The new Lemon Pepper tenders are really good. The service was great didn't have to wait long, my food was hot and fresh. The toasted bread is the best I could probably just order this and eat only bread. The strawberry lemonade was delicious too, it was my first time ordering and will definitely order again. This location has very poor customer service. It's Monday I visit the establishment and order my tacos a certain way and all of a sudden tonight they wouldn't make it the way that they've made it every Monday before. When I asked for the general manager's name and or the district manager's name, the night manager was such a coward and wouldn't give it to me. He kept sending out the cashier to give me excuses. I know as a customer that I am entitled to the general manager's name and or the district manager's name. Each week I order $200 worth of food for my employees, but I'll never be back. I asked for pink lemonade and she says sorry no we only have strawberry lemonade, then gives me regular lemonade. The chicken sandwich I got (which I paid $1 more to get bacon and cheese) had last months bacon crumbs from behind the stove on top of a piece of cheese with the flu. We didn't feel like cooking and wanted a quick dinner after traveling and unpacking all day. Since this place was near where we were staying at in the area, we went and ordered some food. There is only inside seating at this location. Our food came out in a reasonable amount of time. The cobb zalad was solid. I got it with the grilled chicken and it filled me up nicely. The combination of the fried noodles and hard boiled egg added a nice flavor to the salad. It was clean and the service was good. With the recent chicken sandwich takeover in the media, I decided to stop by Zaxby's to try the new smokehouse chicken sandwich. Ultimately, I decided to go to Zaxby's because I like their fries. I'm not a big barbecue sauce fan but this sandwich was GOOD! It has cheese, barbecue sauce, and fried onions all on Texas toast. Who can resist some Zaxby's Texas toast? The fillet wasn't too thick or too thin and was fried to perfection. I was iffy about trying the sandwich but I'm glad I did! I received great customer service at this location as well. The cashier was friendly and patient as I decided what I wanted to order. I went on a Sunday afternoon, so they had a little rush but everyone's order came out quickly. The restaurant was very clean as well. I'm glad that Zaxby's has started serving chicken sandwiches with fillets, not just tenders on bread. If I could give them a zero I would. They are so ghetto and never have anything in stock. They'll have you wait in a drive thru line for a half an hour once you make it up to order tell you they aren't making salads, and they don't have filets. The girl was rude and nasty, then someone named Quinn claimed to be a manager was equally as rude and had the nerve to act like he doesn't understand why I would be upset. At no time did either of them bothered to apologize for the time we wasted in line over 25 minutes. After being totally inconvenienced and angered by the nonchalantness of these two totally disrespectful employees who said they were closeing soon they only have chicken fingers, fries and toast. Worst service EVER!! Ordered my food via drive thru, waited forever, got to pay, didn't pay attention to how much it was just grabbed the receipt and continued to wait for my order. When I got my food I was missing a side order which the young girl at the window said you didn't order it, I said yes I did then checked my receipt and noticed she didn't add it so I asked her for my side item handing her my card to pay for the item she missed and she immediately said "my manager said to go back around or come inside" I was like seriously! If I honestly felt like I wanted to be an asshole I would have asked for my money back and gave them back their overrated food! I was just tired and wanted to go home after a long day at work. While on vacation visiting my sister. We moseyed on into this place for take out lunch. Well she goes to the counter rambles off her order and steps aside for me to order. wha? huh? what do I get? As I look at the girl/then to the menu. my sister kindly steps in and orders for me. We get our black boxes and head home. I was like a kid on Christmas morning when I opened my box. WOW! all of this for me! The chicken had a seasoned crust so tender and juicy, and what kind of sauce is that on it? Oh, I get huge slices of garlic bread too? "I better call the airline and tell them I need a double seat for the flight back, because I'm going back to this place as many times as I can before I leave Georgia." While going up the escalator at the airport to my terminal, what do I see in someones hand going down the escalator on the opposite side... A black Zaxby's box!!! This can't be happening.. I Visit this place of business whenever I'm in the area, on this day it was alot of cars at the drive through window. So I decided to go inside, there were four people in line and only one cashier, after waiting the cashier called for help and when the second cashier came she took the order from one of the other customers and when I step to the counter she decided to walk away and went around the corner, so the other cashier ask me if she could take my order, but I said to her that the cashier was very rude the way she walked away so she didn't have to take my order and as I was speaking to the first cashier she came up to the counter and I told her that was not nice what she did and she never responded.
