I called the restaurant right away, and the woman I spoke to said she would write my name down so I could get the missing item next time I came in. Fast forward to today--I placed another order, told the cashier about the previous issue, and gave her my name. They had no record of it. Then, as she hands me today's order, I check the bag and AGAIN something is missing! They don't have a reliable system for tracking order issues, and they clearly don't double-check bags before handing them out. When I spoke with the manager, she had a nasty attitude and acted like she was doing me a favor by giving me the item I already paid for months ago. She even said "Just take it, I'll pay for it." But let's be clear--you're not paying for anything. That was my money. The customer service is terrible, and this place clearly doesn't value its customers.
