While that's not a long wait, it felt frustrating in the moment -- I was already upset about the food and the conversation, which seemed to focus more on justifying mistakes than resolving them. The manager processed the refund quickly, but then walked away without saying anything. I ended up tearing off my own refund receipt from the register. He returned shortly after with a coupon, which I appreciated -- but it would've been nice to know where he was going instead of being left standing there.
