This particular Chick-fil-A has gotten worse since they closed to renovate. They have 2 drive thru lines, but for whatever reason only 1 is open during a lunch rush with the line wrapped around the building. Time after time the food has been awful. Soggy gross fries and subpar chicken. Can't even get the drinks right. Something is always missing from your order, so make sure to double check before leaving. Management is awful and SO rude to customers. I've had plenty of words with Jim flood all of which have been very negative and seemed to always blame the customer. If you're looking for good Chick-fil-A, I'd go to a different location. read more

The employee was so rude to me.This is the first experience of mine at Chick fil A where I've ever felt mistreated. I ordered one meal of chicken strips which on the menu said 7.49 or so and she said the total is 14.82 and I was like I only ordered one meal? And she just kept repeating the total in such an unprofessional and distasteful way. I'm not sure why she couldn't of simply repeated my order back to me. She said 14.82 ... 1 4 8 2 and kept saying it. And then she said YOU CAN PULL around now. I said I ordered the 3 count chickn strips meal for 7.49 I'm not paying 14.82. So I went up to the window and she said the total and smirked and I said I got the 3 count chicken strips meal and if she could explain why she is saying that total. She had alot of other employees next to her so she ignored my question but fixed it and said I thought you ordered 2 spicy sandwiches too. Ugh that never came out of my mouth lol. Told her several times I only ordered the one meal and that was it. So much unnecessary attitude and rudeness. The customer service at this location is the worst! I spent 42 minutes in the drive thru. 26 minutes were wasted. The car in front of me was waiting for their order. Six people behind me were given their orders. Woo Hoo, first rating! And fittingly enough. I started staying at the Hampton Inn that shares a parking lot with this Chic-Fil-A before the restaurant was even built!! Coming from SF, there are no Chic-Fil-A's in all of northern California. What a shame! They have a very simple menu but the chicken sandwiches are delivered very fresh, moist, and never dry. Their shakes are absolutely to die for as everyone will attest to. While I've never been to another Chic-Fil-A, I've been to my fair share of fast food restaurants in the past (I don't really eat fast food anymore) and this place really sets itself apart by delivering personalized, friendly service. It's like the chicken version of In and Out Burger except the shakes are better. Service has always been excellent and the owner is a great guy - he personally gave me free soup one week when I was sick! read more

Surprisingly not ridiculously busy on a gorgeous summer Saturday at this location! A wonderful surprise! Chose to go in rather than maneuver the drive thru. Pleasant staff and the restaurant was well staffed. Ordered the original chicken sandwich - love the pickle chips they use! My order was ready quickly and was accurate - it was only one sandwich so I had no reason to believe they wouldn't get that right. Everything was satisfactory but not extraordinary. This chick-fil-a consistently forgets items every time I do curbside. Ordered curbside to avoid being in the long line & walking into the restaurant with everything going on. The first I ordered curbside was about a week ago, they forgot my daughters entire meal. Glad I checked before pulling away, I had to walk inside(because as soon as you take your food curbside vanishes) tell them they forgot a quarter of my family's food. They made it & I was on my way. Then I ordered curbside again think it was a bad day for them. This time they forgot both my orders of Mac & cheese plus the dipping cheese sauce for my children's fries. Walk inside they give me the Mac & cheese but forgot to give me the cheese sauce. Turned around & spoke to someone wear grey shirt(supervisor possibly) they said "oh did you check your bags because I put a cheese sauce in the bag?" I simply said no. I wanted to say if it was in the bag why would I walk inside to ask for it. It's not like these are the free sauces I paid my my money for the sauce I want it. She seemed as though she wanted to argue but just rolled her eyes & handed them over. Why the arguing & again I do curbside for the conscience but it seem like every time they can't get it right. Chick-fil-A is known for its excellent customer service but I was very disappointed with this location. I ordered a Cobb salad and asked for a drink but the girl taking my order 'forgot'. When I went back up and asked about it, she said (rather shortly) 'the Cobb salad doesn't come with a drink'. Well whatever then. The whole time we(a party of 4) were there the entire staff were cleaning all around us sitting in the booth and joke-complaining about how they just can't wait to get off their shift and leave(we were there from about 8:50pm- 9:25pm and they close at 10). Not a single one ever came over to ask us how we were doing, etc. (Normally this wouldn't bother me but, being that it's Chick-fil-A, I just expected better than what we received). read more

