I've been hearing about this place and wanted to give it a try plus I love hamburgers so why not. The young lady who came to take our order didn't acknowledge or say anything she walked up to our truck and stood there. We gave her our order and moved forward to pay we had cash. We didn't wait long, the young lady at the window was nice. Burger- I order the burger with bacon. The burger is big since I'm a newbie I'm not sure if the ketchup was missing since I only see mustard. It was sloppily put together in my opinion the taste was nothing special. This is a new restaurant, that has been opened for a few days. The employees are really nice that's taking the orders. The drive-thru and inside is super packed. The food is kind of pricy, but it came out hot and fresh. The onions are grilled, which is the only way I can eat onions. The burgers and fries are delicious. Fayetteville has a new fast food restaurant - Whataburger. I never had one before so I had to go to try and support this new establishment. As anticipated is was BUSY both inside and drive thru. Many managers and staff there to support the crowd and keep the lines moving. They all had smiles on their face and there was an enthusiastic vibe inside. I received a friendly greeting by one of the managers and staff who was wiping down the front door and opened it for me. He informed me they are open 24 hours including the dining room. The line inside wasn't too long and moving fairly quickly. When it was my turn to order, again, I was greeted nicely. The wait for my food came in a reasonable amount of time and was accurate. Just before my order came out I remembered I forgot to add cheese to my burger. The manager directed me back in line which the wait wasn't long at all. The supervisor was nice to give it to me without charge. I appreciated the extra kindness. I ordered a Whataburger Jr. without bun which was good, hot, and fresh. Only thing it was a little salty for me. This might be a one off occasion. Since it's my first time I also decided to try their fries and onion rings. Both were hot and with a nice crunch. I like that the onions rings wasn't a heavy batter either. Overall it was a great experience. I recommend trying. read more

DO NOT EAT HERE- Charity at Whataburger was great. Professional, respectful, and honestly too good for that place. She was NOT the problem. The service was. I drove over 30 minutes, paid almost $16, and clearly asked for no salt on my fries and a fresh burger. Instead, I got stale, salty fries and a burger that was clearly reheated. The restaurant wasn't busy, and I had already waited over 20 minutes. I allowed them to remake the fries, but I refused to wait another 15 minutes for a burger when I KNOW Charity told them to make it fresh. The manager was kind and offered a remake, but at that point the disrespect had already happened. Serving reheated food when a customer asks for fresh is lazy and unacceptable. Wasting people's time is infuriating. The employees working 12/29/25 around 8:45 PM need to be reprimanded. I didn't want anything free, I was disgusted. Food was made to order . On delivery the fries were hot and burger and topping and condiments were fresh. They charge 1.00 per slice of cheese just for you know if you haven't ate here yet. This was my first time and I really enjoyed my burger n fries the meat had seasoning on it very delicious beef. Customers service was very nice and was polite and had true patience. The attitude from the girl running the window is enough for me to never come back. Ordered unsweet tea, but she gave us sweet. No big deal, but when my husband told her, the look and attitude that we got...wow. She grabbed them from him and dramatically threw the cups away and slowly strolled to the tea area. To the Manager that runs the shifts in the evening starting around 9pm-11pm, YOU NEED TO BE REPLACED. You clearly lack management skills. Not only you stress out the patrons waiting in line inside & outside in the drive thru, but you also stress your employees with your in-efficiency. Hey guys, you've read many of my reviews but I've never done one for WHATABURGER - so after having my first one today, here is an honest review while its still 'fresh' in my mind... PROS: The toppings look home made and fairly fresh, and the burger actually goes from end to end on the bun- bravo. My mother commented that back when she was 16, she ate there (Whataburger has been around for a while!) and the actual hamburger was the size of a plate!! No joke! They would cut it into 4 pieces and share it. Of course I wasn't expecting that today, but was impressed that the patty was at least the same size as the bun, which wasn't small for a burger. (5+ inches wide?) Well, I really wanted to say more on the positive side, since I was looking forward to trying it after all the hype - but unfortunately that's about all I can say for now. CONS: I was really expecting a juicy well seasoned monster of a burger... but although it was a tad larger than others around town, there wasn't a lot of flavor in the meat or the whole thing for that matter, and it was a little dry, just sort of mediocre - and I really hate saying that - but if your going to charge that much for a burger, then it needs to be outstanding! Also the bun was very lack-lust - remined me of a slightly larger dull McD's bun without sesame seeds. CONCLUSION: Add some flavor to the meat, use a quality sesame seed bun, bring the prices down a little - and I'll be back. For now there are several places near me that offer better burgers at lower prices. Examples: Del Taco actually has a good double chz burger for 2.99!! Well, I can say avoid the new Whataburger in Fayetteville Ga at all cost. I was looking forward to having somewhere else to have some where else to get a burger. A friend and myself went to get a burger there tonight, first off over $30 for 2 regular meals, I can sit down at a fast casual round here and get more food for less money. Over 30 min to get our food... slower than any other restaurant around here. All of this is stuff I can live with. What I can't my friend ordered a patty melt no onions, the cashier berates her and says the patty melt comes with no onions. I order a bacon cheese burger "can I have a bacon cheeseburger plain I only want meat, bread, cheese and bacon" is the direct quote I told the cashier. When I get the burger it has mustard slathered all over it. I am allergic to apple products as many of you all know so I avoid stuff with vinegar in it as some of that is made with apples. Mustard has vinegar in it. I take the burger up to the counter and get told "mustard comes on plain burgers." I go back to my table where Katie is eating and think to my self, "This place is new maybe she dosent know" I go up and ask to speak to a manager. This woman in a blue trainer shirt rather rudely asks "What's wrong with your food" I explained how I ordered, what I got and she says "That's the way it comes." I loose my temper which I admit is wrong of me but then she finally offers to remake my food. I decline cause it had already been over 30 minutes, this is the way it comes so probably going to be wrong again. It was my first time going to this restaurant and was told many good things from friends so I was super excited but sadly tonight when I went it seems like the staff didn't really pay attention to my order. Mind you it wasn't really busy at 7 o'clock at night, so I was a little confused, I simply just asked to have the mustard on my burger replaced with ketchup because sadly I am allergic to mustard and upon opening the packaging once I got home, I noticed that they still put it on there anyway? The only restaurant in Georgia that i would label perfect. From day one until now i have never received a bad attitude or an order that was messed up. Nothing. The staff is incredible. The inside is clean and yes the bathroom is spotless. The food is hot and everything on the menu is delicious. The amount of effort put into impeccable quality of food and service over 3 different shifts in a 24 hour period deserves so much more praise than i can put in words. Customers behind you receive their meals before you receive yours and they expect you to move to allow cars behind you can get out. Does that make any sense? No, of course not!!! Yes, I refuse to move due to the fact that the staff you have in place are not courteous, apologetic or friendly. The system they have in place is not working. Employee brings out one drink. Employee comes out with one bag. How is that a fast food restaurant and you're waiting 30+ minutes? The experience was absolutely horrible for a first time visit and a last time visit. I made the call to the store manager gave him a synopsis of my experience and expressed to him the dissatisfaction that I had with the employee that I encountered. When I did receive my food, it was 37 minutes after I placed the order when the employee came to the car she gave me someone else's name and asked for my name, I gave her the information. She stated I'll be back with your food. She comes back to the car behind me then maybe about seven or eight minutes later she comes out with my food and gives it to me through the window without uttering a word. I asked if this was my order? She shook her head as if she had a language deficit. I immediately called and reported the incident.
