At first I thought it was kind of odd that the drive thru was empty, but realized why after I had my one star guest experience.

This is a terrible establishment unlike any Chick Fila I've ever been to before. I ordered food tonight and a strawberry lemonade. When I got to eating it while in the car driving on the freeway, 1) it was cold 2) the chicken was mostly cartilage and fat 3) the drink that I got was all ice. I left the establishment with my food, and was driving down the freeway, taking a sip of my drink, which was all ice, then I decided you know I'm going to go back and tell them that the drink is all ice and 0 strawberry mix and ask if I might get a replacement. The girl at the drive thru was nice enough and said that they would replace my drink. But once I got to the window, the team member gave me the wrong order, an ice cream, and an iced tea. When she handed me the ice tea, I took it at first, but then told her, I think you meant to give me the strawberry lemonade. She looked puzzled, and she said no, you ordered the iced tea then proceeded to hand me an ice cream cone with her bare hands. I took it with my bare hands and my finger grazed a little bit of the top of the ice cream with my fingers because as drive-through's go, that's what happens when people hand you food . We were honest and we said we did not order the ice cream, and we handed it back to her. The Store Manager, Fabiola, then came to the window and we let her know that we got a drink earlier about 20 minutes ago, and it was all ice. (Have you ever taken a sip of a drink full of ice? When the majority of the volume is ice, there won't be much liquid or soda pop in there... basic chemistry, right?) Fabiola did not understand nor empathize with us. She took a look at the drink and she told us that we drank it so she could not give us a new one. I let her know that Yes we took a drink from it, because we were trying to find the strawberries that weren't even in there and in the process of taking one sip (two of us took a sip) and discovered it was all ice. I have never had to really complain about anything as you can see from my yelp reviews. I normally write all five star reviews for everybody, but this was honestly one of the most unkind, un empathetic Chick Fil-As I have ever been to. It would have probably cost them probably at most, $.50 to replace my $3.50 plus drink. And they didn't do anything because they gave me a drink full of ice, and then blamed me for drinking all the liquid even though there was probably just an inch of lemonade in there to begin with. So essentially I paid $3.89 for large...ice, which they did not give me any money back for nor did they have any empathy when I told them that it was all ice so that I could just get a replacement lemonade. They actually had the gold to ask me for 50 more cents when I got to the window because they said that if I wanted more, I'd have to pay more or for a whole new one again. This restaurant really has no common sense for how to keep clients or think about putting guests ahead of themselves. This was my first time at this particular Chick-fil-A and I will not be back to this establishment here because of bad service by Fabiola. I did not even get to tell her about the cold and gross chicken that was in my sandwich. We tend to get Chick-fil-A as a treat, often times, but today was a horrible experience and I do not recommend this particular Chick-fil-A on 7718 North Central Expressway. There are plenty of other establishments to go to around here like Hawaiian Brothers, McDonald's, In-N-Out and Chipotle and Pei Wei. I ended up actually going into In-N-Out after this, because I was just so disturbed by this Chick-fil-A, Fabiola, and my cold food. Oh, and I also feel bad for the next person that was after my car, because as I looked back, they got that ice cream that I handled when it was accidentally given to me first, and they also got the iced tea that we also were given, and it was inside of my car for a good two minutes in my cupholder before they asked for it back after I told them that we had re-ordered a strawberry lemonade and this was incorrect because this was a dark ice tea and not the lemonade replacement. I had even uncapped it, and they literally gave it to the next guest that it was supposed to go to. That seems super unsanitary, and for that reason as well, steer clear of this mis-managed Chick-fil-A.

Spicy Chicken Biscuit Review Yowzas! It was spiceeee haha! And it is lingering. I ate it with the Chick-fil-a sauce. It was good! I knew as soon as I saw Guy eat it I had to try it out. It was exactly what I expected!

Love this place! Spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles! Hot waffle fries and enough sauce to say ...thank you Jesus! Life is good at Chick Fil A! Make sure to order on the app or hit the dine-in/drive thru line! The line is always long but goes super fast! Two drive thru lines and staff is extremely friendly! Eat up ..more chicken than is!