I have never written a review before, but my treatment today requires that I do. I went with my wife and two young grandsons. We placed our order with a not-very-friendly cashier. When we got our order, I found that the grilled chicken sandwich I had ordered became a fried chicken sandwich. I had even given her the sandwich #. So I go back and explain to another cashier what happened. She was very nice and said to keep the fried sandwich, and she would get the right one. When they didn't call my name after several minutes, I went back again, and asked the first cashier about my sandwich. She asked to see my receipt. I gave it to her and asked why she needed it. A third cashier said to make sure I paid for it. I found that rather odd. So she looks at it and says there's no grilled chicken on it, only fried, so I can't have a grilled. In total disbelief, I said obviously she typed it in wrong, because that's not what I ordered. She wouldn't budge, so I asked to speak to the manager. He came out, but would not even speak to me. Apparently he told her to just give it to me, which she did. Aside from the obvious ridiculousness of their way of handling the situation, for a company that supposedly prides itself on customer relations, this was horrible customer service and unbelievable rudeness. I went to this chick fil a the other day and a manager rejected a coupon that I had hat was expired. I had previous coupons that have been the exact same and never rejected. I know this is an unspoken rule that chick fil a accepts expired coupons. The manager was being very unprofessional in the way it was handled. I have eaten at this particular Chic-Fil-A more times than I can count. I am NEVER disappointed. Every visit I'm amazed at the cleanliness of the restaurant, the staff that is TRULY pleased to serve me, and because I have two children my food is always carried to my table. A close friend told me they were there the day a child had an "accident" in the play area. THey shut the play area DOWN and a whole troupe of staff went in and SUPER CLEANED the area...my friend was amazed. Whoever manages this restaurant should be proud of what they are doing. Went here this morning for breakfast and got a chick fil a biscuit meal. I enjoyed the hash browns and the sweet tea but the chicken was STRETCHY. not a good experience. made a mobile order and was told check in with the drive through people. did this and all was fine, then waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes before someone even acknowledged the fact that we were there and told us they couldn't find our name. then told us we had to come inside and they were making it. went inside and stood there for another 10-15 minutes waiting for our food. ridiculous to be waiting that long and very unorganized. read more

I am not traditionally a fast food fan but I agreed to join my husband today. I had the grilled chicken sandwich on a multigrain roll and it was very good. My husband had the spicey chicken and throughly enjoyed it. The restaurant was staffed extremely well and allowed certain employees to stay on top of the trash removal and cleanliness of the tables. The best part of our visit was an elderly employee by the name of Nate. He was adorable. He worked the room to make sure everyone was having a good experience, refilled drinks and was just wonderful and cheery. My husband asked for a a refill on his Dr. Pepper and Nate turned to me and asked, "are you a pepper? Wouldn't you like to be a pepper too?" He was precious. read more

Food came out fast, but some of the staff seemed unprofessional and were all sitting down talking and running around. They were all sitting in the back booths near the bathroom and play fighting, tossing each other around. Half of them weren't even wearing uniforms and some of them had their hair down. One worker was playing with and rolling around on a trash can base that had wheels on it and almost fell. Employees were not happy or friendly or even smiling towards the guest. The girl who took my order didn't even talk.. and was waving her hands at me when it was my turn and the people in line were impatient because it took a while. When people's orders came out they would scream their name and then just stand there yelling it... they should get a system like the one chickfila Lima has with the colored/labeled cups. Amazing value! The place is always spotless, the people are so nice that work there, and the food is always amazing! Yum! Just drove thru this drive thru. I tried the spicy chicken sandwich meal. It wasn't as spicy as I hoped for, but it was still good! I love the waffle fries dipped in BBQ sauce!
