I came to potbelly 6/26 at 8:00pm . As I was going to order there was this guy named Mario . Black dude with white shirt and the apron . He was extremely rude . I ordered 3 sandwiches and when ordering the 2nd sandwiches he said what bread . I said white , but the man never asked what size . Since he was already giving me attitude I let him . I'm not sure why this place has so low stars, I've been coming here for years and have NEVER been disappointed. I even used to work at a sandwich shop and prefer potbelly ! My favorite is "the wreck" but to be a little healthier I ordered the Mediterranean with chicken and it gets a little soggy on the flat bread but I believe that's because of all the vegetables and honestly, I'm fine with it. Definitely holds up better on the multigrain bread, but I like the flat bread too! The voodoo chips can't be beat and they gave me a free cookie just for waiting for my online order! (I don't think they realized I was early for my online order pickup, but their oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are just so good I had to just say thank you ). This Potbelly location deserves better reviews in my opinion. It's always very clean, has interesting retro Dallas decor (shoutout North Dallas Forty poster) and I can tell the owners really care. On the rare occasion an order is wrong, they fix it no questions asked. Even once when it was actually my fault for entering an incorrect order. New sandwich, no hassle. I've been to many a Potbelly and this is the best of em. Keep it up! read more

went to the Plano location, ordered a chicken club. Not only did I not get a receipt in my bag since I went through Drive up , the fella didn't seem too nice. And lo and behold my sandwich was absolutely disgusting. No bacon not sure what kind of mustard was put on there but not one that I care for or that I've ever had at this restaurant before and at this particular location in Plano right across from the mall I've had four horrible sandwiches. I keep going back but I am still amazed by how often they mess up my order when I get a sandwich. It is not a complicated order. It is stunning. This time they put it on wheat bread instead of white which I really didn't care because I think they taste pretty similar except if you are going to ask which one someone wants than why not grab the right one. They also put Mayo on my friends sandwich when they don't ever eat or order mayo so they took it back. I must have a Potbelly induced inability to enuciate because they mess up my sandwich or the person I am with probably 25% of the time that I go there. Used to be my go-to sandwich shop. Man...my last couple visits have been rough. My brother was 2 bites into his sandwich when he realized they forgot to put meat in it. Not sure how that happened. Beware the sandwiches look nothing like the advertised pictures on Yelp. They will burn your food and argue that it's not burnt even with a picture. They also advertise curbside pick up but then will argue with you that they don't offer it even though they have it advertised outside of the business and on the automated phone system when you call to place an order. read more

I've tried damn near everything here they have really good sandwiches and the salads are also worth at shot and very large. I have tried both the uptown and the farmhouse salads and you have the option to add grilled chicken if you like. The farmhouse salad i normally try has grilled chicken, hard boiled egg, bacon, cucumber and my favorite blue cheese. I also use the balsamic vinaigrette with my salad. I have also tried the wreck which is a barrage of meat and perfect for the carnivore. Some of my favorites are the grilled chicken and cheddar, turkey, Italian, roast beef and the Pb&J sandwich. They also serve either bottle sodas or fountain drinks. This location is always clean and I seem to be lucky and never catch a crowd. I do tend to eat at non busy hours so take that for what it's worth. They also serve a very nice Oreo cookie shake and they put a cookie on your straw just to make you feel even fatter! The cookies are also like reach back and slap your momma good. My favorite is the chocolate brownie cookie. It is so sweet and rich that I can't stop eating them. Whatever you do don't stick it somewhere where it will get cold. I was in food coma many a nights after waking up with multiple wrappers from their cookies all over my chest. I felt so ashamed of myself but man were the so great. Damn, I almost forgot they allowed me the pleasure of trying the newest sandwich on the menu. The buffalo chicken sandwich with blue cheese, franks red hot sauce and buttermilk ranch dressing. The grilled chicken in chopped in small pieces and there are small chunks of blue cheese and just the right mix of hot sauce and ranch. I'm not the biggest fan of ranch but I love hot sauce and chicken so I was glad I tried the sandwich. If you purchase the sandwich next week you get a free mini bottle of franks red hot sauce. read more

