I can't believe I'm going to say Chick Filet and bad service in the same sentence! Unfortunately this location is just not up to par! It is always something wether you go inside or drive thru! Though I must admit the drive thru takes forever! I have given this location a few tries, but it's always something. The parking situation is a joke while the lines for drive thru take forever. Wow!! I have loved Chick-Fil-A since I was a kid but tonight I had the worst service ever!! I went thru the drive thru and was told that they would bring out my food and they never did. I saw the same kid who told me he'd bring it walk past my car saw me and still got in his car and left. I had to knock on the door because they closed the doors. When I got in there I had to tell them a couple times that I never got my food. Kids are on their phones in there and very disorganised. No one is really working. It's sad because I always held Chik fil A to a higher standard of service but this location has killed that. I will never go back to this location! Why is it when one finds a menu item that is especially pleasing, it is removed and replaced, never to return? We used to pick up the Asian Salad, two of them, for lunch every day. Gone Asian Salad. Full disclosure, I love Chick-fil-A. I use to live in GA and was able to visit their dwarf house regularly. The one thing this family chain is renowned for is superior customer service and this specific location in Deerfield lacks it. I prefer to go to the mall in Boca Raton, then eat at this location. read more

I love used to love chick-fil-A, but the last 3 times I've come to this location I've had unpleasant interactions. The first time my milkshake cup was defective and started leaking, they took 15 minutes to make a new one even though the store was empty. Also, they didn't even bother to apologize for the delay. The second time the drive thru employee scanned my mobile rewards, as I had free chicken strips ,but still charged me the full amount of money. Then when I noticed I pointed it out to an employee he seemed annoyed to be dealing with this and gave me one of the free entree cards and didn't bother to make it right anymore. And the last time I went through the drive thru, they forgot my utensils for my salad and my sauces even though they were on the receipt. I really don't understand the lack of attention, this used to be a great location, not anymore it's filled with high school kids who couldn't care less. My boyfriend and I came to this location for lunch today. This location is always busy. Today, we decided to dine in for lunch. Diamond was our cashier and she was so sweet! I explained to her that I had a pickle allergy, and she went out of the way to make sure that it was noted so that the cooks gloves would be changed. It's the little things that matter the most! Bradley delivered our food and checked back in a few minutes to make sure we were doing okay. He is always a smiling face when we visit the location!! I love this location and staff! read more

When it's busy here, it's a mad-house full of loud & out of control obnoxious children running around spreading germs out of the play-pen (terrible idea) for such a small location. Two drive-thrus? Parking is a nightmare thanks to a senior-filled parking-lot. Service was great but declined when all the 50 underage kids (employees) working there took over the place. It's like ordering food in a high-school lunch line. I was going several times a week and now maybe once because it's just too much madness in one tyny place. If I could give this place zero stars,I would. Chick fil is one of our favorite places to go, but this location really struggles. The whole building smells terrible of way too much chemicals. When we approached the worker,they said, "I know, they don't want it to smell like food" what resturant doesn't want to bring in customers by yummy smelling food? And also the worker said we got a lot of complaints too. Well??? Why not change it then. I almost walked out because I just couldn't stand the smell. Next visit, I wanted to try their new egg sandwich and there was a strand of long dark hair in my sandwich, gross!!! But I didn't do anything because it was drive thru and was far away by then. Next there was mold on our chicken sandwich bread. We brought it to management and he says, " um, this doesn't look like mold and just gives us something different. It was mold!!! Since get a free sandwich if you download the app & make an account came out, a lot of people are going to chick fil a. There was a long line but I decided to wait cuz I was already here and chic fil a is not five mins away from my house. The waiting didn't take longer than 5 mins. It went fast and smoothly. Since a lot of people were using the free sandwich, they knew what they were doing and everything went smoothly. The place is clean and the staff are nice to give you extra sauces even if you already sat on the table and didn't want to get up (I know you people can get lazy). I got the grilled chicken sandwich since I never had it before so it was why not try it. It was pretty good and I felt it was bit healthier than fry crunchy chicken sandwich. It came with lettuce and tomato. Beware on putting too sauce cuz your tomato is has some liquid juice and your sauce makes it more liquidity. Your sauce can be dripping out of your sandwich, this happened to me. Luckily I brought a lot of napkins to wipe my hands and the table. I recommend this location cuz people are in & out and not rude. Most people try to clean out their table. Most locations I went, the table will still be messy. read more

I love Chik Fil A, but I'm over the screw ups. Twice in 2 weeks I was charged for someone else's order. The first time it happened, I didn't get upset because things happen and the girl seemed sincere with her apology. The manager gave me a refund that would be back on my card within a few days and no charge for my food. I thought that was nice of them. Today, they took my order, didn't tell me how much it was so I get to the window and pay and again charged for the wrong thing. Smh I told the girl seriously? This just happened last week. Now I'm annoyed. No apology just now charged for both things, while the same manager from last time is right there. I'm definitely not looking for a freebie, but I do expect after the last time that this doesn't happen again. I literally just got the last screw up's refund back today and now have to wait again. Its sad to see that such a good company like chick-fil-a that is known for customer service have a location that the service that is so below average. I got a number 2 meal chicken deluxe and their was 4 cars in front of me and it took over 15 min to get my food. Once i finally receive my food and it was not up to chick-fil-a standards at all.
