It's your fairly typical chic fil-a, but ALWAYS busy. I mean lines wrapped around the building busy, and slow. The last time I was there I was trying to explain what I wanted to the girl through the box I wanted just a number 1 (it just comes with pickles) and add lettuce. And she insisted on giving me a number 2 (comes with cheese, lettuce, and tomato) but with no cheese, and tomato.. Thus charging me for the cheese I never even wanted in the first place. Then they weren't the friendliest at the window. Which is rare for chick fila, but whatever. I'm sure it was a long day. In other words, don't try to modify anything, you'll just get charged for stuff you didn't even want at this location. Lol. The service is always outstanding, but some guy who looked like Harry Potter took my order and completely messed up. I clarified to him my ordered and he said he got it, then he handed me one straw which was a sign that it was gonna me messed up since i got two drinks. I got to the window after paying, and they completely messed up the order and gave me one drink. I asked for the other one and they made me pay for the inconvenience. My niece loves Chick-Fil-A, therefore I take her. Since this location is only 5 minutes away from my home it's our go to spot. The food is always fresh. The line may be wrapped around the building but they move quickly to get each order to the correct person. Not only are they consistent in the food being fresh, they also keep a positive friendly attitude while serving all of these people and do not get overwhelmed. i just love chic-fil-a. been going there for years and years!! however, i have noticed the sandwiches getting smaller and smaller. tonight i wennt. and my sandwich only had half a chicken breast, and a much smaller bun that they used to have update. my chicken. feast was maybe 1/2" thick at the widest. drive thru wait was so unlike chick-fil-a. was in line for 25min. very slow. cashier could t be bothered i had even pulled up the the window. read more

Fastest, most courteous drive-thru experience ever!! We are traveling thru this area today & ordered 10 sandwiches for our tribe. We always have to "pull up & wait"- with our more-than-average orders, but not here. Our sandwiches were ready to go when it was our turn. With sauces, napkins, etc. all included. Tasty & hot! They're pretty consistent with their service. I've gone here a gazillion times and I've only had one bad experience when a manager gave me the wrong coffee, and made it seem like I'm trying to get a free coffee. Chickfila is amazing. This one is the especially great because the service is fast and the waiters are super friendly. When the drive-thru line gets really long the waiters stand out in the HOT Mississippi summer sun and take your order manually to move things along more quickly (as opposed to every car waiting for the kiosk). I've been piled up about 10 cars deep and never have to wait more than 10 minutes. read more

While the staff are friendly and seem genuinely happy (unlike other fast food restaurants where their "happy greetings"are forced and insincere), I'm not sure it is enough to overcome how slow the service has gotten here. Once before, I gave up on this location because they had gotten so slow, but I gave them a second try and it hasn't gotten any better. Before they installed the double drive thru, they were so much faster. Even though the line wrapped the buildingz it always moved. Now, you just sit there. Twice recently, I have just left because the line hadn't moved after five minutes. No amount of smiles and "it's my pleasure" can make up for a decline in service. I will just have to do without because I can't, in good conscience give my business to a company who fails to provide quality service. read more

The only problem I have is that every parking space is taken when I get there, but still their food is good and the service is wonderful as with the employees that are always nice to every customer. read more

I love Chick-fil-a! This location is always busy, but the food is great. They also have a play area for the kids. Educational toys in kid's meals--also has healthy substitutes for french fries like fruit cups. I am a regular customer here. read more

As a food lover I have hung in there with chick-fil-a despite the bigotry etc because I love their food and I trust them to give good service and get my order right every time. This morning though my experience did not go as I had expected. I walked in to order with a moderately friendly boy. He did a good job at taking my order but it got out slower than usual despite the fact the store wasn't terribly busy. I received my order trusting that it was correct but when I opened the bag it was completely wrong. I went back inside a few minutes later, employees looked at me but did not acknowledge my existence. After saying "excuse me, sir?" And being ignored by everyone meandering on the expo line I proceeded to say "can I get help from anyone?" They still attempted to ignore me. Finally the boy who I spoke with the first time (after he was instructed to do so) came and spoke with me about my issue. They begrudgingly prepared my chicken mini (3ct meal with hash browns) that I paid for. I receive it with no hash browns so naturally I ask for what I paid for and eventually received it along with the 2 chicken biscuits they originally gave me. Yes, I eventually got my order but I will not be returning to this location. I don't appreciate being treated like a nuisance. I may have just been a woman with purple hair and tattoos to them but in reality my actual job is to train people in hospitality and food service and I see many flaws here. Also, I would like to say that some their clientele are not very friendly either so I don't recommend coming here if you have tattoos or anything significantly unique about your appearance. Great food like always at Chick Fil A. Wish they'd spend some money to clean up the kids playroom though. It was pretty rough. 5 stars for restaurant. 2 stars for playroom.
