Warning Don't order a milkshake they are out of straws! Ordered on my mobile app and counter handed me my order "with no straws" when I asked for one they said "We're out." I asked how I was supposed to drink a milkshake without a straw and the server just repeated they didn't have any and walked away. When I asked for a refund the young manager (don't really think she was one ) was visibly annoyed. Really out of character for this place. Overall very friendly staff, I ordered from a guy named Aaron and he was super friendly and fast. However I waited about 20 minutes in line which is the longest I've ever waited for Chick-fil-A. Then all I ordered was a medium fry with 2 Chick-fil-A sauces for my sister who was sick at home and I was told it'll be out in a second and just to wait by the side counter. So I waited...15, then maybe 20 minutes and other people were getting their food. I then asked about my fries and a sweet worker said sorry and grabbed a fry and put it in the bag. But then there were no sauces so I waited another couple minutes trying to get their attention to get sauce. I finally got the sauce but then I saw the fries were only like half full. At this point I was just ready to get home so I figured it was fine and left. So I was quite unhappy leaving this Chick-fil-A. To top it off (this part was entirely me... not cfa) I set the bag of fries on my car to unlock the door then drove home. It wasn't until I got home when I realized I never took the bag off the car. So after all that, no fries I still love Chick-fil-A and could tell everyone meant well, so maybe this was just a fluke. But just make sure you speak up for small orders if it's taking a while and check your car before driving off. Also if you found a bag of fries in the parking lot, you're welcome. read more

I keep this restaurant in business traveling the country for 6 months out of the year. Anyone who does t enjoy Chick-fil-A is probably not human. Regardless, this one was disappointing to say the least. First, which other restaurants of this company don't do well done fries? I get it, if your busy and don't have time, then that's really on the ownership. Secondly, there are no condiments to be had anywhere out in the floor, and when they bring condiments to you, it's one pack per order... we all know that more than one ketchup is needed for fries and a sandwich. I absolutely LOVE Chick-fil-a and I can tell a lot of others feel the same because around lunch time, this joint gets crazy busy! I have never had a problem or wrong order at this location. The customer service is impeccable and all of the staff are extremely friendly. When lunch time rolls around, the drive-thru line wraps all the way around the building but Chick-fil-a handles it well. They have staff members with iPads/Tablets standing before the drive-thru order window waiting to take your order. They take your name, order and even jot down the color of your car/type of car so that the staff at the window will know your order. This is extremely efficient because you do not have to wait forever to place an order and the staff has plenty of time to produce your order. The drive-thru line usually moves pretty quickly and the food is served hot! I love to order the spicy chicken sandwich meal (with no pickles), which comes with a drink and waffle fries. The waffle fries are to die for!! I also really like their lemonade! You can always upgrade to a large if you are feeling super hungry. As for their sauces, I always ask for the chick-fil-a sauce, Polynesian sauce and their garlic and herb ranch....SO DELICIOUS! You can get as many as you like! Lastly, I love that Chick-fil-a celebrates everyone's birthday in such a special way. On the day of your birthday, you are able to show your ID and receive a free meal - anything you want to order including a milkshake and making your meal a large! How awesome is that?! You can order through the drive-thru or go inside the restaurant. If you choose to go inside, you might even get surprised with the cashier ringing a cowbell and everyone saying "Happy Birthday"! If your birthday falls on a Sunday, you can receive the free meal on Monday since they are not open on Sundays! I highly recommend this yummy restaurant. read more

