty just handed the young lady the card to swipe the refund, but didn't even bother to ask me what was wrong with my meal or if there was anything he could do to replace it don't come to this location within two hours close to close and expect exceptional customer experience if I were you and I were in the area I would recommend you go to the location off of 138 read more

I came to chic fil la 2 weeks ago and asked for honey butter on the side & i recieved it. I came again this morning and asked for honey butter on the side & was told they dont do it anymore unless I purchase mini bites. They we're being extremely rude because we were not told til after we got our food about the honey butter. I feel as they couldve came in a nicer manner & i will not be coming back. One was indian with a bun, another lady was a manager with a black mask with brown braids. The lightskin lady was the nicest one. Y'all give these folks a few weeks before they get to the chickyla standard. Super slow. Lots of new folks who don't know what they are doing or cannot stay focused enough to properly fulfill and order. I think this is a solid CFA, 4.5 stars. The food is great, almost always great service. They give lots of sauces, and are fast. The only reason I take a half star off is because I'm used to excellent service at CFA, they could bump it up a notch (sometimes drive through are very disengaged and don't want to go above and beyond). This location gives chick fil a, a bad name. No matter how you request your food to be made they do the exact opposite. Horrible customer service. They won't answer the phone or call you back. I've requested fresh food numerous times on to ask at the window AGAIN and the manager at breakfast on 12/7/23 assured it was made fresh only to have stale cold food. I mobile order from thE Salem Bridge CFA at least once a week, frequently more than once. My husband loves to have CFA every Friday. For the most part the people assigned to the drive thru ordering process are indifferent to the customers and slow taking the order. Every once in a while you get someone who is good at their job and friendly. Unfortunately this is the closest CFA to our house. My husband only eats one thing at CFA, 8 pc nuggets with bbq sauce and a large vanilla shake. Since the onset of COVID-19 they have changed to a single sized shake, small. For the past several visits they did not provide any bbq sauce even though it was requested each time. I am extremely disappointed. This was my all time favorite location but they have gone downhill. Maybe because some of the crew has graduated and moved on. I'm not sure. But tonight was truly disappointing. After waiting in the drive thru line for 25 minutes, my girls and I finally get close to the window and to our irresistible Peach Milkshakes only to witness the crew member at the window hand our shakes to the car in front of us without even looking at the name and vehicle type on the attached receipt. The car in front of passed the shakes around their vehicle before passing them back out the window to let the young man know that they were the wrong kind. The young man then looked back at my truck and then proceeded to hand them back to the crew members in the window. The car in front of me was given the correct shakes and then pulled off. I pulled up and before the young man could pass me the shakes that had been passed back by the car in front of me I advised him that I saw the mix up and will not accept those shakes and requested that they be remade. He advised the crew members that were inside and 3 of them asked "WHY?!" He explained to them what happened and initially he was told to pull me up and they'd bring them out to me at the front of the store. But then they changed their minds and said that they were out of ice cream and would refund me. And this is all while I'm watching them make more milkshakes for some other orders for the 12 cars that were behind me. Completely unacceptable and disappointing. And I'm still waiting on my refund to be returned to my debit card. read more
