After reading some of the reviews I want to remind everyone you are at a fast food restaurant not French Laundry. I visit this place a few times a week usually for breakfast. The location has easy highway access, this could very well be the busiest fast food restaurant in Dallas yet the drive thru line has never been more than 10 minutes . This location apparently has taken to, I am assuming, to save money by either not giving you condiments. Or, if they do give you condiments it is only 1 of what you have asked. For example, the other day got breakfast there, 2 potato rounds, 2 chicken biscuits anD a 12 piece nuggets. Ask for condiments, was told were in the bag, looked and they were not. They handed 1 ketchup, 1 buffalo sauce and 1 jelly. Went there for a quick lunch, ordered a chik Fula sand meal, 12 piece and soup. This is Chick-fil-A. Delicious quality food every time. And service is always great from the cashier to the food deliverer and even to the person picking up your trash. Know they can't change this, but I tried the new Kale Crunch side, and you barely get a cup of the stuff, when the pictures show a good-sized bowl. This particular location has pretty much no line on a Tuesday evening, with plenty of seats to choose from, especially in the back area by the restrooms. If you've got kids, the seating area in the front by the playroom was only half full. Besides the Kale Crunch side being disappointing, I was given a greasy napkin with my order. My nuggets were in a box, so either someone previously used it or someone else's food was placed on the napkin and then removed. Who knows. read more

I placed a catering order around 8PM the night before I needed it, and I arrive at 8:30AM and there are the two large trays of Chick-n-Minis packaged up perfectly and ready to go. I was struggling to find a place that would accept an order on such short notice and this place was a saving grace. I'm always so impressed with service at Chick-fil-A. The people here were cheery, which I know is hard in the mornings. Before I headed out, they asked me if I needed jams or toppings and how many people I would need them for. I was given so many packets of jams and honey, which they placed in the brown bag of plasticware, not just scattered into the large bag. Sometimes that line flows into the central expressway. But honestly I'm not going to fault chick-fil-a for that. It's so good and everyone recognizes that lol. Went to this Chick-fil-A tonight. Ordered via the app. Pick up was smooth. Drove off. Opened my bag at home and realized they charged me for the chicken strips I ordered, put them on the receipt, and didn't give me them. I tried calling 4 times and no one picked up. This location is so freaking popular! Don't be surprised if you catch yourself waiting in line from the street just to get into the parking lot. Once you get closer, the line splits into two and moves relatively quickly I noticed on one of my last trips that the serve-yourself area has expanded. Not only is there ketchup but now you can get packets of honey-bbq sauce, hot sauce, REAL honey and a few other things that I don't care about. Ya'll ever had honey on hot fries?! That stuff is baller. Don't go there and eat it all and ruin this for me. Just a helpful tip. Very disappointed with this Chick-fil-A. Went on 28 June for breakfast through the drive-through and they gave me bacon,egg sandwich instead of the meal I ordered. Called Megan and she said she would resolve it by send a replacement coupon. Instead she sends two coupons for basic sandwiches and I ordered an egg, chicken, and cheese biscuit and that does not compensate. I called back and spoke with an assistant manager and asked her to relay a message for Megan to call me back. Megan never called back so I called back again and spoke with Maria and she indicated that she was the top person that I could speak to resolve the issue unless I call the corporate number and which they would email the owner operator. Big fan of Chick-fil-A everywhere and I frequent this location maybe 3-5 time a week. The drive thru line is normally long, but they do a great job of getting you out quickly. The workers are friendly as well. Last week, however, I asked for well done fries and was told that they are no longer accommodating these types of special requests. This disappointed me because 1) CFA is known for their superb customer service and if In-n-Out can accommodate well done fries then so can y'all! 2) The fries are normally soft and squishy instead of golden and crispy, so getting them well done helps tremendously. I saw on Twitter that this choice is up to the individual owners of each franchise. I hope this owner chooses to accommodate special requests again. read more

They drive thru is super slow. I ordered an ice cream cone and a water and I had to wait 15 minutes with an ally. Even though this location offers two windows it is still incredibly slow. I'm not sure of the persons in front of me ordered dinner for their entire family, but people should be told if they have an order over a certain amount that they need to come in rather than you realize the drive-through for a quick service. It was not a pleasant experience, and it seems to be a very common behavior at this location. read more
