You know that Chick-Fil-A in the Target parking lot in Glendale? It is NOT ADA ACCESSIBLE...even though their website declares that they are. The regional director was there when we went for breakfast today, and I advised him that the law required that it be ADA ACCESSIBLE. He thought I was hilarious and got a good chuckle. Then, the kid wearing the 'Team Lead' badge got our order wrong...I told him "Just the entrée...not the meal," three times, but he upsold me to the meal...four extra bucks for tired little tater tots that were too dry to finish. I wanted to check out the new Cauliflower Sandwich at CFA...as we are one of the lucky blessed in Denver to be a test area ( never could figure out how corporate chooses that). BTW the sandwich is pretty good and I think more honest than an Impossible burger which is a true GMO nightmare. But the size of the sandwiches were shockingly small and really sad. This ain't the companies faults ( hear me out y'all). Minimum wage $17, increased food costs, energy costs, insurance costs....yatta yatta yatta....you get the picture right? So today I was in the line and they had a man standing outside taking the orders last almost ran me down and ran into my trying to get in front of me this same thing today was trying to get in front of me as I was already in line. The car in front of me was already in line. We're moving forward. He comes zooming in and almost hit my car. Just like the lady did last week. I don't understand why they have the people standing outside. It is It's not inconvenience at all, especially if one of your customers cars get heat because you have the person taking orders standing past the speakers and people are trying to get past people that are already in line. Chick-fil-A is generally considered a safe place for people with gluten sensitivities, but this location is not. I've gone multiple times over the last two years and have only had a good experience once. Tonight, my partner picked up food for us and ordered inside at the counter, and told the employees that I had a gluten allergy and asked them to please take precautions to avoid cross contamination. After he left, he discovered that after all of that they made my sandwich on a gluten bun. They remade my order but I didn't feel safe eating it. On another previous experience, I asked the employee taking my order if their fries are made in a dedicated fryer, and if they would be safe for a gluten sensitivity, and she said she didn't know how the fries were made. She handled the situation as best she could and had me order at the window. The few times I have eaten food from here, my stomach has felt off afterward. I think really the only thing you can feel safe getting here is the fries if you have a gluten sensitivity. If any management reads this review, I would just ask that you check in with your staff and potentially re-train them on allergy protocols. Other Chick-fil-A locations have been much better about this so I know it's possible! read more

Not as Good as Others I absolutely love Chick-fil-A! I have been to many of their restaurants, across many states. This Chick-fil-A is probably on the lower end of the ones I have eaten at. First, the person at the counter got my order wrong. The manager had to do a refund and then ring it up again. That wasn't so bad. Plus, I could tell that the guy who got it wrong was new. I can appreciate that. However, he never gave me my drink at the counter. The manager never did, either. When the new guy brought my order out, I had to ask for the drink. It just seemed like no one had it together on a simple order. The lobby was really clean, spacious, and nice. The food was excellent! Like I said before, I have been to many Chick-fil-A restaurants. Usually, there are people running around, asking if you need a refill on your drink. I never had such an offer. I went back up to the counter twice to get a refill. Before leaving, I used the restroom. I make it a habit to look at the restrooms of businesses. It's the quickest way to size up a place, to see how the managers and owner(s) run it. Urine on the floor, dirty mirror, and trash all over. Not good. The folks here were nice, so I will give it another shot sometime. read more

