My first experience with this gem of an eatery was here in Biloxi. Chicken fingers/tenders are my besties and when I find a spot like this, I have to try them out. And they did not disappoint! Fried perfectly golden, each finger was flavorful and crispy to the last bite. The fries were well seasoned without being salty and the cane's sauce is just the dipping sauce needed to take the tenders over the top. There's one slated to open up soon in my hometown and I can't wait! It's a cool restaurant with good food at good prices. While we have other chicken finger places, none are quite as good as Raising Canes. I just hope that they don't start slimming their fingers down like the other restaurants did over time and they keep the good customer service. I'm so sick of being cheated at drive throughs, I could scream. This evening I stopped at Canes on Hwy. 90 at Edgewater Plaza. I ordered what they call "The Box." It's not a complicated order. 4 pieces of chicken, fries, Texas toast, some sauce and some Cole slaw. Well, I got most of it. Got all the way home and opened it and saw that I had been cheated. Don't leave Canes without opening your bag or box to make sure you're getting everything you paid for. I really don't know if it was a deliberate act or just somebody too lazy to do their job, but I'm the one that didn't get what he paid for. read more

I really don't understand the hype around Raising Cane's. I ordered the three-piece meal and was disappointed yet again. The chicken tenders were soft and lacked any real crisp, the fries were soggy and undercooked, and honestly, the food just isn't worth the $10 price tag. Their signature sauce didn't impress me either, and the only other option they offer is honey mustard. Definitely not enough variety for a place that specializes in chicken. This was actually my third time giving them a try in the past six months, and each visit has left me feeling the same. I've never had a bad experience here, oh and that sauce that comes with the chicken? You may want to get an extra order of that trust me! The Biloxi Canes is conveniently located in Hwy 90 across Edgewater mall. The times that I've dined in here, the restaurant was maintained clean and employees were friendly, I rarely dine in here though, I'm usually hitting the drive thru. The menu here is pretty basic, fresh chicken fingers (every time I've gotten them here, they're always fresh!), French fries (crinkle cut), coleslaw, and buttery toast that comes in various combo options (I usually get the caniac and share, it's plenty of food for 2 people). I must say one of my favorite things here is the sauce, boy what do they put in there! It's a perfect combo of tangy ingredients that goes perfect with the chicken fingers and fries! I've tried other chicken finger joints before such as zaxby's and foosackly's in Mobile, yet nothing compares to the classic Raising Canes! It was a family of five in front of me and the staff was acting as if no one was there, in total I waited 27 minutes for six strips and some fries. I dropped over $30 on dinner, got around to the window and asked if I could get honey mustard for her meal. I was met with a "that will be 42¢". Who the hell has cash in this day and age? I don't carry any cash or change. To spend that kind of money and then be met with such a response. Screw your business honestly. It's not the money, it's the principle. Way to treat customers. I work in the executive level of a Fortune 500 company responding to our customers and taking care of them, I would never nickel and dime somebody like that. Good way to lose business over 42¢. I'm sure to them it was a cool/fun thing to do, but as a runner- it was really appreciated and saved me from being dehydrated. Guys after a long week of hit and miss dining down in Biloxi. After an exhausting night we decided to grab something quick before we headed back to the hotel. The line was a round the corner so we figured they would be dropping hot chicken (and there's no way possible to mess up cane's). We placed our order was told to pull to the front and wait for our order (Oh yeah! Hot Chicken)..... and nothing. It was ridiculous. Not only did they send us old/cold chicken tenders that were soggy and not crispy, but the bread was soft and half raw as if it hadn't been grilled properly, they gave us all plain teas instead of sweet teas (after they asked us what we wanted and we responded lemonades and they proceeded with ok for gallons but were out for regular cups. And the icing on the cake? The huge dead mosquito they left in the creases of the container. Last visit there. They pretty much convinced me to only buy groceries and cook and cook the next time we're in Biloxi. read more

Im not a regular at Cain's. Went to the Gulfport location after they opened and didn't return. Wasn't impressed. Craving Chicken nuggets for dinner so decided to swing by the Biloxi location. Ordered a box and headed home to eat. Now since they advertise using fresh not frozen chicken I was taken aback by my meal. My chicken fingers were crispy on the outside but dry as dirt on the inside. Sorry guys but Krispy Krunchy chicken is fresh and moist on the inside. Excellent fast food place to try out. The breading is flavorful along with their sauce which seems like Zaxby sauce with cajun seasoning. The cole slaw in my opinion is terrible. So happy Biloxi has a Cane's! My boyfriend and I were trying to find something quick and casual and Cane's was the only place for about 6 miles (that we could find). It was exactly what you would expect a Cane's to be like. We went inside and I was extremely packed but the staff was still efficient with getting us serviced fastly and there was even a beautiful view while we waited. The 2 reasons I'm giving them 4 instead of 5 stars is because 1. Bread was barely toasted on one side and the other wasn't even touched 2. some of the staff seemed extremely bothered that we were there. I understand it was right after lunch rush but a smile and simple customer service can really make a difference. Everyone has rough days though so we just tried to be extra nice to them in hopes of lightening up their day! read more

It's so moist and tender... And that cane's sauce??? I have no idea what's in it. Well I think mayo, ketchup and black pepper. I have no clue what else but I can eat that stuff all day. The establishment was very clean. They even had really soft fluffy TP in the ladies room. I mean what fast food joints have fluffy TP unless they really value their customers?!?!!
