I have eaten at this CFA for the last 3 years with no problems until 2 weeks ago. I placed a mobile order which included a medium fruit cup(No Apples) a cup of ice and a coke. One of the managers came to my car with just my coke and ice, then he asked me for another form of payment for the up charge on my fruit cup. He was absolutely rude and I was like first of all I didn't add anything extra I just didn't want apples in my fruit cup. This is a newer, VERY busy location of this popular Atlanta based chain. As with all Chick-Fil-As, the food is consistently awesome, the staff is extraordinarily friendly and efficient and the restaurant (including the bathrooms) extremely clean. I went at lunch time on a Saturday and it was slammed, but they were prepared with three (THREE) staff members outside expediting orders for the endless cars using the drive thru (awesome). Although walk in traffic was just as numerous, they seemed to have staffed appropriately for the masses (obviously NOT their first rodeo) the wait was longer than average, but not excessive. Wow, what a fantastic experience. I went in to pick up a catering order and 3-4 people jumped to the counter to help me. As one went back to get my order, one of the others asked me if I would like a drink while I waited. Wow. What was awesome. My order came out about 1 minute later and he said, "lead the way". He walked me to my car and placed the packages in the back seat for me. I was so impressed and thankful. I've picked up catering for years as I am in medical sales and most often, they just hand you the order and no one offers to help you. I've struggled like crazy to get stuff to my car. Orders are consistently wrong. Everyone working here is young and rude. I just went through the drive through and the kid taking our order was short and it seemed like we were wasting his time. I wish I got his name but couldn't. I can't believe the lack of professionalism this location has but I guess that's part of having a young staff. As I'm writing this bad experience I had at this Flowery Branch location, I just read recent reviews from others who had the same experience. The employees putting orders in the pickup window are MESSING UP the orders! It's my second time that they missed 2 of my sandwiches. So, we went right back to the window and told they forgot my sandwiches for the 2nd time in a row. I wanted to relay my comment to the manager. An young gentleman wearing black shirts were standing there and he said he's the manager. I told him what happened and this is what he said. "Well, I just gave you 2 missing sandwiches. That's all I can do man. Sorry my friend." He said so in such a careless and hopeless manner.. This place is definitely going down in their customer service and manner. Always fast service at the drive thru, even when it circles the building! After visiting several times, I am happy to report that all my orders have been 100% accurate! Which is HUGE, especially when you get home & discover something is missing or you got someone else's order. (So aggravating!!!) Which has happened to me many times at other establishments. The food at this particular store has always been hot & great tasting. Those employees at the drive thru are always smiling & actually make you feel like you are WELCOME, not like you are a bother to them! This is by far the worst Chick-fil-a we have ever been to. Unfortunately we eat here all the time because it's the closest and easiest place for my family. Our orders are wrong more than they are right. There is always something missing, they only give one napkin for multiple meals, the containers are never filled with fries, the drive thru is incredibly slow. It's become a running joke in our family, we pick up from this location a lot, because it's the closest one around and I'd say at least 80% of the time they mess up the order. This is the absolute worst CFA And it never fails to disappoint (mainly the weekday/evening staff). There never seems to be any adults there to help assist the younger staff in reminding them that customers shouldn't have to hear about their complete social life while waiting for their food. The drive thru is always wrapped around the building and the food is not always fresh. Just ordered a couple of salads from door dash and ordered 2 dressings .... I received 2 salads, no dressing. I drove to Chick-fil-A off of Spout Springs road, receipt in hand and my phone which displays the order. The staff which all seem to be inconvenienced by a customer coming in due to them being huddled up laughing..... the "manager" tells me I didn't order dressing and is hateful, no apologies... blames door dash even though the bags were sealed????? My receipt and phone show - dressing.... he was completely disrespectful. I have never experienced this kind of service at Chick-fil-A... it will be the last time I order from there. Worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. It was extremely busy during lunch today and a woman cut in front of me and about 7 other people and still got served despite me saying something to her about it. I eat at chick fil a several times a week for the last 10+ years. I have never encountered such a rude person as Christy. To find out she is a manager is even more disappointing. She literally fought with me over a packet of mayonnaise. I always get 4 packets of mayo with my meal and she refused to let me have 4. Said 3 was the best she could do. Saw another YELP reviewer stating there is a "Karen" working at this location. She was correct if she was referring to "Karen" as a disparaging opinion of the service received. This restaurant chain claims to be deeply concerned about being a Christian owned/operated/following the Holy Christian Bible. If so, the emphasis regarding children NOT being turned away is not necessarily of concern regarding the aforementioned's health. The healthiest foods aren't available to the youngest people. If any emphasis on nurturing the health and well-being of future generations, being of sound body and mind will be of import to any which read AND believe the cost is irrelevant to the means of any/all children. Focusing on the same vein, any business owner who is a well-read or semi well-read Christian will know the parable of what an employer left with three employees and how each best used the opportunity afforded them. Correct me if am wrong, but to my recollection the underlings were given opportunities and judged on what each did with said opportunities. The "KarenS",(plural & not gender specific), are not sowing the seeds afforded them. Could it be each feels an unearned feeling of being indispensable? Does this employer feel the employees which apparently earned,(in their self-afforded(?),and/or as well as stating they were given permission to speak in his stead), will be the first and/or second to admit their unprofessional and definitely not Christian-like behavior and be hopeful of redemption? Or is it possible giving people who are barely four years, (please know this is a generous estimate of their ages vs. the behavior of entitlement of this franchise owners' best interest was exhibited to both family and friends, [who couldn't care less and can easily choose a different restaurant much more easily than taking time to post a review, yet provide word-of-mouth negative feedback regarding this establishment], are seemingly uncaring for the values on which this company was founded and the fallout to the franchise owner), who told me to avoid this venue due to many verbal recollections akin to the information provided here. One can only hope the owner of this franchise is a franchise owner which would not allow two extremely unwell spoken and more importantly, has/have no reason to give persons below the graduate level,(other than local high school), to continue this behavior. This COULD be the reason for allowing the incorrect age demographic to speak in their stead. My concern is why any business owner is supposedly "too busy" to speak to customers.