Tytiana, who claimed to be the manager, is one of the most miserable people I've ever met. She's so full of hate and anger. She must have a miserable life. You have to be miserable to be like that. I literally cannot believe I had this experience at Chick-fil-A. I can't believe Chick-fil-A would hire such an unqualified individual to serve as manager. As you can see from my screenshots of my bank account, I'm a frequent visitor at Chick-fil-A and I spend a lot of money there. Today I went through the drive-through and got myself a pimento chicken sandwich and my diabetic boyfriend a Cobb salad. The salad had nothing on it. It was lettuce and a piece of chicken. No egg no tomato NOTHING. My boyfriend started to eat his salad because he's diabetic and had to eat right away. I had already made it home and did not want to come back out. I called the store and spoke with the unqualified Tytiana who immediately started questioning, if this had happened to me before suggesting that this was something I do regularly. I explained to her I am a regular at this Chick-fil-A and that I've only ever had one issue where I got the incorrect number of chicken nuggets when I called a different manager had told me I could bring in my receipt and they would replace it however, I lost my receipt and I actually never went and got those nuggets. She insisted that they never make mistakes and that all the salads have all the components they come with, and that I was a liar. She asked me if I could take a picture of the food. My boyfriend had already started to eat it but I'll still provide a picture here of what was left of it when I took the picture and there's no tomatoes, no eggs there's nothing. I pay good money that I work hard for when I come here and I expect to get what I pay for. But as a loyal customer of this particular Chick-fil-A, I feel so insulted and degraded and treated like I'm a liar who's just trying to get over! She acts like it's coming out of her own paycheck. Like who is so desperate to get something for free that they have to lie about a $10 salad? Maybe Tytiana? This is not my typical experience at Chick-fil-A . Please do better Chick-fil-A, and higher qualified managers who don't have superiority anger issues not everybody is fit to be in charge. Went to Chick Fil A Saturday night for Market Salad, Spicy Chick Sandwich, and original sandwich with fries and Chick fil A sauce. Market Salad was soggy with big stale filet, and no croutons or anything, spicy sandwich was flat and crumbly and had two nuggets inside not a filet and nuggets fell to the.ground when opened. The original was cold. Went back that night to get sauce and blonde haired manager said they're closed for the night. Came back Monday morning to make complaint to store manager. Asked hispanic guy, with pink shirt, for manager. He pretended not to speak english, just looking at me when I just heard him perfectly ask, " Do we pack tomatoes right now? There is no question the food at Chick Fil A is good but the problem is the drive thru. Like many post pandemic restaurants they have several lanes for ordering food but narrow down to one lane for pick up. This gets very backed up because unlike other fast food restaurants they don't have people with big orders move to the side. Rather everyone must wait until that order is filled. This is a terrible arrangement and means the management is doing a really poor job of order flow. read more

I work in college athletics and we always go to Chick-Fil-A because they are quick, polite, and typically welcome groups. Yeah, not here. They were so rude & all together made us feel like a burden. If we weren't staying across the street I would have just left and went elsewhere. First off, I told them that we were all on the same ticket and she rolled her eyes and seemed upset. They never asked about sauces so when our girls brought it up they were very snooty. We are a University so we are tax exempt and not to mention eat at chick-fil-a all across Colorado but she refused to try the tax exempt number. Said her "boss would get mad". The first time this has ever happened to us. Then all the food came out... in two bags. They didn't put them in bags by meals just threw items in bags. So obviously, they missed an entire meal by doing that, that way. When it was brought to their attention they argued it and would only give the sandwich and not the fries... because they "remembered" putting it in the bag. All around TERRIBLE experience and will never bring our charter bus full of people back. read more

I was actually here last night. The line was super long and they had the folks outside taking orders so that it would be too much of a wait. They had menus but I ordered my usual....a chicken nugget 8 count meal with lemonade. When I got to the window, which happened quickly considering the line, my food was ready and hot. I hate not hot fries and these were smoking. I like to eat my nuggets with a fork if I'm driving (I hate Polynesian sauce on my fingers and steering wheel so leave me be) so I had to request one which the girl who handed me my order (from a no touch tray....nice) was happy to oblige. I typically choose Chick-fil-A for their exceptional, quick and polite service. I did not receive ANY of that this morning. I just sat in the drive through lane for OVER THIRTY MINUTES--for nothing!!! It took nearly 15 minutes just to get to the order screen and when I pulled in there were only 3 cars ahead of me to the order screen. I got here about 10:20 AM. Of course, once you're in line you can't get out of it. They only have one lane open today, no employees taking orders outside, and the line was moving slower than I have EVER experienced at any Chick-fil-A location. I was certainly expecting their usual quick service. By the time I pulled up to order it was nearly 10:35 AM. All I wanted was hash browns. I was polite and told her I'd been in line for well over 10 minutes and was hoping to still order hash browns. All I wanted. I was told they were only serving lunch now. After I had been in line for NEARLY FIFTEEN MINUTES. I said I didn't want to order anything then, and sat for another 15 or so minutes just to get out of the line!!!! What a WASTE OF TIME and an EXTREMELY disappointing experience. The employees were not even apologetic about the wait either. I will be avoiding this location in the future. read more

This is the first Chik-Fil-A I've ever been to, and I absolutely loved it. My experience was 5 star. Came in here on a Friday night just before they closed, Bob who works here took us through the menu and explained everything. We ended up getting the Chicken sandwich and waffle fries, it was delish!!! The chicken was so tender and coated in the yummy breadcrumbs. The Chik Fil A sauce was to die for, the sandwich and that sauce worked together like magic. Overall my experience was amazing, Bob took real good care of us. For a moment I thought I was in a Michelin star restaurant. I haven't ate chicken like this since eating at the chicken shops in London. read more

