It was nice to go check out Raising Cane's in Bloomington a couple weeks ago. I had only ate at Raising Cane's twice ever so it's nice to be reminded of how good their chicken is. They were pretty crowded when we got there and the parking lot was a bit tight. It's kind of only one row of parking and I drive a larger vehicle so it was difficult to pull in or even back in to the parking place. I wanted to give 4 stars cause of the parking lot but instead just making sure you know, parking is a struggle. Once we finally got a parking place we went inside and placed our order. I noticed there was a lot of people that were happy and enjoying their dinner. There's not a lot of seating inside, I've definitely seen pictures of bigger Canes restaurants but it seems like it could be enough if people are in and out when they're finished eating. We didn't have to wait very long for our food and it was all fresh and hot! I enjoy the flavor of the chicken and also the cane sauce. The fries are okay but it'd be nice to try out some seasoning on them I'm not sure if this restaurant offers something like that. I love the art on the walls and I noticed the other two canes that I have been to have the brick wall painted with the canes logo. I love the ambience and all of the decor in the restaurant. Chicken flavorless, soggy, not cooked all the way. And soooo small. Bread cold, fries not crispy. Parking lot are is a mess. I feel for the Chinese place next door. They're getting screwed by Canes poor planning re: parking/drive through entry. Bottom line, overpriced, bad food. If you want fantastic Chicken- head over to Dave's Hot Chicken. Excellent customer service, fresh hot crispy Chicken and you get twice as much as Canes for about the same price. Dave's sauce is also way better. ‍ read more

To Todd Graves: My first impression with Raising Canes was great when it was first opened! The more we visit the restaurant, the more we get to like it. There were times that we had a few visits within a week From time to time there were some minor issues and I had to send a feedback form to the support team as you welcome customers to do so. The feedback was constructive. Never once I asked for any compensation at all! My recent visit on June 26 had some minor issues. I also had some questions regarding to the club membership. I didn't hear from anyone so I sent another feedback thinking that I must have used the wrong form. Finally today on July 2, I called the support team and Anthony was the one who answered my call. He placed me on hold and came back. He said, " I reviewed your case over a month ago and it was resolved and closed. I am going to disconnect the call and your number will be blocked!" Wow! I never heard of anything like this! First of all, I believe he reviewed the wrong info or case. Second of all, what did I do to deserve this treatment? This was uncalled for! I demand an apology and Anthony definitely should be reprimanded for his unprofessional conduct and behavior! According to The Consumer Review Fairness Act (CRFA) protects people's ability to share their honest opinions about a business's products, services, or conduct, in any forum, including social media. I haven't posted anything publicly other than this. Is your company complying? I think everyone would agree that in Bloomington/Normal area, it is situated with restaurants. I had been to a Cane's in Kentucky and enjoyed it so was eager to have it again. This location has a drive thru as well as indoor and 3 tables outside. Order at the counter and they call your name when it's ready. I had the 3 finger combo which comes with fries, garlic bread and a drink. And of course the secret sauce. It was all really good and the price is reasonable. They have Coke zero. read more

Newly opened location. Drive thru is efficient. Staff is pleasant. Younger employees seem eager to learn. They hired security to help with traffic flow. That's appreciated. The fries are perfectly salted! Proper temperature. There are a few outdoor seating options. read more

AMAZINGG. the chicken was so so good! the fries were seasoned perfectly and the SAUCE. the raising canes sauce is like heaven in your mouth. its so so tasty. their lemonade is also AMAZING. but the sprite does taste really bad. it just tastes like carbonated water all 4 times I've went. gave us two coleslaw for free since they forgot the coleslaw the first time! the resturaunt is SUPER clean. including the bathroom. just, if you dont like busy places, do not go here at night on saturdays read more

If I could keep it as a zero star review I would. We got dinner Friday night around 7pm at this location and i ended Up with food poisoning all weekend and in the ER Monday night from getting sick all weekend. Couldn't work half the week. Apparently my chicken was not fully cooked or a piece wasn't. Needless to say we will not be dining here again. read more

I placed an online order for pickup at 5:15 PM and arrived right on time. When I got there, I found my food sitting on the bottom shelf--and it was completely cold. I asked a staff member what happened, and she told me the order was scheduled to be ready at 4:00 and picked up by 4:15. I showed her the confirmation on my phone with the correct 5:15pm pickup time, but she had no explanation. The food was stone cold, the drinks were watered down and tasted awful. I could've asked them to remake everything, but I work second shift and was grabbing this on my dinner break. Honestly, I would've been better off microwaving some frozen chicken nuggets. read more
