    Chuck-fil-a douglasville is alright with me! If you order in a different state from your home state the offer your free food to redeem without using your points. My entire meal was $2.55. I only purchased a drink. I tried the Maple Bacon Chicken Sandwich with a medium fry (both free) and it was delicious. McKenzie and Elizabeth were amazing. The restroom floor was wet and seemed to have a leaking toilet. The store was clean but restroom was not safe.

    Whenever I'm in the area to visit my son during his teaching/coaching breaks, I end up here. Another great location that has the navigation down to a T during to the Pandemic & inside still being closed. The entire staff works with a seamless flow ensuring accurate orders, directing vehicles & taking touchless payments. There's even an outside hand washing basin for the employees which I think is such a good idea. I just need the Kale Salad to be a little bigger. Besides that, Team CFA keep up the great work, stay safe & healthy.

    This restaurant has caused me to become sick on multiple occasions. I just had extreme vomiting and diarrhea after consuming a number 1 breakfast meal. I can honestly say that it almost killed me. It tasted weird at first, but I kept eating because I was hungry. When I began feeling sick I took a pepto bismol to settle my stomach, but diarrhea and vomiting soon began. I fell to the floor in a daze of pain after opening the bathroom door, I crawled to the toilet and began cleaning my bowls of this cursed meal. Afterwards I fell to the floor and began vomiting with an excruciating pain in my stomach. I had to pour cold water all over my body to keep me from passing out. This never use to happen, but now I get sick from here a lot. This also happens at iHop around here. Im pretty sure the issue is uncooked meat or bad ingredients. I took a pinworm treatment and Imodium to clear any after effects these meals may cause. I'm not going back.

    I went to this location yesterday and had a not so great experience. I submitted my feedback through the app regarding my initial issue which was the app not accepting my payment, but charging my account anyway. My bigger issue was the lack of empathy from one of their "teammates" and her rude attitude to her peer. And the response I got back was the same half ass explanation about calling Corporate about the app. Totally dismissed my other issues about the unprofessional "teammate" and the missing napkins and flatware. I love this company as a whole, but you can totally see the difference in some locations. From the cashiers to management. I live in the Douglasville area, but maybe I'll take my business to the Fairburn Rd location from here on out. I added a photo of the response I received from someone just to show how my other issues were ignored. And what's interesting to me, is I've had the issue with the app for months now. I'm sure I'm not the only person who's experienced this, you'd think they say something like "Thanks for bringing this to our attention, we'll pass it to our Corporate considering this problem has been ongoing for months", but no. I got the dry ass email below. Thanks but no thanks. I won't be back.

    Great new renovation. Same great service. Food was the same as other locations...delicious. From the outside it did not look like they made many changes to the size, but the inside is much more open and still has a playground my kids love! The atmosphere from employees to lighting and music made the experience immensely enjoyable.

    This was the worst chick fil a I ever visited. My first fry had a hair in it. I had driven off before I seen it so I drove back and waited in the drive thru line since inside is closed only to be given a half filled large fry. What in the absolute fu** is this? I asked the counter guy "why is this fry half full" all he could say was I'm sorry mam. I had to drive off before I got out of character. But lessen learned. Never again.

    If you have been to one, you have been to them all, well not all, literally. Chick Fil-A is good about consistency, no matter what location that I have been to, they all seem to be managed equally, and I enjoy that about them. During our drive thru visit here yesterday evening, they accidently forgot to give us a fry order. It was for a small, so my wife went inside and they gave her a large one. No issues, everyone makes mistakes, but unlike other establishments that might perhaps make a big stink over something, Chick Fil-A always maintains good relationships with their customers. This is the reason why they are so largely successful. They make sure they hire the right people who have the right attitude and finding those people, is an art in itself.     My most recent experience was very frustrating. I went through the drive-thru and drove home only to discover a missing sandwich. After driving all the way back, I asked that they also replace my soup in addition to the sandwich as it was now cold. The boy taking orders communicated the request through his speaker and sent me around to the window. Arriving at the window, a guy said $5.45 (as if I was the next car). I explained the situation again, so he asked for a receipt. But I never received a receipt. I told him that and he requested help from a manager. Apparently he needed me to explain the situation a THIRD time and then asked for a receipt which I never received the first time! I was frustrated and asked as clearly as possible for them to give me a fresh soup and the sandwich that they forgot. He hesitantly agreed and then asked for the original soup, so I gave it to him. They asked me to pull up, so I did and within seconds it was in my hands. Skeptical, I reached in and wasn't surprised to feel the familiar cold soup. Clearly they just put the same soup in a new bag with a sandwich. Sick of waiting, I just went home to microwave the soup and pulled out the sandwich only to find the smallest piece of chicken I've seen from any Chick-fil-A (picture attached). My high-expectations come from my typical Chick-fil-A experience, which takes ownership of mistakes and treats customers with overwhelming dignity and respect. This was not the case tonight. It was unfortunate. And though it's more inconvenient for me, I will be driving a little farther to go to experience a more authentic Chickfila.

Food safety is extremely important, and I hope the restaurant reviews their food handling and storage procedures to prevent this from happening to other customers. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable eating here again.
