I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience. The employee, Emma, who was working the drive-thru window, was surprisingly rude during our visit. When handing us our order, she didn't give us an opportunity to properly take hold of our drinks before letting go. The food bag and straws were also handed to us in a manner that felt dismissive and careless, almost as if they were being tossed at us as we drove away. What made this interaction especially upsetting was that it felt targeted. Based on how we were treated, we were left with the impression that we experienced blatant racism. Whether intentional or not, the interaction made us feel unwelcome and disrespected. We've had positive experiences here in the past, which is why this visit stood out so much. I just wanted to leave a review for the experience I had at this location this morning. There has been a few occasions recently where my order was not correct or something that was left off of the order. On the last two occasions, I spoke with a shift manager named Sierra. She was awesome on both occasions, but this morning, she went above and beyond. She offered to bring the missing item 6 miles to my house, which I told her wasn't necessary, and she insisted. She was at my house within 20 minutes, and was sincere in her apology. Sierra's customer service is top notch and her willingness to make sure that her customers are happy with their service is something that every customer wants to experience. Tony and Tanner really went above and beyond with their service! I was sitting down with my son and when Tony brought us our food he was being so friendly and asked my son if he wanted a little cow to play with. I'm sure I'm preaching to the choir here because Chick Fil A is known for its outstanding customer service, but I still want to give management from the Flowery Branch location a shout out for going above and beyond their usual above and beyond. I placed an order through the app and when it arrived, an item was missing. I called the store and they said they could issue a credit to my account for that item for next time, but seeing as we needed it then for a group, they sent one of their employees to drive it to us. I was shocked that they'd go through so much trouble to ensure I had a good experience. This CFA location is closest to my house so I find myself going there occasionally even though my order always disappoints when I get back home with it. Tonight my Salad had badly wilted lettuce leaves. Salad was not packed with toppings I normally get. Only got one salad dressing when I normally get two. Ordered on the app to pick up in drive thru but couldn't get in the drive thru. May I suggest a dedicated mobile app drive thru line? I rarely have issues with Chick-fil-A. This is the Mall of Georgia location outside off 20. The drive thru was wrapped around the building twice and it looked like they had a good process and signage for the drive thru. They even had a person directing traffic. After waiting about 10-15 min we are the next car to get into the actual drive thru line. A car comes up and starts to cut the whole production off. The person directly traffic approached the car and talked them but ended up letting the car in front of everyone. We were so upset even when the employee approached us and told us why they let the car go. Mind you we had ordered on the app and just wanted to go. We just told the parking lot employee we were going to inside and parked our car. I canceled my order on the mobile app and placed a mobile order for pickup inside. That took another 15 min. The wait here is incredible!! I know that's all Chick-fil-A's around lunchtime,but this one was ridiculous. Nuggets were slimy and before eating a single nugget my daughter took them to the counter to let them know that they seemed undercooked. The worker behind the counter said, "I assure they are cooked" and stood there and looked at her. When she came back, I went back up to the counter and let him know that she was not going to eat those and he said, "we do not exchange food, they are cooked." Frank Harney needs to teach his staff how to handle situations like this when a customer is not happy with their food. Im always here for a #2 no pepper jack please. If it's really packed you will find a smiling chick fila employee there walking up to your car ready to take your order. Every now and then your receipt will print out with a free sandwich survey . (I'm always hoping for that) Clean inside and out in the parking lot. It's busy and they are getting things out as fast as possible. I have missed a few sauces before, but I always check my bags before driving off. I have used the chick fil la app to get my food delivered to me and twice they have cancelled my order. They give me no explanation as to why just a long winded explanation on how my money will be turned or I can use points not to why I can't get my food. Use the chick fil la in Oakwood. They at least answer your question and if you go in person they don't just use in line instead of the two they have at the drive through and won't make you stop they move with the line so their isn't a huge line!!! read more

Remodeling didn't seem to improve service or quality of food. Young girls taking orders need to stop carrying on long conversations when there are 8 or more cars still waiting to order. This is the worst and most unbelievable experience I have ever had at a chick fil a. Actually let me rephrase that... the is the ONLY worst experience that I've had at a chick fil a. We pulled up to a guy trying to take our order without a mask on. That's fine but we asked if we could have someone take our order with a mask on or if he could stand 6ft back while taking our order as we have a newborn in the car (he was literally so close he was in our car window basically) He said no worries he would grab someone. We waited... the same guy came back out and told us to pull up to the window and they would take our order. "Pull up to the window?" We said "Yes pull up to the window and someone will take your order" he said We get to the window and we are getting ready to order with a women. I was asking her what was in the southwest salad but then said it's okay I'll just have the Cobb salad. (That's all I wanted) As she's taking my order of literally just a salad a guy named Tristen interferes and tells us to pull up and someone will be out to assist us. We were confused by this because the guy just told us to come to the window... I told Tristen we already know what we want and he refused to take our order. He kept proceeding to tell us to pull up. I told him we could've had our order already??? He then tells us we can either pull up or he will just close the window to us. Our choice. What!?!?! I don't know who this guy Tristen is but WOW. Never in my life have I had this happen to me and I have been to chick fil as all over the US. It was completely pointless what he did especially when we were told to order at the window. I sent my 17yo daughter to pick up ice dream treats for us. My debit card didn't go through for some reason. (It actually charged and refunded ELEVEN TIMES!) So I used my PayPal. I got the email confirmation as well as the in-app confirmation. When she went to pick it up Gabe was very rude to get and insisted that the payment didn't go through. I sent her the screenshots of the information but he still said the $6.60 didn't go through. As you can imagine she was mortified, but I told her to ask for the manager on duty. went through 3 people and was finally told to speak to Caleb. She was required to follow Caleb to his table to explain it again...WHILE HE WAS EATING HIS DINNER. She showed him all the documentation and he told the staff to "just go ahead and make it" like it wasn't a paid for order. Your location is by far the worst for customer service, likely due to rarely having adults present. This has become a norm at this location and the community is beginning to notice. The bottom line was your staff was completely in the wrong but treated my daughter like she was the one wrong. She did not receive an apology and was treated like a criminal. I got emails platitudes and excuses a few days later. Because this is the closest CFA I decided to try again. I have tried to give the staff the benefit of the doubt but this is the second time this week that making ice dreams seems too daunting for them. On Wednesday I did a mobile order of food and ice dreams. The food was waiting at the counter but not the ice dreams. I waited seven minutes and no one even acknowledged me so I had to ask someone where the rest of my order was. And they went to make it. Earlier today I ordered just two ice dreams and several people ordered and got their food while we waited. I had to ask someone to make the ice dreams. Meanwhile the staff just hung out in drive thru area. More than a few leaning against the wall and chatting. It's painfully obvious that this CFA doesn't live up to corporate standards. read more

The food is great as always, but the service is extremely slow! Not really "fast" food when you have to wait over 15 minutes AFTER ordering a basic chicken nugget meal. I stopped by this location around 8:30 PM to grab a late dinner. I ordered a 12-piece nugget meal, and I had to wait AT LEAST 15 minutes for my food to come out. The employee who gave me my food was apologetic, but there was no communication between ordering and receiving my food. At the same time, the drive thru line was ridiculously long and slow. As someone who has worked at a Chick-fil-A, I was extremely frustrated by the terrible speed of service. I could bag 2x faster than the bagger that I saw during my visit.
