The Chick-fil-A in Glen Mills has a long way to go before I could say it runs well. The chicken sandwich the last two visits have been grease! The peach milkshake needs more peach flavor. The salad was good. They only give one pack of dressing so ask for more. Service first time was slow and long waiting for the food. I still say the one in Brookhaven Pa is a very good run place. I decided to stop by for breakfast since nothing else in the area caught my eye, and honestly, I'm not really a breakfast person. I was really craving lunch, but I ended up going with the chicken biscuit sandwich, two orders of hashbrowns, and a small vanilla iced coffee (light and sweet). The coffee could've been a little sweeter for my taste, but everything else was delicious. The food wasn't too oily, which I really appreciated. What stood out the most, though, was the kindness of the employees. Everyone I encountered was so sweet and welcoming, which is such a nice change for me. I'm from New York, where we're always on the go and tend not to engage much with others. Coming to Pennsylvania has been a refreshing shift in that regard. I had a great experience and would definitely come back. The food was tasty, and the positive vibe from the staff made it all the more enjoyable. read more

Chicken sandwich was solid, as usual, though saltier than I remember. The side of pickles... Was two thin pickles. Hm. This evening me and my friends went to Chick Fil A for a sweet treat. 3 of my friends ordered vanilla ice cream and me and my other friend ordered chocolate chunk cookies. We expected the cookies to come out first, but the ice cream came out first. We didn't think much of it at first until 12 minutes went by and our friends ice cream was finished. We went up to the worker at the cashier named Jason and asked him where our cookies were explaining We ordered them 12 minutes ago. Jason ask us where our receipts were, and we explained that we threw them away. We were told "I can't do anything about it without your recipes." I pulled up my Apple Cash which I had used to pay for my chocolate chunk cookie. I showed Jason that 12 minutes ago I paid $1.80 for it. He was very disrespectful after I said this. Me and my friend then had to rummage through the trash looking for our receipt. Everyone was shooting us nasty looks, including Jason. After many minutes of rummaging, we finally found our receipts. We showed Jason our receipts and he took them then finally got us our cookies. A quick trip to Chick-fil-A turned into a 25 minute hassle. The people here are F-king idiots! Any other Chick-fil-A I go to, when I get a diet iced tea, they will put in the Splenda for me. That prevents me from getting in a damn accident driving down the road trying to put in splenda. It also I don't get it all over the interior my vehicle. But this one, will not do that. After I go through the drive-thru and the girl that takes my orders says they will do it for me. Then the asshole guy, I think he's a manager, gets ignorant with me because I asked for that. This Chick-Fil-A location is not up to this chain's standards. I've been going to this location for a few years now because it's so close to my house. Every single time I am disappointed with their waffle fry portions. They are extremely skimpy on the fries, and will only fill containers up halfway, if that. If you want a true medium fry, you should order a large. Even then, the amount of fries you get in a large will be less than what a medium size should be. I even reached out to them about this issue, but clearly nothing has been done. This place is always extremely busy. Their drive through is atrocious. Expect to wait a long long time before getting your food no matter what time of day you come. The parking lot has a terrible layout too. So even if you are coming here for a mobile pickup order, expect to have trouble getting in and out of the place, or even finding a parking spot. I suggest you go out of your way a few miles and visit one of the other Chick-Fil-A locations nearby. This is less of a review & more of a concern. Our fast food chain restaurants are mostly employed by ambitious teenagers. These young people all have various reasons for which they are choosing to work. As adults, we all know how difficult it can be to serve the public. So I applaud their efforts & pray that they will grow into positive/productive assets to our communities With that being said........... I wish I had an opportunity to tell the woman who belittled, disrespected & outright threatened a teenage employee, while working the drive-thru on the afternoon of February 25th, SHAME ON YOU. Imagine if your child had been spoken to in the same manner you chose to engage with that young lady. Perhaps next time you should consider rising above your arrogance to offer words of encouragement to our youth. Understand that although they are working, these young people are still mentally developing a skill set. Past 2 visits to this location have been not ideal. Last one was chaos and no organization. This time the order taker paid no attention to us and was more worried about her nails then taking our order accurately. My Fiance got the wrong sandwich, and then when she mentioned it, they gave her the wrong sandwich again. This location is def one of the worst I've been too. Not the best service experience I've had at chick fil a bit to be fair they are expected to have very great service and my visit to this one was still very nice compared to other chains - just not as good as other chick fil a's. This Chick-fil-A location is not up to the standards of other Chick-fil-A locations. At 3pm on a weekday, the wait was 25 minutes in the drive thru. We all know Chick-fil-A's are busy but usually the line moves quickly. This place does not. The parking lot is also very stressful and difficult to navigate with all the cars speeding around and people blocking certain entrances and exits. I will say, they were very nice at the drive thru speaker and the food was great. But do not come here if you're in a hurry!! I made that mistake. read more