Bread is always fresh, meats always good. On this visit I order an original turkey sandwich. When I got to the next station, guy said "skinny." No-then he said turkey. Turns out they made a skinny but charged for original since that is what I thought I got. Realized once i started eating there wasn't much meat. Should have taken back but line was long and I was with a group of people. So just be aware if they don't repeat exactly what you ordered you aren't getting it. read more

With the food at Pot Belly you know what you are going to get, a sandwich way more delicious that subway. This review is about the weird service I got at this particular location. I showed up in the afternoon probably around 2:30 which is typically a slump in restaurants, but there were about 5 people in line. At all the other pot bellys I've been to that usually isn't a problem but there was something seriously wrong with the management because only one person was working the sandwich line. I counted and there were literally 7 people in the store working but they were all goofing off and running around so this poor girl had to make all of the sandwiches and put all of the toppings on herself, so obviously it took forever. at the end some guy came over and tried to help her by taking over my sandwich but he messed up my order. I was actually disappointed to eat here yesterday, when we had tried to go to Torchy's Tacos next door, but it was unexpectedly closed (renovations maybe?). Anyway, we popped into Potbelly since it was next door and at this point we just wanted sustenance after our flight to Dallas. Disappointed as I may have been initially, I ordered my Italian sandwich, added some hot peppers and grabbed some Zapp's chips (my fave!). This place is always good! I have never had a bad sandwich from here! Wheat bread is awesome it had great texture and I love the seeds baked inside. I suggest the Wreck on wheat. The manager MICHAEL, has no customer service skills and asked me to call back since they were "busy during lunch" It felt very forced for him to want to take my information for them to call me. I have been to this Pot Belly location before and have had nothing but good quality food and service. However, today I made an Uber eats order for over 45 items from Pot Belly and over $250. An hour and a half had passed and our food had still not been delivered. So, I tried calling the location twice and they never answered. On the device that I ordered the food on, it said it was delivered to the wrong address (even when we put in the correct address), and when we went to that address, the residents said there was never food delivered. So, we got in the car and drove to this Pot Belly location not only to eat, but to ask what happened with our order. When we got there we asked what had happened with our order and a worker said that he canceled the order because he didn't have the baked potato soup and mac'n'cheese in stock. We had a conversation about what had happened and he kept repeating what he was saying, talking very fast, and not making sense of whose fault it was. He said he could not refund us and that he absolutely HATES Uber eats for delivering food. After we ordered our food, we did order the baked potato soup and mac'n'cheese because we wanted it. He DID have it and we were confused because he canceled our order because he "didn't have them" As we were eating our food at a table in the sun (because every other table was dirty and had crumbs on it) the same worker kept coming over to us and restating what he had said previously said. He showed us on a store iPad proof that he did cancel the order and we took a picture of it. He continued to say that Uber had called him a liar before for trying to get people refunds. On the iPad that he showed us the order on, the phone number shown as mine was not my phone number, the timing of the order on his iPad said that my order was ready at 1:32 pm to be picked up and was going to be delivered at 1:40, but then it showed that he canceled the order when it would have been delivered at 1:40. I think that he was lying and that it was a scam because none of the proof we have adds up with what he was saying and showing us. Very tasty hot sandwiches (tuna is my favorite), but their soups are amazing! Their chicken enchilada soup is insanely addicting! It reminds me of the soups I made back in my old backpacking days. Loaded with chicken and veggies and full of flavor! They are very accommodating even during peak hours. Our business is often very busy and we can't stand in line waiting for our order. We usually call in advance and these guys always help make it as fast as they can to make sure we can get back to our work without too much lost time. A++++ customer service. read more

Now I have previously ate at several potbellies but I've never written reviews on them. While they don't overwhelm you with choices their sandwiches themselves are delicious there not a Subway or Quiznos there potbellies. I would definitely say that they do have some the best sandwiches just from the best ingredients. there's not a lot to say, it basically Sandwich shop but what they do, they do very well. I know Subway was has been five dollar foot long well at potbellies their big sandwiches or 5.60 and are about 10 inches long I would choose a potbelly Sandwich over any five dollar foot long read more

Oh yeah! Had my first toasted, chicken salad sandwich. I was a little skeptical at first because with a drink the total was less than $10, but after the first bite there was no going back.