The food fresh and hot. Plus the family activities offered weekly are some of the best. I can not think of a better place to enjoy a family dinner or breakfast. If you come here during lunch rush (about 11:30/12pm), I would recommend you just park and wait in the line inside. The drive through line was so long it extended outside of the lot. However, once I parked and went inside there was no wait, and I ordered right away! Service here is always great. During hectic lunch rushes, servers at other restaurants are usually tired and seemed fed up. However, despite the business here, cashiers were still friendly, helpful, and smiling. Food is also pretty fresh here. My go to is their chicken nuggets which are fried perfectly with a great crunch. If I'm going for a healthier option, I'll get their deluxe grilled chicken sandwich. I am very disappointed with Ray the owner. My wife and I wanted to show our support for the Men and Women who go over and beyond the call of duty each and every day in our community. On three different occasions, I called to speak with Ray about the best way to do this. I never received a call back from Ray or anyone in Management. As a Deist, I don't care about their Christian beliefs that, as far as I can tell from previous theology studies, doesn't really specifically address homosexuals Bible. Their extremist and hypocritical views don't leave the judgement to God or follow the principle of live and let live. I'm not out there marching in gay rights parades, but I certainly don't believe in standing in their way, either. I don't care if they get married, adopt children if they're worthy parents, etc. I just don't care what the restaurant or CEO does. It's America. Gays have a right to be gay. Bigots have a right to be bigots. Tim Tebow is connected with Focus, who some believe is the most evil organization in existence, but I still like the guy. I don't care for some of the politics of Jimmy Buffett, but I'll still buy every one of his albums and go to his concerts when I can. And I'm not sure where Mike brings up southern food in connection to Chick-fil-A. It's a restaurant. It's not southern food. I want southern food, I do it myself, which is far better than anything coming out of a restaurant that claims to have southern food. After making the mistake of filling my mouth with sriracha sauce, I needed something bland and starchy to save my poor tastebuds from frying, and Chick-Fil-A delivered nicely. I've had some very messy sandwiches from there, but their fries have always been consistently good -- hot, lightly salted, waffle cut bites of bliss. Short and sweet today on this sample of Floridian fast-food (well technically this is an institution in "merica) but another Florida virginity lost as I'd never ventured into a Chick-fil-A. We tried to make breakfast but sleepy-heads prevailed and we made it in time for the lunch rush. I was STRONGLY advised by friends to have the spicy chicken sandwich. Which I agreed to. However when I walked up to the counter to order the displayed calorie count for a sandwich (chicken, sauce and bun) was 800 calories!!!! It moved up to a cool 1000 when you add fries and a drink. YeeeckKkK!!!!! I was on vacay so I YOLO'd and went for it. Delicious. And one artery clogged on contact. Perfect! My new best friend sweet tea was on tap and I downed her but good. Waffle fries were meh - but heck.. it's just fries. Clean, comfortable and courteous staff who always respond "my pleasure" when you say thank you... never "You're welcome." Great corporate training. This location has good food and sweet tea, but do that thing I hate where they start mega-prepping for closing like an hour before they actually close. This must be one of the busiest Chick-fil-A in the area & possible Florida. We stopped by around 2pm on a Friday & the drive thru lane was almost out on the street. They've got a double lane drive thru, along with an employee that is outside is taking payments. That doesn't seem the safest idea to me, but I guess it speeds up the process. We went inside to order. They've got a sign that says "enter to the left". You form a queue behind what would normally be a condiment counter. This Chick-fil-A must be watching the bottom line because they don't let you get any type of condiments. They've got a small basket of napkins. That's it. They do have a couple small, metal baskets for sauces and ketchup that you don't use. Recycling I guess. The staff at the counter was fast & friendly. The food was fast but I find it really annoying that after we ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks & 2 fries, I only find TWO napkins in the bag. I had to go back to the counter to ask for salt. Got two of them as well. This place might as well be BYOC (bring your own condiments). The diet lemonade tasted more like orange juice. Not a fan. read more

The sweet tea is the best, as well as the lemonade.The place itself is always so clean, and bright. One of the best fast food chain I've had! The chicken nuggets are actually real chicken pieces instead of the powdery tasting mysterious nuggets you get from other places. I also appreciate that there isn't much breading on the chicken nuggets here, it's 100% chicken meat! I'd never expect that from a fast food chain restaurant! I am also a big fan of their waffle fries. The waffle fries are thick and fluffy with crispy surface just the way I like them. I can eat 2 big orders of them all by myself! I love this place. It has some of the healthiest menu choices in fast food IF you ordered correctly. If you get the grilled chicken sandwich, no fries, no butter, and a whole wheat bun it has less than 6 grams of fat and I think even less than 300 calories. SAUCES can be tricky so stick with the buffalo or bbq, my all time favorite Polynesian packs a punch of fat and calories. Or you can just stick with the awesome over sized ketchup they give you! Their waffle fries are on point as well! They also have breakfast, I've yet to find anything that is healthy there, but if you are hungover it's like a magical medicine! Well, I love the food. Service is hit or miss. Last few times I've been here, something in my order is wrong or missing. This visit, the car that was behind me and pulled up to order 30 sec after I did got their order taken first. Then I get to the window and the guy who took my order and yawned in the middle of speaking, had the wrong order pulled up. Then I'm halfway home and realized they didn't give me my fruit cup. I am not a fan of chain restaurants and usually avoid them like the plague (exception for Blaze pizza though). This Chick-fil-A has it down pat. They really know what they were doing. Despite being overwhelmed with drive through customers, and a huge line inside; they served everyone efficiently and effectively. I have never seen a system like they have developed for outside, and was very impressed with how the management handled things. This has by far been the most unsatisfying visit at Chick-fil-A. When I picked up my order at the counter I didn't see my drink. I stood there for about 3 minutes and two Chick-fil-A associates saw me standing there even looked me in the eye and waIked passed me without bothering to ask if I needed anything. My carry out bag had no napkins, like who makes a carry out bag with no napkins, and my order was wrong too. I put in a mobile order for a market salad no blue cheese and no blue berries, and to my surprise there was still blue berries and blue cheese. It's like they didn't even bother to read the notes.