They were out of biscuits and wanted to put my chicken on a muffin (disgusting). I asked if I could get a normal sandwich as they will be serving lunch in 4 minutes. Boo, boo, boo. Such a bad experience here. First of all in spite of the fact that I went out of my way to ensure everything would go smoothly this store did not take any care with my order. I tried to use the Chick-Fil-A One app to order a medium-sized party platter. After partially navigating the app for the order I was directed to the website. Once I then tried to use the website to order the platter I was not able to use the chick-fil-a app to purchase my order even though I already transferred funds to the app to pay for it that way. I called the story and explained what had happened. They said that I should just place the order over the phone and then pay with the app in person when I arrive. Excellent, no big deal. While explaining that I wanted to pick up the tray at 11:30 the guy on the phone suggested that I get a reheat tray of nuggets because the lunch rush can be kind of busy and if I get the reheat try I won't need to wait at all, they will have it chilled and waiting for me. I was going to a party that was not at my house so I asked if I can reheat in the tray that the nuggets come in or do I need to have a special tray (I didn't want to show up at a party and say, can I have a few sheet pans for you to clean later) He said he was going to ask. When he came back on the phone he said, "Yep, you can reheat right in the tray we give you!" I said great, I'll be there at 11:30, 11:35 at the latest, I'll pick up the tray, pay and go. When I arrived just at 11:30, the restaurant was fairly full. I was glad I was not going to have to wait for hot nuggets. I go to the register and pay with the app, they told me to step aside they were just going to grab them really quick. I step over to the pickup area and waited for 5 minutes, someone came over "are you being helped?" I explained everything, oh I'll go get them. Another 10 minutes pass. I have to stop someone, "I've been waiting for 15 minutes for a cold nugget tray." Another two minutes later I finally get my cold nugget tray without so much as an "I'm sorry about that, or anything of the sort". I get to the party and open the bag, on the tray in LARGE BOLD TYPE: DO NOT REHEAT NUGGETS IN THIS TRAY. Wow, thanks, guys! It was so convenient to wait 17 minutes for my cold nugget tray that would be ready as soon as I walked in the door and reheat the nuggets on sheet pans because I was supposed to be able to reheat the tray that they come in. $58.00 with tax for this hassle, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I'm reviewing this based on the average Chick-fil-A experience. This was the most unfriendly Chick-fil-A I've been to to date. I felt like a bother being there to order food. In addition, I ordered a 12 count nugget meal (for $10) and 2 of my nuggets were smaller than marbles (and there were only 12 nuggets, I checked in case they added an extra piece due to the tiny pieces I was given). Finally, I didn't get a receipt so I couldn't add my points to my Chick-fil-A rewards account. All in all, it was not a great experience. read more

I looked thru it and found that my 8 piece nuggets were missing. I went inside and demanded the nuggets. They offered a refund of the order, which was $30+ dollars but I said that's not what I want.
