An employee appeared to be using the restaurant as a daycare, with two children running around the store and around customers while they were trying to eat. I understand that people can have difficult situations, but a restaurant is not an appropriate place for children to be unsupervised and disrupting paying customers. On top of that, my food took nearly 20 minutes to come out. When I finally received my order, the employee failed to give me the drink I had paid for.
