This Chick-fil-a sucks. Last time we came through here at 15 til closing, they had the dining room shut down. They had no fries even though the order taker charged us for them,'z. We ordered a shake and the machine was broken. They had water running on the floor. An absolute mess. Now I'm sitting through the drive through for 20 minutes. This is a poor example of the chain. Probably the dirtiest Chick-fil-A I have ever been to, the restaurant looks like a mess, tables misaligned, condiments on the floor, crumbs and napkins thrown about. The workers lack customer service it seems like most of them don't even want to be here. read more

When needing dinner on the run Chik-Fil-A is usually a no brainer. This appears to be a new one, new at least since my last time through Eagle Pass. The building and landscaping is beautiful. The outside seating would be great in nice weather. The parking is spacious and lots of room to maneuver, perfect for all the big trucks common to this part of the country. The dining room is also good sized and is pleasantly decorated. There is a play place for small children. The service and food here were excellent. The staff attentive and the food fresh and delicious as expected. While there were some clean tables free, there were more tables needing a wipe down. The bathrooms also needed some attention. Perhaps it was just timing. It was not terrible but that aspect did not meet the high standards usually found at other Chik-Fil-As. That's the only reason I gave them 4 stars rather than 5. I will try them again next time through. read more

It took us 45 minutes to at least get to the window. it took us an extra 20 to wait for our food. that expects the long line. they forgot our mac and cheese and gave us 2 watered down drinks. the staff was super rude. we will NOT be going back after this happened. it was super dirty on the floor inside. they charged us for the mac and cheese they didn't give us. The lines at the drive thru do take long and that's why it lowered the rating from a 5 star to a 3. Let me just start by saying that Chick fil A never disappoints! Their food is always consistent no matter where I travel. However, I am giving this location 3 stars because of how dirty the restaurant was, which is far from true Chick-Fil-A fashion. The staff was friendly and welcoming and courteous but most of the tables were dirty and the floors looked like they had not been cleaned since that location opened. More then anything, the furnishings and design in this location are beautiful which made me more upset! Why not take care of it?
