Strangely addicting. I can't say much on service as I outsource that part. That is to say, I ask someone at work who is going already to Chick-fil-A, to pick me me up something so I don't actually see anyone. It's only been a few times as it's not right by the office, and maybe that's a good thing. The other day the food I bought for lunch from home was no good. Time for an emergency lunch. Someone had just left for lunch and I text em to grab me something. They were going to Chick-fil-A and asked what I wanted. I said I wanted to try their fries and something spicy. My buddy brought me their spicy chicken sandwich combo with lemonade. it was about perfect. It was plenty tender and plenty spicy. It had a real addictive quality as I finished it before I knew what happened. Their fries are waffle and were made perfect. I washed it down with that lemonade and was very content. Normally fast food would leave me feeling a little guilty but honesty it was so good I didn't think twice about my lunch decision. I tried Chick-fil-A for the first time in years because I was sent a coupon for a free chicken sandwich and I was right by them this afternoon. I go to the shopping center a lot, and I always see a long line of cars at the drive-through, so I was glad to try them out finally. My chicken sandwich was one of the most delicious I have tasted. The chicken was crispy on the outside but tender and moist in the inside. The bread was yummy also, nice and soft. The service was really quick. I went inside to order and I had my sandwich served to me within 5 minutes. So, this may be a generous rating for a fast-food restaurant. Who doesn't love Chick-fil-a??!! This location especially! Always and I mean always a pleasant place to eat at or take home. No matter how long the drive-thru line is they make sure they move it so quickly and efficiently that you are NEVER there longer than 10-15 mins. The workers are always extremely pleasant. Whether they are standing outside in the rain or 100 degree weather they always have a smile on their face. The restaurant is extremely clean from the front door all the way to the bathrooms. They have someone walking around cleaning up after people constantly. The food is ALWAYS fresh. We eat here at least once a week and we have NEVER experienced anything less. Chicken is always extremely juicy and the fries are always hot and fresh. The buns are always soft and chewy. The salads are delicious and the chicken soup is a go to for when you are feeling under the weather. Oh and the milkshakes are to die for! read more

Just had the worst experience at any chick-Fil-A. This extremely young asst manager literally just argued me down about extra sauces. I explained to him that I wasn't asked what sauces I want in-which I requested 4 sauces. He then told me he could only give me 3. I responded I understood and asked could I buy extra? He then told me I could only buy and 8 oz bottle. I replied all to get an extra sauce? It's 830 at night. I'm just getting off work for 11 hours and this is the response I get from this super young kid working g drive through. He made no effort to give me a better experience. This location is the reason I usually drive the additional 15-20 mins longer to get better service. This location has been consistently bad for months now and tonight was just my final straw. First of all, I Love Chick Fil-A and have reviewed probably 20 or so different locations on Yelp and generally give them 4 stars. Second of all, I am glad to see locations pop up across South Florida, including this one. Unfortunately, third of all, this place has the worst service of all of the others and that is just sad. I have been here at least 4 times and 75% of the time there is a problem such as they lost my order, gave me the wrong food, service was mega slow, the lines were mega long, etc. I can forgive most things, but one of the things that all Chick Fil-A have in common is really good customer service that starts the second you walk in the door and ends the second you walk out. I eat Chick-fil-A at least 3-4 times a week, mostly at this location (Deerfield Beach) but we, my family and I, patronize Chick-fil-A as brand when we are out and about no matter where it's located. No doubt that it is one of the better alternatives to greasy fast food, and most fast casual restaurants. While at town center, in Boca Raton, Vallet service gave us some "special offer" coupons to enjoy a free chicken sandwich. Not wanting to drive to town center, park, walk half a mile to the food court to redeem the offer, I went to the Deerfield Beach location to order several meals. I asked the cashier if they would honor 2 coupons (see picture) for chicken sandwiches along with the rest of my order. Boy was I surprised when the team-leader on duty refused to accept the coupons. I know they don't need my money or my business, Lord knows they have plenty, but I will never, ever, eat at this location again. This location lost 10s of thousands of dollars of revenue over 2 chicken sandwiches that cost them less than .38 cents to make. I simply walked out and went to PDQ across the street and spent my $40 there. The food is very good there and has nothing to envy Chick-Fil-A. Oh, and the customer service is just as good. I was here couple weeks ago when visiting one of my customer. My appointment is not until 10a, so i had time to stop by for a quick bite. When I first pulled into the parking lot, wasn't sure if it's even open as the parking lot was empty with maybe 2 other cars. When I walked in, i think there maybe 1 other customer. Proceed to order and got my food quickly. Service was excellent as with most chick fil a. The young lady that took the order was very friendly. While eating at one of the booth that's near the restroom, the manager was conducting an interview for a new hire. Couldn't help overhearing their coversation, but everything sounded very professional. After my meal, i went to use the bathroom, and it was one of the nicest, cleanest bathroom. I've been here 3 times and each time service is fast and great and the food is fresh and hot. Today I came at 12:15 expecting to wait a while in the lunch time rush.
