This was honestly one of the slower Chick-fil-A experiences I've had. We initially planned to dine in, but there was no parking available, so we went through the drive-thru instead. After placing our order, there was a delay because my vehicle was misidentified (listed as a black SUV instead of gray), which added to the wait. Once we got our food, we noticed parking had opened up, so we went inside to eat. The dining area was clean, and a staff member came by to check on us and even cleared our table, which I appreciated. The employees greet you at their earliest convenience & do a good job at getting orders out fast whether it's during breakfast, lunch or dinner. The drive thru is efficient & they'll walk out your order even if you're a few cars behind the actual window. The servings sizes tend to stay consistent but there's times when you'll get a smaller filet than normal. Unfortunately, this happens at all locations. The taste & quality, however, are always on point. The only downside here is I've noticed they definitely like to salt their fries. Doing 1 or 2 less shakes when salting them would be good. Overall, this is good location & I use it as my go-to when I'm in the area. If you order on the app, the manager here likes to give out free rewards often. Great way to keep my business! read more

Let me start off by saying, I gave up Chick-fil-A for lent and finally was able to eat it the Saturday after Good Friday. I was super excited but this restaurant ruined that for me. I've been to this location multiple times and each time my food is delicious and hot. Their customer service is the best in the area (as far as the other local chickfilas go). Back in February I took my son to lunch for his second birthday and we had a spill in the drive thru - bad enough for paramedics to come check him out. He was cleared and Chick-fil-A took care of us after that, quick service, yummy food, and they sang him happy birthday. The service is great as with all chik's but the presentation of the food is trash. The chicken to biscuit ratio is off and the sandwich never looks assembled with care. Crumbling biscuit that is carelessly made. Today I had a pc of straw wrapper in my hash browns box and many of them were broken. My frosted coffee was hardily mixed. What is all the hype about? I haven't eaten at one of these restaurants in ages and since my kids were out of school today, why not? The cashier was really friendly and the dining room line wasn't too long (probably because everyone goes through the drive-thru). The grilled nuggets were average and I've definitely had better. They were also small and not spiced that well. The fries were fine; however, I upsized to a large and the fries didn't seem large to me. At other restaurants, large fries are really large. These seemed more like a medium portion of fries. There was one manager who was awesome. She kept coming around and asking for refills, taking the trash away and just generally smiling. I just don't see the appeal of this place. The food is average and the portions are kind of small. I think they put addictive chemicals in their food and people keep coming back. I'm not falling for that! There are plenty of other, and better, similar types of joints around the area. I'll frequent those instead. read more

Though not gourmet by any means, Chick-fil-A offers up some good sandwiches, soup and salads. This is one of the newer Chick-fil-A's in my area and the place is always spotlessly clean and customer service is second to none.The staff always have smiling faces and are always willing to help. My usual go to are their nuggets, this is actually the only place I'll eat nuggets. They're not full of processed meat and fillers, it's just chicken and I really appreciate that. Although I don't eat it often they have a mac and cheese that is really good. Creamy and cheesy without being too overpowering. For dessert don't be shy about trying their brownies. They're rich and chocolatey but not too sweet. All in all a good place for a quick meal and any time I don't have to cook that's a plus! read more

First, this location is open and fully functional. With two drive-thru lanes and a full dining area, there isn't much more to ask for as far as the logistics of this location. The location is off to the side of the plaza (behind Target) which houses a number of restaurants and stores, so you aren't really competing with traffic visiting other businesses. In my experience they are working quickly and efficiently to keep the line moving and get your favorite Chick-Fil-A meal in your hands. I'd be remiss if I didn't highlight the awesome customer service I've received at this location. On my last visit I was ordering in the drive-thru while also rangling an infant in a rare-facing carseat and trying to order a meal for the family at the same time. The sweet young lady kept making funny faces in the back window to keep the little one giggling so that I could decide while also putting in my order and verifying options with me. I was so appreciative! Two spicy deluxe meals (one with an alternate side, one standard drink and one with no ice), and a kids meal with a juice box and a fruit cup then I was finally on my way. My order was perfect and there was extra sauces in the bag. The second closest location to me is another mile in the opposite direction and is near the mall so the line is usually spanning a few rows. This is a welcomed addition to the south Davie area and I'm 100% sure I'll make this my go to location moving forward! read more

Never have I received such poor, unprofessional, accusatory, and downright HORRIBLE SERVICE in my life at a drive-thru. After going through the drive-thru and telling them what was missing --- I was asked to pull-up to wait for missing food. After waiting for a few minutes, they brought our order again -- and still missing three items. We had a large order. Then I had to park and go inside to request the missing food items. When they looked through all the bags, they asked me if maybe the food was in the car somewhere. If the food had been in the car, why would I have to come INSIDE and request my missing food!?!?? So I jokingly replied, "Did you want to come and search my car?" Never even thinking it would come to that! Well....it did! He searched my car. I arrived at the drive thru line 6 minutes before breakfast closed and the person taking orders was so slow I not only missed the window for food but was also told I couldn't order. After eating at this location at least 30 times with the family, I would recommend the drive to the south Davie location instead of ordering here. I can guarantee you something will be wrong or missing every single time which is almost incredible for Chick-fil-A standards. They will 100% forget something of your order.
