The food was astonishingly delicious -- it felt like I was back in Mexico! There's a wide variety of dishes on the menu, along with plenty of spices and sauces to complement each one -- in short, a true parade of flavors. The presentation is just as vibrant as the taste. I came with my family and we were asked to wait 10 minutes -- and exactly 10 minutes later, we were seated at our table. This is a very nice Mexican restaurant. Even though it's located in a strip mall, it was fairly crowded. It has a nice bar and is beautifully decorated with 3D metal work. Nice touch and very colorful. The food was tasty, fresh, well prepared and presented. We were never rushed and enjoyed our dinner and margaritas which were delicious. Nice size too. My wife had the burrito bowl, fresh and tasty. I had the chimichangas which were also well made and delicious. The Mexican staff was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. 11/1/25 I really wanted my daughter and grandgirl to try Rey Aztecas- I really enjoyed it. I got the lunch special one chicken and one ground beef enchilada with rice instead of beans. My daughter ordered a chicken chimichanga that she enjoyed. Our little 2 1/2 year old got a cheese quesadilla and a beef enchilada children's meal. She really loved it- she did a pretty good job enjoying my rice too! I also wanted to mention I liked the crispy lettuce and the sour cream sauce on top with the savory enchiladas. The artwork is simply stunning and it is a beautiful restaurant. I have always loved Mexican pottery and art. The vivid colors are so eye catching. I wanted to mention that Victor was a friendly attentive server. I placed a to go order for my son in law and Victor timed it perfectly so that we could get it home to him nice and hot. I was not sure how Rey azteca would be I really wanted a margherita and to check out a new spot. The service was great, from the hostess to the server, the ambiance was really well done and had a good vibe. I had a margherita it was delicious and the food was great. I was a bit hesitant as the food seemed a bit over priced and once it came out the rice portion was a bit small ( I ate it all and rarely eat my whole dinner. I (Side) Ordered Chile Relleno Al Pastor, chicken tamale and a Chalupa. The relleno was very good, the rest were par. Service from Victor was tops. Margaritas were quite popular. They need to clarify their drinks when it's not made normal. NEVER in my life have I EVER had a pina colada with tequila. It's common knowledge that they're made with rum. Why was this such a big deal? I'm allergic to tequila. I broke out in hives and never once was able to ask what was in my drink bc my server never came to check on us until it was time to pay. When I finally got the chance to ask, the server did absolutely nothing and handed the check over. I specifically asked for a pina colada. I NEVER asked for a pina colada margarita bc IM ALLERGIC TO TEQUILA. I will never go back here. Food might be decent and cheap, but the lack of care is frustrating. My personal favorite item off the menu so far is the fajitas texanas. One of the best I've had! We get the guacamole when we go and it usually varies in taste. Great new addition to the East Norriton community! Have been twice already and the service has been consistently friendly from the time you enter to the time you leave. The decor and ambiance is great and they are able to accomplish parties of all sizes. Food has also been consistent and very much a crowd favorite! First time around we enjoyed the fresh guacamole, a large mason jar of horchata, and enchiladas rancheros. This time around we had the fresh guacamole and shared the Texanos fajitas for two. We ended up taking home just as much of our dinner as we ate because the portion was so big and it was delicious! The fresh guacamole (haven't tried the guacamole dip) is probably one of the best I have had and you can have them make it just how you like it. My favorite Mexican restaurant! I've been to a few locations and they all have been fantastic. The margaritas are excellent. They have a lot of flavors and everyone I've had so far has been great. My favorite is the tropical margarita. The menu is huge and everything has such great flavor. The food always comes out so quickly. Also, can't beat free chips and salsa brought to your table right when you sit down! The staff is always super friendly. On our most recent visit, they took a bit longer to bring us the check, but other than that our waiter was very attentive. Highly recommend! Met up with a gf who lives local for dinner on a Wednesday. The interior is beautiful with various artwork on the walls and on the chairs. For 7p the restaurant was pretty slow (3 or so other tables), but it was the middle of the week so I get it. More attention for us and that definitely was the case. Our waiter was very attentive, checking on us often (maybe a tad too often, but I'd rather that than not enough). Complimentary salsa (delicious and fresh) and chips (perfect thickness and warm) for the table. We got the guac appetizer to start; made to order and your specifications (how hot) at a specific cart nearby. It was absolutely delicious with fresh ingredients like the salsa. Could have used a bit of salt if I had to critique it, but nonetheless it was good and even better the next day on a slice of toast. My friend and I both got main dishes with shrimp (me chimichangas, forget what she got) . The plating was appealing with lots of color and everything tasted great. We both cleared our plates (except for my refried beans; very, very good, just too much to eat it all). We ended the meal with fried ice cream to share and a cup of coffee for me. I was so full that I had a few bites and let my friend (who's preggers) enjoy the majority. My friend and I enjoyed ourselves so much that we closed the restaurant (got lost in convo and track of time). Would never had known from the staff as they weren't pushing us out. I wanted to give this about 3 1/2 stars, but it wouldn't allow. Anyways, we absolutely love Rey Azteca in Warrington so we were so excited when this opened last month. I love their chips and salsa. I hate the really thick chips, and these ones are so good! My husband and I ordered a couple of their lunch specials. I ordered the lunch special #10 which did not include beef, and the waiter brought me out the lunch special number #11. I explained to him that that's not what I ordered and that I don't eat beef. So he brought me out the one I originally ordered and guess what- they put beef on their chili rellenos!! After we finish eating the way to properly brings us a check without asking if we wanted anything else. I asked him if he could. Please bring us a dessert menu, and he looks surprised. They don't have their liquor license, but they do give you watching the game house margaritas which were very tart but ok. read more

This was my first time at Rey Azteca. The decor was beautiful .Our waiter knew the menu well and suggested dishes based on what we said that we liked. The meals came out quickly and everything was delicious. All of the vegetables were fresh and perfectly cooked. The host and waiter were very friendly in a genuine manner. I noticed how clean the restaurant was when I entered, The floors, counters and everything was sparkling. It was when I went into the bathroom that I realized that I was in the cleanest restaurant I had ever been in. I have been to many many restaurants in many states and several countries. When the floor of the restaurant and bathroom are this clean, I am reassured that the kitchen is also very clean. This will be my go to restaurant from now on. read more

I had the carne asada steak which was very juicy and tasty. The only problem was the drink I ordered. I ordered the pina colada which they mixed with margarita mix and put salt on the rim. I was so confused. I have never had a pina colada not blended and thought this as the ay they made them there. When we looked at the bill is when we saw how they had made the drink. read more

The Mole Rancheros enchiladas were not tasty and resembled chicken saturated in BBQ sauce. The Enchiladas suizas was bland with stringy chicken and undercooked tortillas.