08/11/22- Thursday Great customer service. Got my orders right away. Be careful going to the parking lot. It's a "One Way" street/ entrance. Other drivers don't pay attention to it. Thanks to all the staff :-)

MOLD or carbon? You decide. I got in contact with the owner after I was served this egg sandwich with black shit on it. He had absolutely no empathy towards the situation and claimed it was "carbon from the grill". Regardless, I don't want an egg sandwich with a mysterious black substance on it. Was just hoping for a simple apology, but sir was not having it. These chik fil a owners are a little too greedy for my taste. Go to a different chik fil a if you can. Jeff White suckkkkkssss.

there was a hair in my shake I've been trying to upload pics but they keep blocking my review . I'm gonna post the pictures on YouTube if they dont let my review go through .. just imagine enjoying a shake to look down into the cup and see a nasty hair in your ice cream

    Can't even fill the cone!!!

Could u spare the ice cream??? I asked for 2 large cones & was told there's only one size. The other cone was half as tall as the one pictured but both were the same price!!!

I ordered the following #5 Special with bacon #1 The best burger and then the cheese fries I got the order within 10 minutes and did not take too long. Once they deliver the food to you, I paid through credit card and then you can tip them so I gave them an 18% tip as they were nice and serve the food to me. The food is very messy and oily so make sure you bring some hand sanitizer. They packed in a lot of napkins as well. The burger itself was just alright, was a little cold for me though so not so sure how long it was waiting. The lettuce and tomato was a little on the soggy side. The meat itself was just alright. When I ate it, I did not experience the wow factor. I can not complain about the price however. Overall, I rather go to Inn-n-out, but I am glad I got one of the places to try in Dallas out of the way.

Bro, plumbing is confusing). Naturally, I had to ask AI where to get the absolute best fried chicken in Dallas, and it sent me here. Ordering online was super easy, though I wished the menu had pictures because I like to see what I'm getting. Exactly 20 minutes later, I got the text that it was ready. The parking lot is tiny. If you drive a big truck, be prepared to maneuver like a pro if it's packed. Inside was busy, but there was zero heavy grease smell lingering in the air. You could easily grab lunch here and go about your day without smelling like a literal fryer. Plus, the crowd was surprisingly chill. Nobody gave off that chaotic, sketch energy you get at a KFC or Wingstop where you feel like you have to lock your truck doors three times just to walk inside safely. It's a really calm environment, which is awesome if you hate loud crowds. Pickup took less than 5 minutes. After a 15-minute drive home, the chicken was still loud-crunchy and insanely crispy. Puts fast-food chains to absolute shame. Fair warning: my first drumstick was a massive sodium bomb that almost made me rage quit and leave a two star review. But I was so hungry, so a quick drink later, piece number two and on were absolute perfection: juicy, meaty, and flawlessly seasoned. So that first piece of chicken just was coated in not-fully-mixed-well seasoning batter or something like that. I am officially obsessed. Come September when bulking season hits, I'm literally going to live here.

Like my food... I placed a mobile order online for a chicken sandwich meal, chicken tenders, and a drink. The ordering process was straightforward, and I tracked my order through the app. When the status showed it was complete, I pulled up to the drive-thru window. A very friendly employee informed me that the chicken tenders had been fried fresh and asked me to pull around and park out front while they brought my order out. No problem -- fresh tenders sounded great. After about ten minutes, an equally friendly young man appeared at my car. He looked visibly stressed. He asked if I had ordered a burger, to which I replied that I had not, and I described what I had actually ordered. He apologized, mentioned that they were remaking several orders, and quickly headed back inside. So I waited. And waited some more. From my parking spot, I watched the same young man and several other employees making repeated trips to cars in the lot -- only to walk back inside still carrying the bags of food. It was clear that something had gone significantly sideways in the kitchen or with the order management system. After approximately 30 minutes of waiting, he returned to my car carrying a drink holder with four drinks and a bag of food, and said, with what I can only imagine was exhausted uncertainty, something to the effect of, "I don't think this is your order." He was right. It was not. At that point, I had already lost too much time from my workday and asked him to cancel my order. He was apologetic and courteous throughout, and I want to be clear that the staff themselves were friendly and seemed to be doing their best under chaotic circumstances. The icing on the cake? Fifteen minutes after driving away empty-handed, I received a cheerful text message from Jollibee asking how my order was. It got a well-deserved thumbs down. This location has been open long enough that operational issues of this magnitude should not still be occurring. Better order management and communication between the kitchen and curbside staff would go a long way. I may give this location another chance in the future, but it will not be anytime soon. On the bright side... I probably didn't need all that food anyway.
