The customer service was good and my food came out fast. The person that took my order was kind of impatient in the drive-thru but I still took my time especially since this was my 1st time here. The peach cobbler left MUCH to be desired! It was a tiny cup of dried out dough with a LITTLE bit of topping. I would never buy that again, it was a waste of money. I often frequent Bo's (0515-0520), to purchase Cajun biscuits to consume for lunch. I arrived 7/9 & 7/14 and was notified "due to short staff" they were closed until 0630 hours. I informed the worker they stated exact same isue last week, and the manager should have reliable staff crossed-trained to run POS point of sales efficienctly and consistently. All lights (internal/ external ), were on w/ one or two staff inside , only to have patrons turned away. Help me understand this logic. If the facility opens at 5AM, staff must report 0400-0430 utilizing/ Kilowatts for at at least 2 hours, plus payroll 2hours for (1-2 staff) all expenditures, prior to any earnings. For the record this is/was only option during this timeframe being that I do not eat McDonald's. I guess I will add BoJangles to the list also. Stopped in around 3pm for a late lunch. This will be my first and last visit. When I order fried chicken, I expect hot and juicy. The chicken I received was coated with a batter that was soft and chewy with dry chicken inside. Every employee shirt stated that biscuits are baked fresh every 20 minutes. The biscuit that I was served was not a fresh out of the oven biscuit as advertised. The dining room was not as clean as I would expect during a down period. Trash was overflowing from one trash can, along with lots of items on the floor. The staff should spend 10 minutes cleaning the dining room and not behind the counter yelling and laughing. The lady at the speaker was rude and very unprofessional. She replied with "What"!!! And then she refused to turn her headset off so her conversation was being heard. I get my food and didn't notice I had hair in it until I was almost done. This is very unsanitary and unpleasant. You can't even go to fast food anymore without having to worry about hairnets, clean hands, and etc. I will not recommend anyone to this location at all!!! Very seldom do I ever give a fast food place 5 stars but I couldnt help myself. Now don't get me wrong this is not the same 5 stars as a full restaurant type of gig. This location is clean inside and out. Easy to get to from the main road. Plenty of parking. The drive thru goes quick and the staff is always very nice. Inside is also very clean. The men's bathroom was spotless middle of the day. The restaurant was decorated for the holidays and looked classy. No matter what time of day the biscuits are fresh. The chicken is always really moist and the sides are great. The tea is always fresh. What else can I say about this place ?? Nothing bad ... that's for sure. 4/25 rather than turning right into Kroger, I turned left and ordered an 8pc family meal $27.99 vs $14.99 from Kroger. Only thing Kroger meal doesn't come with was 1/2 gallon of tea. Which I ordered Sweet and once we got home and poured it, discovered it was unsweet. Had I just went to Kroger I could have gotten my own. I paid $14 more to have my order wrong. Biscuits! This review is for biscuits. Bojangle's buttermilk biscuits do seem to be made fresh every 20 minutes as claimed. They are fluffy and creamy and beyond what you expect from fast food. I will buy a truckload of Bojangle's biscuits and load them onto a Concorde jet, so I can fly at 1,354mph and get to Seattle before the biscuits get old. I will then throw warm biscuits at every single restarauteur in Washington State that ever claimed they would serve me "biscuits and gravy." I will revisit each of the dozens of eating establishments that tried teaching me this lesson: Do not to order biscuits in the Pacific Northwest. Traveling from bustling metropolis cafe to promising small-town diner, I will pelt everyone involved in fraudulent biscuitry. One by one I will huck the fluffy delights, deliciously biscuiting the face of every waitress and cook who ever served me a can of Pilsbury or a plate of hockey pucks. Biscuits are meant to be fluffy and creamy and simple. Bojangles biscuits are nearly flawless. As to Bojangles' fried chicken: The Popeyes chicken chain started in 1972. Bojangles began in 1977. Amazing customer service! I needed to order 75 breakfast sandwiches for a work meeting, but I needed it at 5:15 am. Problem is they don't open until 6 on Sunday, Keana was so amazing and able to let me come before they open to pickup the sandwiches. They were fresh and hot. We usually have good service here, today that was not the case. Out of 6 things we've ordered only 2 we're right. They made us pull ahead, brought out just food first so we had to ask for our drinks(which were wrong), then no honey mustard and all bo rounds instead of fries with the tenders. First time at this location. Used the Drive-Thru on this visit on a Saturday morning. Got the order correct and they kept the line moving. Got there Chicken Biscuit Combo which you can't go wrong with. The reason for 4 Star instead of a 5 Star Rating was the size of Coffee with the Regular Combo. Very Small! When I arrived at the restaurant, you could tell they were understaffed. The front line was backed up and moving slowly. Things did not improve when I placed my order. The order was filled incorrectly, and I was charged for drinks I did not request. Upon picking up my order, I mentioned the drinks charged to my ticket I did not order. I was told the drinks automatically come with the order and no effort was made to reimburse me for the drinks. This was my first time eating Bojangles and I LOVED it. WAY better than Popeyes (both in quality AND customer service). Domanique was really nice and kept a smile throughout the whole transaction (not the fake "I have to smile" smile). She was patient and answered every question we had. When it came to the fixin's, we were unsure of what we wanted so we told her to pick a random one she thought we would like. She didn't disappoint. She went right along with it and the sides she picked were great. Their dirty rice is some of the best I've ever gotten. The only thing that struck me as a little odd was they put small pieces of sausage in there. I've never had dirty rice with that in it. The sausage made it have a little bit of a spicy taste - but not too spicy - that made me thoroughly enjoy it. I will definitely be coming back. read more

Although I should have checked my order, I thought since it was extremely slow, the chance for my order (counting pieces of chicken-no greater than 12) should be an easy task. Surprise, I went home and what do you know, the chicken and biscuit count was completely off. Called the manager to rectify the situation and he stated comeback and he would compensate me with a new order. Drove back and the manager never comes to apologize, tells one employee to tell the other who was assisting me to apologize.