The young kids who seemingly run the place have zero manners and none of the niceties that everyone expects from the premier chain. If you get food here take it go because the restaurant is DISGusting. I have been avoiding writing this review because I simply hate to give bad reviews. When I do, it is because the customer service was simple unacceptable, so here I am. I frequent "the chick" way too often. It is the best of the best when it comes to fast food. I live right across the street from this one and I pop in for the occasional golden nuggets from heaven. I have never been disappointed in my food. But ay, what is a chicken nugget without the sauce? Friends - this location has a saucey attitude I will tell you right now. The last three times I visited I asked for extra sauce. I got eye rolls and attitude when I asked and they did not feel "it was their pleasure" AT ALL. I tried sweetening my voice even so it was nice and sunshine filled... real high pitch... but that didn't work. The third time I said in the sepaker I would like 5 chick-fil-a sauces. When I got up there they had three in the bag. I asked if they could throw in more and I would be happy to pay but she rolled her eyes and said it is policy to get three three per meal. If I ask for more sauce, PLEASE CHARGE ME. I have no problem paying and would much rather that then leaving feeling like i did something wrong. It is like every time I go through the drive through I feel like such an a***hole when I drive away. :( I ended up being upset and writing chick-fil-a. I even made it semi-jokey and comical but simply asked if they could have better communication, attitude and simply start charging! I got NO RESPONSE. So I let it go. But tonight... upon ANOTHER visit I got the biggest eye roll when i asked for my beloved sauce. AND don't worry, my sauce total was all but 4 when i got home. I know this is such a petty problem, but I am so sick of the people having such bad customer service and being treated this way. I will no longer be going to this location and I will continue to joke about it with my friends, who have in fact have had the same experience here! Don't make your sauce that is crack if you are going to ration it so severely! I'm an avid Chick-fil-A fan and I frequent many throughout the Metro area of Denver. In comparing this restaurant to others in the franchise, it doesn't meet or exceed my expectations. The food is good, the customer service needs work! First, I rarely experience the friendliness I have at others, at this location. Second, While there is two lanes for drive-thru, it is ALWAYS busy and backed up. Drivers rarely seem to understand the lines and paying attention. There are not any employees out taking orders either, at least on my last 5-6 visits. It was very busy too with lines going through the parking lot. Perhaps the employees can either 1. have signs to designate the lines (they do closer to drive-thru but in the parking lot area as well) or 2. have employees directing traffic entering the parking lot. Lastly, on one of my last visits there the lady taking my order was very short when I requested no blueberries. I politely let her know I have made this order before with their parfait. I have done so at this location and other locations. She then proceeded to tell me it is up to each franchise and those taking the order. At which point I realized, she didn't know how to put it into her POS system as an exception. Basically she lacked training and was either 1. afraid to ask for help or 2. didn't want to admit she didn't know so it was easier to just tell the customer no. I have a BIG ISSUE with people taking the 'easy path'. I have an EVEN BIGGER ISSUE with those who lack excellent customer service skills when that is their job description, along with wanting to improve their position and gain some knowledge. I'd have a TON more respect for this person had they said "I'm sorry, I don't know how to do that but let me ask!" We all have to start somewhere and I don't expect anyone to know everything. I learn new things everyday, I revel in that! As I have said in a previous review of the same franchise, people CANNOT control allergies or intolerances. If you WANT the business, you need to make the necessary adjustments for that request. Something about a, "Because it's my right not to wear one", said the drive up window girl, when I politely asked her why she wasn't wearing a mask--as she breathed over my food that she was handing me. I thought there was a mandate going on right now? No, wait. There is a mandate going on right now. And not only that, another spike! And it's the end of 2021. She got real with me--told me she's "fully vaccinated" and it's her "right to not wear one". Hmmm. And then said, "well you're not wearing one either!" I told her the difference was that I was in my car. And that I was fully vaccinated, as well. And that I wear my mask because it's the law right now. And that I also don't want to wear masks. Then she said, "well you can't tell me what to do". Fair enough. I have NO PROBLEM with that. I'll definitely not be returning. Because, COVID. Because, entitlement spoils my appetite. Update: A user I strongly suspect is associated with this Chik-Fil-A sent me a harassing message through Yelp after I posted this review. A business that will do that is the same sort of business that will tamper with your food! Pretty sad that a restaurant that supposedly takes pride in it's hospitality won't even let paying customers use the restroom. The Wendy's in the same shopping center has their bathrooms available for customers. If they can safely open toilets then why can't you? I don't visit Chick-fil-A's very often so I didn't know how things go. I pulled up to the drive-thru and a young guy who worked there was standing there with a tablet . He asked to take my order while standing in front of the menu and I just pulled up. Seems a little odd and awkward. So, I explained to him I needed to read the menu first. He let me, I placed my order with him and then since I had a gift card he instructed me to pull up to the 2nd window. From there the line moved fast and the girl at the window was friendly and helpful. As far as the food, it was good, hot and seemed fresh. The French fries were great and they didn't make me pay extra for asking for ranch and ketchup. I'm also a big fav of the light lemonade! read more
