The service was great, but this is the second time I've been through there and haven't received sauces or straws. The customer service is standard for most chick fil a's but there is still room to improve for sure. So my wife and I drive thru a chick-fil-a once in a great whil3. Yesterday morning we weee running errands and decided to drive thru. My wife order a 10 mini chicken and biscuits with Chick_Fil_A sauce and I ordered 2 sausage burritos. We left and when my wife opened the bag, they gave her ONE packet of sauce for TEN mini chicken biscuits. You have to be kidding. My burritos we about 20% smaller than I recall and mainly filled with potatoes, the cheapest ingredient. NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

We moved from Cornelius to Denver NC a little over two months ago and have picked up lunch at the Chick-fil-A at least five times. Drive through is extremely slow and it's not unusual for it to take at least 15 minutes and this is for a relatively simple order. Drive through is very narrow and it get congested fairly easy. Would suggest an alternative but most Drive Throughs in the area are very slow as well. read more

Stopped in for lunch on 7/19/24. When I walked in, I had to stand at the counter several minutes before I was waited on because they were more interested in getting out delivery orders than waiting on a customer standing in front of them in the store. I ordered a 12 piece nugget meal the wife and I was going to share. I told the guy taking the order I wanted to sub mac and cheese for the fries, but instead he gave us fries anyway and then he added the mac and cheese as an additional side, which has now gone up to $4 for a small cup, so that's why the bill was almost $16 even with us sharing a meal. Won't be ordering any more mac and cheese here that's for damn sure! We also got the skimpiest amount of fries on this visit we have ever received here. The time before that the piece of chicken on my chicken sandwich was so small it didn't even cover the entire bun and there was a lot of bread was showing. Chick-fil-A used to be the only decent fast food joint in Denver, but we have been very disappointed with our last three visits as now it's gone to shit like every restaurant that opens here in Denver with order takers that can't get the order right, portion sizes that have gotten much smaller and prices that have gone way up. read more

Don't ever think going inside to order is faster than the drive through. Went inside stood in line 1 persons working the counter. A family of 6 in front of me with little kids 5 and under ordered and got their food and left before I could get back to my car with food. Pathetic slow. Hire more people! I remember when CFA was fast not only in the drive through but inside as well. Appears they have lost their desire at this location to service people inside as I am currently standing in a line with 12 people ahead of me and only one lone cashier ringing folks up. The drive through seems to be well over staffed. Lock the doors if you don't want to serve people inside. DO NOT EAT HERE!! I am a HUGE supporter of chick-fil-a but I cannot support this location. It seems more often than not something is missing from our order. Today EVERY SINGLE FRIE ORDER was missing. THREE of them. We live over 10mns away so it is no easy feat to drive there and back and repeat because they messed up. I don't know how anyone can give Chick-fil-A less than a stellar review. All of my interactions have been positive, although, ​at times, I have to wait my turn. This visit was no different. I actually had my daughter order and pay via her mobile app so that I only had to pick it up. I parked right in front of the door, and entered, as they were finishing up my order (she wanted it to be hot and fresh). The order was accurate, even down to the number of sauces requested. The staff was​ courteous and I was quickly​ on my way. No complaints from me or my daughter. I appreciate the considerate patronization. read more

I absolutely hate that I gave this CFA a second chance. It is the slowest CFA I've ever been to. I do not know if they are just understaffed for months or what but they need to close this location. You come and expect to be in and out in ten minutes or less but it is definitely a twenty to thirty minute visit each time. read more

DO NOT GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU in the morning or right after breakfast!!!! The line is ridiculously long and SLOW!! This is surprising because Chick-fil-A is known for efficiency. Previously, I would never hesitate to get into a line at the drive-through because they know how to move it along. But today and on most recent visits, it has been horrible! I normally eat at Chick Fila 3-4 times a week at the Denver, NC location but I am about done. Having these high school kids working behind the counter who have no respect for anyone is exhausting. They either want to stand around and get paid for doing nothing or they lack respect for older patrons and are pure lazy. And then the manager on duty wants to make excuses for these teenagers after she claims she is the store manager when really she was only a shift manager. I have spent a small fortune at this location and I am ready to close the wallet over these teenage employees and lack of supervision. I really like Chick-fil a but the Denver location is not good. The staff is always friendly and nice but the food is so disappointing. The last few times I ate there the bun for the chicken sandwich was stale and crumbled when I bit into it. Additionally, the chicken was cold. I was also disappointed that when given a free chicken sandwich via email I couldn't get the grilled chicken. It had to be fried. I will avoid this location in the future. read more

I really like this place but honestly they have got to get it together on their mobile orders. All I ordered was a drink, 30 minutes in advance, get there and sit for 12 minutes in the heat before I walk in and see 3 curbside people standing there next to orders along with my drink. I must be Spoiled by all of the other Chick-fil-A's that I go to because this one is struggling on comparison to the vast multitude of others. The last few times I have been through the drive through The wait has been so long in comparison to other Chick-fil-A's. Not to mention when I get to the window they have not had my food ready and ask me to pull ahead and they will bring it out. They have no in dining so not sure what the problem is but the problems are at least consistent. I love Chick-fil-A for breakfast and the employees at this location are always great. I don't have an issue with the speed of the service like others but what I do have an issue with at this location is them over cooking the biscuits! The biscuit crumbles into pieces when you try to eat it. I go others Chick-fil-A's and rarely have this issue. Went to get chickens biscuits this morning, pulled up to drive through and sat there while four cars went through the other side. I finally pulled up to window and asked why we were never waited on and was told the girl on that lane her headset died. I could not make that girl understand that they need to turn the light red on that lane to red, she just kept repeating the girl that runs that lane her head set isn't working. My husband is a truck driver. He stopped at this location this morning to get his breakfast. He was unable to go through the drive through with his 18 wheeler. He walked up to the door where you pick up a mobile order, trying to place his order there because he doesn't have an app. They had him waiting in the POURING RAIN just to tell him they can't take his order. we have been to this location before and they have not had a problem helping him any other time. grilled chicken nuggies were straight fire however they fries seemed a little unsalted today, not complaining just an observation i'm all for less sodium. One concern i have particularly involves excess plastic use, specifically referring the not one but TWO plastics lids that were placed on my cup, completely wasting a unnecessary plastic lid. I'd also like to suggest to the worker whomst filled my drink did NOT Aput enough ice in my cup which completely ruined my meal. Katie and team saved our Saturday night birthday celebration. We thought we had placed a catering order to only learn it never went through on the app so when I got to this location to pick up my order, I didn't have anything. Katie was so extremely sweet in offering me solutions as I was telling her I was trying not to panic. Not one time was she ever annoyed, or frustrated with me (like most people have would been), but instead so caring and genuinely nice in proving me all of my options. As soon as I picked my options she asked me to hold real quick because she wanted to tell the kitchen ASAP to get them going so I wouldn't have to wait longer than needed (how thoughtful is that?!).
