After moving into the area a year ago, I had high hopes for this place! Decent sized place, but only 6 or 7 tables. Twice I've walked out because there was no seating available. (This may be a fire code restriction). Touch screen ordering is cool, but if you want to order with a counterperson (or pay with cash), you'll probably have a wait. They have a TV, but I've never seen it on. Great burgers, waffle fries, cheesesteak eggrolls. But, that's recently changed, they're all gone now. Even the burgers seem mediocre now. They've also switched to Pepsi products. They are now advertise using beef tallow in the fryers(!), although fries are now your only option for a side. And the menu is not really kid friendly. My "gourmet" burger joint is turning into a Five Guys clone. Sad. read more

We've talked about trying this for months, we're not big meat eaters. We both ordered the same "mini" build your own burger. Don't be deceived, mini means single meat patty , it's a standard size sandwich. We also split medium fries. The burger was great, fresh tasty bun, plenty of provolone cheese lettuce and tomato. Everything tasted fresh and well seasoned. The fries were skinny, crisp like we like them. You order on a computer screen similar to Wawa. There are two screens close to each other. Was a bit awkward with the couple ordering next to us and it took a bit to understand the flow of information. You also pay via the screen which is very easy. Very little to no human contact. A person behind the counter did greet us and I guess could have been asked questions if needed. If the place was busy the self ordering could be a problem. We ate in, the place is kind of shabby but appeared clean. I cleaned our table with some spray I found on a back counter. I didn't see anyone cleaning tables. One minor annoyance, the napkins are single ply and do not hold up well to the clean up from eating g a pretty messy juicy burger. We must have used 20 napkins, a good two ply napkin would have been preferred. We will definitely be back the next time we have a burger craving. read more

Found this spot on Yelp and had to check them out. I ordered a Big Schmack to see how it was since I am an avid Big Mac fan but prefer real burgers instead of processed crap. This is the ultimate treat to get it made with real ingredients. It's really big, and filled me completely and the meat was really good quality and the sauces/pickles were on point. This hit all the marks for me but was just a tad salty. I would return again and order it again for sure! Their menu is extensive and creative. Check them out for sure! I'm going to rate the experience a 4 because I did the build your own, so I don't know if the combination of ingredients I selected led to my frustration with the burger, which could have gone down to a 3. As in the Galloway location you order from a kiosk similar to Wawa and as I said before it seemed less intuitive. I didn't realize that the phrase at the bottom "add to your order" meant that you were done ordering your burger and you were adding your burger to the entire order as opposed to wanting to add something else to your burger. I would change the phrasing to be easier to figure out. I ordered takeout; a burger and fries so I can't say much about the place itself except that it was clean. As far as the burger, I ordered the black bean option with swiss, lettuce, sauteed onions and mushrooms, mayo and ketchup. I got it to go so when I got to my location it was somewhat disappointing that a lot of the ingredients got stuck to the wrapping paper. Also, the bun was very wet on the one side. I picked up the burger and tried to take a bite but the cheese was stuck to the wrapping paper which made it hard to pick up and eat. When I finally did get a bite, I have to say that it was delicious. However, midway through eating the burger most of it fell out of the bun. I ended up using my fingers to pick up the burger that had fallen out. So, was it my selection of ingredients that caused the burger to fall apart or was it poorly constructed and packaged? I picked up a black bean burger, and double beef cheeseburger, Tony Beef offers a lot of types of buns, cheeses, condiments, and add ons to customize your order which makes it perfect to suit your individual taste. It's a burger I'll think about weekly. My daughter got the big shmacc and actually finished the entire thing. Her and I both commented on the lack of grease which was nice. Just picked up take out for the first time from Tony Beef. Never been to the other location either but heard good things. Believe the hype. To start off, the online ordering was easy. Got a text when my order was ready, walked in- boom, there you go. Super efficient. Cashier was friendly, order was correct. Get home, and the fries were still warm and crisp!!! Nothing worse than soggy take out fries. The burgers were cooked perfectly to order, toppings were fresh and tasty. If I could give one bit of critique- I wish there was just a bit more of the special sauce on my burger because I could just barely taste it. Although, I do appreciate that the burger wasn't sloppy. Tony Beef Galloway is amazing, but tonight was our 4th and last time trying out their 2nd location in Somers Point. The other 3 times have been forgotten items, mixed up orders, but tonight was 3 different burgers all raw upon delivery. More than that, the Italian meats on the Danny DeVito smelled sour and past expiration. The Galloway location is where to buy from. It's worth the drive since our $43 pick up order was inedible. Love the Galloway location HOWEVER we went here to the SP location for the first time and they mixed around our two burgers. Putting some correct ingredients and some ingredients from the opposite burger. Not sure how that happened. Also, the bag of food was SO greasy they had to double bag it. Cheesesteak Burger was absolutely delicious and filling. Waffle Fries were seasoned perfectly and had a good crunch, and the Orange Creamsicle milkshake is one of the best milkshakes i've had. Food was okay. However, grandson got sick after eating and throat closed up and had to go ER. He has peanut allergy. Notice one of the items has peanut butter on the one burger. Had the chocolate banana and that was the best shake I had in a long time. I did get the double burger which was a lot of sandwich. I decided to try this location for the first time today for Father's Day and it was delicious. I got a double beef burger with white cheddar cheese, bacon, ketchup, and Mayo on a grilled cheese bun. The burger was so juicy and delicious. The bacon was cooked to perfection. They also put cheese on each burger patty which was appreciated. Also, you gotta try the grilled cheese bun! It really takes it to the next level. These burgers are huge and we got two meals out of them. Food here is tasty but customer service left a bad taste on my experience that their double patty couldn't overcome. I put my order in and paid for it online and on the way to pick my order up I called and asked if they could add a milkshake to my order. The guy who had answered the phone sighed as if I was a major bother to him and said they too busy, to just order what i want when i get there.I know the fast food work environment can be hectic especially in the times we are in but It's a shame when a customer experience is soured and not because of a bad product but because of poor attitude. read more
