This is the worst chick fil a I've been to yet. My drive through experience wasn't good it took forever. Also I have given this location many of changes but every time I leave disappointed. My fries are never hot and they are never full fries. I guess I just get the end of the batch every time... service is good but please don't serve tiny fries. Ok so I have been to many other chick-fil-a restaurants but the diberville store really disappointed me. First off every other store I've been to has their drive through line perfectly running ..,this one that is not the case . When I finally got to get in line the guy came to my window to take my order . I asked him for a menu since other then the sandwich or tenders I wanted to see what they had to offer but he replied " he didn't have a menu" and proceeded to want to take my order as I am having to rack my brain on what I remembered them having so I could quickly get my child to order and I just got something I knew they had ( chicken sandwich meal) and had me pay then sit in-line for ten mins till I finally got up to where the actual menu sign was and low and behold there was a ton of new menu items that I would have much rather had but didn't even know they had ( like macaroni for example ) after another six to seven mins goes by this one kid who is bringing the food to the cars gets to me with my drinks i mentioned that they really needed to offer menus like other chick filets prior to ordering rather then rely the customers just getting whatever they could remember since the employee himself had no suggestions or knowledge of what they even had to offer. He kinda shrugged me off in a polite way but I know it went no further and I could tell he was just trying to get through the shift . This chick filet is a big NO for me. Management needs to take note from other nearby chick fil A restaurants get it together. It would have been faster and a more pleasurable experience to just have gone through the drive through like it was originally meant to go through and ordered at the actual menu since this story doesn't train their employees to actually make the line run more smoothly anyways, I have been to other stores and the employees had plastic menus and they didn't rush you in ordering and the line was super fast even though it seemed to have 100 people in it but this store was awful. I will not be recommending this chick fil A and don't think I will be back either. Hope they can get it together ... read more

Today, while in Diberville, I stopped at chick fil a ... the lines were SUPER long but I was expecting that ... they got me through very fast and I got my food .... first off, no cheese on my chicken sandwich like I asked for, no chick fil a sauce and I asked for EXTRA .... the fries were cold and they didn't give me any mayonnaise like I asked either .... it was honestly disgusting and I am so disappointed because we love chick fil a normally ! It looks like since covid happened, the quality of food has declined tremendously ! I will not get food here again ! I would typically give Chick-fil-A a higher rating, but it seems that during my last few visits, their quality is going down while their prices are going up. Example: I ordered a chicken biscuit and the chicken covered about 3/4 of the biscuit. For two chicken biscuits and two small coffees, my bill was $8.76 plus $0.61 tax. In my opinion, it was too much for what we received. I do give credit to those working there as they have always been pleasant and helpful when needed. I am also disappointed that Chick-fil-A does not give military or senior discounts. Less than 7.5% of citizens have served their country honorably. They have made grave sacrifices; therefore, as a Christian organization, I feel they should honor our veterans as most every other food outlet does. read more

This time, the employee spilled my drink all over me when handing it to me and then said nothing, not even an apology. I'm just going to be brutally honest and tell the truth. This is the worst fucking CFA I have ever been to. Put in an online order and as soon as I get there waiting for 5 minutes on my order they inform me that they do not have any salads. I was ok with it and asked to replace it with something within a similar price range. The employee ended up talking a manager to get it resolved and if there was any way to refund the salad but the manager was clueless. She did not know how to do her job. As soon as I got the food with a chicken sandwich replacing my salad they did not hand me my two drinks. It may have been my fault for not remembering but it is also a apart of great customer service to remind the customer that they haven't received their drinks. Would not even give a 1 star review but had to. First, we arrive at 645pm to the lobby with no line but the store is completely disgusting. Not a clean table, food all over the floor, condiment station is empty and the trash cans were out of order (?) because as a team member stated...they're too full. What the what?! There were over 20 team members working, counted and several were on the floor chatting with team members on lunch break. While taking a seat at the cleanest table they had, it was in the way of their service station to wipe down trays. Team members gathered, taking sour patch kids from the party room, complained about their shifts and of course did nothing. Another couple with a child had to pull baby wipes out to clean their table bc it was gross. I approached a team member for a manager, one member came out and was not the manager on duty. Again, what the what?! Then the so-called manager, Menyana(?) came around, questioning why I needed to speak with her. As I tried to explain the condition of the store she got completely defensive and said, we're busy. So it's ok, to not have tables to sit at, not have up and running trash cans, not have condiments for paying customers. No Napkins, straws, ketchup...nothing! She was so unprofessional, I said please give me a number to someone that will take this seriously. She said since you don't want to talk to me I don't want to talk to you. And walked away. Usually I would give Chick-fil-A 5 stars, but tonight was terrible. Took 15 minutes to get our food out, and they had multiple people waiting on carry out. When we got our food it was cold. Then when we left they had already locked the door so someone had to come unlock it. Someone else was trying to enter, so they asked the employee working outside if they were closed. He said, "Check the door," and got back on his phone. He also let multiple other people try to open the door without telling them they were closed and he let cars sit in the drive through behind where he was standing and never told them they were closed.
