And I asked for a manager, she said she is the manager. Then I asked for the district manager's phone number, and she walked away, but in a moment she came back and said the General manager was getting your phone number for me. Then Stacy came out and said she was the manager and NO she will not give me the manager's personal phone number and all I get is the email. Stacy added the "personal" part. She didn't greet me, she didn't ask the situation. I was being dismissed and sent away. I'm clearly a bad person. Besides the presentation being much smaller and much less food than your photos, the patty that did show up being torn and a bit missing, the level of condescension, entitlement and absence of respect or understanding of the promise/delivery makes me wonder how long this will continue.
