I kindly asked them to please order breakfast as it was still 1031, one minute after the changeover. A female at the drive-through absolutely refused even though in the past, they had done it with no problem so I know it's no big deal for them to do so. They were super busy so it's super understandable that things can get a little hectic and that's when things go wrong. I work in fast food too so I know all too well. I got home and realized I got the regular nuggets and the thing is that I'm allergic to gluten so I can only eat the grilled so I called and everyone was super nice about it. I went back and they fixed my order for me and it was amazing! I'd like to shout out Hudson for answering the phone and being super sweet about everything and also the lady (I didn't get her name) for being super amazing and even gave my dog a bone! Chick-Fil-A comes with a lot of hype. I will give you that. I was pretty skeptical when I heard it was coming to town, having never been to one previously. My impression are as follows. Never get the chicken nuggets unless you want the most delicious chicken nuggets fast food has to offer. Scoff all you want but this is real chicken breast meat! This is not a pressed nugget! My teenage daughter and I get these way more frequently than I care to admit. The breading is light. Not too much, just enough and crispy. The sandwiches are made of the same quality chicken. You can get them with the chicken on a bun by itself or you can get the deluxe version with tomato and lettuce on a bun. When referring to the waffle fries, I think it is important for me to first point out that I do not enjoy french fries at almost any fast food restaurant. That being said, these fries are really, really good. Absolutely get them! I have had the fruit cup as well. It is a standard fruit cup. It is very fresh, very good fruit. It does not have a sauce or dressing on it. Very simple, very fresh, very good fruit. In terms of sauces, I have not tried them all. So I will stick to what I have personally tried. Chick-fil-A sauce is very good. It is difficult to describe. It is similar to a less tangy honey mustard with a smokeyish BBQ component. Very good. Must try! Polynesian sauce is my current personal favorite. It is similar to a sweet and sour sauce. I love this sauce on with the fries, the nuggets, and the sandwich. I have always been a fan of chik fil a as they have great food, good customer service and I like their values. Today I score this store only a 3 out of 5 due to the cleanliness of the place. My sister and I along with our 5 kids are there. When looking for a place to sit down we had to clean our own table because so many were dirty. I assume they were just done being busy so I didn't think this was that big of a deal until we went to throw our garbage away. The trash was overflowing to where there were two trays with garbage on top and falling over into the condiment area. I saw they had a worker go around and clean the tables but she wiped down every table before taking care of this. There were other workers who were behind the register who had the garbage in view sight but no one came to empty it. I watched to see how long it took before anyone changed it and it was over 20min before someone stepped up and took care of this. read more

Super impressed. They have wipes on all the high chairs so you can clean them, a new "table topper" (thick plastic with adhesive so you have a clean eating surface) and the kids meals come with books! And of course there's the indoor playground. Also, free mouth wash in the bathroom. read more
