Lemon ice box pie in a cup. Better than that even it's dietetic and sugar free. If there is some better you can suck through a straw I have to wonder how the Coca Cola folks haven't come up with it yet. Chicken minis on tiny yeast biscuits/ rolls is such a marvelous invention I am sure it is some how connected to the space program. As I was sitting in the drive through, an employee asked me to roll down my window. At that time she told me not to leave any space between me and the car in front of me as they needed all of the space for other customers. I couldn't even see the bumper of the car in front of me. Then, the girl at the window did not say it would be her pleasure nor tell me to have a nice day. My day is not going well. I have so much on my plate. But the one constant is that Chick fil a will always make you feel valued and appreciated as a customer. Apparently that is no longer something I can count on. I'm disappointed. We returned to this location today (we had eaten here this past Thursday) as we had such good food. Something went wrong with our order the employee who took the drive thru order messed it up. Although we ordered the exact same items (two grilled chicken cobb-warm not cold- salads and one fried chicken cobb -warm not cold- with both ranch dressing and the avocado dressings for each for a total of SIX dressing packs. Well after a 25 minute wait we received our food and drove the ten miles home as we had done earlier this week. When opening the bag we noticed only four dressing packs- not the SIX we had ordered which the employee confirmed were in the bag. Then we noticed on the stickers on the salads it said SPICY COLD grilled chicken. The fried chicken cobb salad was cold as well and none of the salads had the little packs of crispy tomatoes and peppers they ALWAYS include. I know the owners don't read or care about reviews as they have gotten so big and wealthy but being on a fixed income and not being able to comfortably enjoy spicy food such as their chicken I felt compelled to at least let others know the quality and service at this location is definitely hit or miss. I used this Chick-fil-a to cater a luncheon. Service was great. They arrived on time (5 minutes early actually). Food was exactly what I ordered and was presented nicely. They included all the condiments, plates, napkins, cups, etc. I can't tell you how many times I have items left out of catering orders. Good service, good food, no complaints. read more

First the positive (and the only reason this place is getting 2 stars): The restaurant itself is absolutely stunning. Very new and modern - it is the fanciest Chick-Fil-A I've ever been to. Unfortunately, this is where the positives end. We stopped there recently after attending a sports game in the area. The restaurant was extremely crowded, both inside and in the drive-thru as well. I ended up going inside because between the two drive-thru lines, there were probably 12-13 cars waiting. I thought I could get in and out quicker if I went inside to place my order. I was wrong. It was obvious that the staff did not know how to handle such extreme volume. Excuse the metaphor, but everyone was running around like chickens with their heads cut off! It was utter chaos behind the counter, as well as at the drive-thru window and at the order packing station. No one knew where they were supposed to be or what they were supposed to be doing. As I was placing my order, another team member (I'm assuming a team leader or shift manager) kept interrupting to give the young woman contradictory directions on which station she needed to be working at. I had to repeat my order several times because the young woman was so confused. She looked absolutely bewildered and never even acknowledged the end of our transaction. She just walked away to her new work station and I had to ask someone else for my credit card receipt. The staff here is not outright rude, but definitely not warm and friendly like at other Chick-Fil-A restaurants. I had to return to the counter 3 times to get my order right and no one apologized or even smiled at me. I didn't hear "My Pleasure" once during the entire time I was in there. Not a big deal, but it's something you come to expect to hear at Chick-Fil-A. Everyone just seemed completely overwhelmed and stressed out to be honest. I ended up waiting 15-20 minutes for my to-go order (two entrees, 2 drinks, and a shake). While the food part of my order was correct, they gave me one wrong soft drink and completely forgot about the shake I'd ordered. I don't live in this area so chances are slim I'd ever have a reason to come back to this Chick-Fil-A. If we ever attend another game in Gainesville, I might give this place another chance if they are not super busy. read more

I used to attend this location often because I work down the street at the hospital. I decided that I was going to get a Chick-fil-A chicken salad I always request a chicken salad and I always get the chicken in a different format for example when I order a spicy fried chicken salad I end up with a spicy grilled chicken sandwich order specific salads I expect toHave those specificities met. The team always bypass is what I say after I repeat my order and they repeat my order for me as well. The manager tend to soothe Me by sending me gift cards in the mail but up to now I have not received them and it has been about a month. read more

Utterly annoyed at the drive thru service. I understand that they are busy and are trying to get to the next customer, but maybe you should take care of the one in front of you first. Sad to leave such a negative review for one of my favorite restaurants. One of the young female cashiers working the front counter tonight definitely needs additional customer service training. I ordered a number 1 with no pickles. I always make sure it has no pickles on the sandwich, and it usually says it on the bag. The bag did say no pickles, but yet when I got home the sandwich had pickles. read more

WORST CFA ON THE PLANET. I once ordered 4 chicken nugget kids meals and received all four with only fries in the bag, then the manager proceeds to give an attitude, along with another young employee, when asked to fix the mistake. The number of bad encounters I've come across at this place is endless...I've never and I mean EVER had a good experience all the 50 times I have been. Would much rather drive an extra 20 minutes to the next closest Chick-fil-A!!! Customer service is awful- makes the rest of you guys look bad. I love chick-Fil-A but the new one in the Gainesville area is very disappointing . Not as friendly as the other two in our area .And the condiments have been forgotten multiple times when I order . The customer service is not there and It seems like their training was very poor. I think they need to take lessons from the other Chick-fil-a's.
