The food was okay..as normal as any dine in restaurant..nothing that stands out with taste. The service was alright. The appetizers came out the same time as the entrees which I prefer starters or appetizers to actually be just that..starters/appetizers and come before main meal. I asked if any of our meals were spicy at all and was told no but that wasn't the case and couldn't really eat most of to avoid severe heartburn. The setting was actually nice with a family feel. ONION RINGS were COLDER than Bananarama's career (Bananarama & other 80's 1-hit wonders were playing overhead). Loaded fries were more like "sprinkled fries." The highlight was the michelada at the bar. We lucked out that it was happy hour: 3 Dos XX + pitcher of michelada mix = $9. Ordering was a nightmare. Had to repeat what we wanted and the cashier still got it wrong. The Chicken sandwich was overdone and was cold. It was waiting on the counter while the Kobe burger was being cooked. The Kobe burger was basically boiled meat made into a patty with no seasoning and taste. Not surprised that the restaurant when opened in Del Rio closed in a couple of years. It would be a good idea to open an In and Out burger in its place. read more

A decision by owner-management to change the poor-tasting flour tortillas would significantly increase the taste of their food and return customers. I give it a 5-star review location, building, and cleanliness. A 2-3 star on taste and authenticity. A 10-plus start for excellent customer service provided by the staff. I will give this place a 5 star because is worth it to come. I know Laredo and San Antonio locations and this is way better than those, they don't have an old looking building like the other two. Been there several times and in the past it was just like any other Fuddruckers. Last time, though, the burger I ordered medium was definitely cooked well-done instead. The new-style drink machines, while pretty to look at, spit out drinks that didn't taste right. Tried Coke and Sprite, and both tasted like something else (Sprite tasted like ginger ale). Tried the sweet tea and it tasted burnt leaves. The jalapeño cheese dispenser had just regular cheese in it. So overall the experience just felt off -- as if no one is really paying attention to the details. read more

I tried out Fuddruckers in Eagle Pass for the first time. I haven't been to a Fuddruckers location in years. My 1/3 pound burger was very good. The onion rings were fair, not hand battered. Next time I may try one of the salad options. The service level was good. I was pleased over all. I just won't order the onion rings next time! Lol read more

We eat here regularly for lunch and are always pleased so we thought we'd try them for breakfast. Big mistake! After you place our order, they ask for a name to go with the order. We sat down and waited and waited for our name to be called. That never happened. Instead they have several older Hispanic ladies, who speak no English, acting as runners to deliver your food. Of course, they have no idea what table the food goes to so while they're walking around the restaurant trying to guess who gets what food your food is getting cold. Very frustrating. When we finally got our food, after we went to the counter to ask about it, the Picadillo taco was cold and had undercooked, hard potatoes in it on a small, hard tortilla. The breakfast sandwich had nearly raw bacon and 1 small egg which covered only 1/2 the bread. Maybe they should stick with what they are good at - making great burgers. read more

I love this Fuddruckers. The building is great and the environment charming. The burgers are better than most other Fuddruckers.

I stopped by for dinner the other night and ordered the 10oz ribeye steak platter with a loaded baked potato. This was at 6:11pm. At 6:45pm my name had still not been called and when I went to the counter to ask I saw the baked potato sitting there and they said they hadn't cooked the steak yet. In the 30 plus minutes I had been waiting others came in and already had gotten their meals. They apologized which is all done and dandy. When my meal was ready the steak was cooked way past well done when I had asked for medium and the baked potato was colder than room temp. By this point it had almost been an hour since I first came in and they apologized again and offered to either cook another steak and potato or refund my money. I opted for the refund. It is 10:51AM, and just finishing a burger they started for me 10:30. When I ordered a burger 30 minutes early, the cashier said we don't start serving burgers until 11. The nice young lady (manager) Blanca turned around and asked if I wanted a burger.
