Never In my life have I been disappointed by a chick fil a. They have always went above and beyond for every person that walks in that building! Until today!!!!! I was given an old box of cookies, they were hard and left out all day. I asked the cashier to ask the manager if I could pay and just wait for fresh cookies. The manager says no. I really hate to ever write anything bad about chic fil a.. but today's experience was unacceptable. I placed a order the day before for 11:15am pickup. Here I sit now and it's 11:40 and it's still not ready. This usually wouldn't be a big deal to me, but this is a cater order for a hospital and over $300.. I placed the order the night before and pick up early because if the food doesn't arrive on time I loose my chance to speak to the doctors. Looks like I lost out on this one, and it just cost my company money. I have never had this problem from chic fil a, but this is my first time using this one. He gave me the sprite and I had told him of my experience in the drive thru and asked him if the menu was correct and chicken does come with the salad at the 7.39 price he said yes and apologized very insincerely. Heads up. This place does not sell spicy chicken on their breakfast menus. If you are like me, and prefer the extra spice in the morning to get ya going, this place is not it. In my opinion the spicy chicken option is the only thing that separates chick fil a's breakfast menu from other fast food chains. Yuck. Get a plant-based option for vegetarian family members who have to eat here, Chik- Fil -A!! My expensive salad with no meat had several pieces of rotting fruit on it and very little lettuce. An expensive mistake I will not make again. read more

Talk about slow, waited in the drive through forever to get a chicken biscuit for breakfast. they must have had some kind of hold up, and to make things worse there is no way out of the line. other cars behind me were turning around, but I was locked in and when I finally got to the window I got the wrong order. I didn't go back and never will. I also don't like the way they are playing politics to promote their business. read more

The greatest customer service!!! Can't believe this is franchise. They put real flowers on table ;)!

So a while back my fiancé and I went to eat at this location. We don't eat here often. Well, we both go in and I'm pregnant at the time so to the restroom I went. Anyway, my fiancé ordered first and got his food just as I exited the ladies room; I waited in the short line and ordered mine...a spicy chicken sandwich meal. Not hard. The lines were not long at all. 1-3 people at a time and they were getting their food pretty quick. I must have waited for over 45 minutes for mine. My fiancé was already done with his. I go up to the counter after waiting for so long and not hearing my name at all; keep in mind I'm pregnant...apparently my food had been sitting there. They NEVER called my name and my food was cold. When they handed me my food, I looked at them about ready to cry. I was freaking hungry and my dinner just sat there. I told them I wouldn't be coming back. They did not apologize and they did not seem to care. I was not offered a new hotter meal. So I sat there at the table with my fiancé looking at me; asking if I'm okay and me tearing up and eating my cold sandwich. I have not gone back and will never go back to this location. 5 star goes for this particular location. First of all, it is a fast food chain and their product is nothing to right home about. I usually avoid fast food unless my company wants them. I don't even eat chicken here. So why such high rating? Because their service is as good as it gets! The staff is consistently friendly, efficient, courteous and eager to help all the while smiling and just appearing overall happy. Occasionally on random shopping trips or going out I encounter staff acting unprofessionally or undertrained, but never here! Also this location is very clean and they make effort to keep it clean. (You know how difficult that may be, considering how busy they get during lunch rush... not to mention all the customers with little kids/ babies that can make a mess?) Sometimes they even have fresh cut flowers on the tables too. I want to thank the hardworking staff for caring and providing a welcoming atmosphere. read more
