TLDR... I'm sorta in shock... 24 bucks and the bag felt like it had maybe only a small waffle fry in it Back at biz school in Palo Alto I was a huge fan of Friedman and Hayek ( not Selma although she is pretty hot ....sorry Pinault). Always felt that inflation was truly a monetary phenomenon. Modern monetary policy says spend as much print as much...it don't matter.... welp those abstractionists don't frequent the Chick-Fil-A drive thru So what does all of this folly have to do with a Fast food experience?? I wanted to check out the new Cauliflower Sandwich at CFA...as we are one of the lucky blessed in Denver to be a test area ( never could figure out how corporate chooses that). BTW the sandwich is pretty good and I think more honest than an Impossible burger which is a true GMO nightmare. But the size of the sandwiches were shockingly small and really sad. This ain't the companies faults ( hear me out y'all). Minimum wage $17, increased food costs, energy costs, insurance costs....yatta yatta yatta....you get the picture right? The quality of the sandwiches is still pretty great albeit kiddy sized. Service in the drive-thru was fantastic and the folks funny and polite....super fast too! Always love the chick-fil-a sauce and that Polynesian sauce too. For a rare dalliance I would come back but for 24 bucks I can do better at home.

Not as Good as Others I absolutely love Chick-fil-A! I have been to many of their restaurants, across many states. This Chick-fil-A is probably on the lower end of the ones I have eaten at. First, the person at the counter got my order wrong. The manager had to do a refund and then ring it up again. That wasn't so bad. Plus, I could tell that the guy who got it wrong was new. I can appreciate that. However, he never gave me my drink at the counter. The manager never did, either. When the new guy brought my order out, I had to ask for the drink. It just seemed like no one had it together on a simple order. The lobby was really clean, spacious, and nice. The food was excellent! Like I said before, I have been to many Chick-fil-A restaurants. Usually, there are people running around, asking if you need a refill on your drink. I never had such an offer. I went back up to the counter twice to get a refill. Before leaving, I used the restroom. I make it a habit to look at the restrooms of businesses. It's the quickest way to size up a place, to see how the managers and owner(s) run it. Urine on the floor, dirty mirror, and trash all over. Not good. The folks here were nice, so I will give it another shot sometime.

As always, the service was fast, accurate, and friendly. There were no fewer than 15 cars in the drive-thru and I was still in and out in under five minutes. They have their system down to a science

Tytiana, who claimed to be the manager, is one of the most miserable people I've ever met. She's so full of hate and anger. She must have a miserable life. You have to be miserable to be like that. I literally cannot believe I had this experience at Chick-fil-A. I can't believe Chick-fil-A would hire such an unqualified individual to serve as manager. As you can see from my screenshots of my bank account, I'm a frequent visitor at Chick-fil-A and I spend a lot of money there. Today I went through the drive-through and got myself a pimento chicken sandwich and my diabetic boyfriend a Cobb salad. The salad had nothing on it. It was lettuce and a piece of chicken. No egg no tomato NOTHING. My boyfriend started to eat his salad because he's diabetic and had to eat right away. I had already made it home and did not want to come back out. I called the store and spoke with the unqualified Tytiana who immediately started questioning, if this had happened to me before suggesting that this was something I do regularly. I explained to her I am a regular at this Chick-fil-A and that I've only ever had one issue where I got the incorrect number of chicken nuggets when I called a different manager had told me I could bring in my receipt and they would replace it however, I lost my receipt and I actually never went and got those nuggets. She insisted that they never make mistakes and that all the salads have all the components they come with, and that I was a liar. She asked me if I could take a picture of the food. My boyfriend had already started to eat it but I'll still provide a picture here of what was left of it when I took the picture and there's no tomatoes, no eggs there's nothing. I pay good money that I work hard for when I come here and I expect to get what I pay for. But as a loyal customer of this particular Chick-fil-A, I feel so insulted and degraded and treated like I'm a liar who's just trying to get over! She acts like it's coming out of her own paycheck. Like who is so desperate to get something for free that they have to lie about a $10 salad? Maybe Tytiana? This is not my typical experience at Chick-fil-A . Please do better Chick-fil-A, and higher qualified managers who don't have superiority anger issues not everybody is fit to be in charge. She has absolutely no customer service skills and really gives Chick-fil-A a very bad image and terrible experience to repeat customers.

I ordered the seasonal Thai Chicken Wrap with fries, and honestly, it's one of the best wraps I've had in a while. The crispy chicken tenders, Asian herb mix, crispy shallots, and green papaya dressing all had their own distinct flavors, but together they created a wrap that was incredibly balanced and satisfying. It felt like every ingredient was thoughtfully seasoned and intentionally paired. The biggest compliment I can give? I loved it so much that I went back a second time the same week. Definitely worth a visit.

This place turns fast food on its head by consistently delivering healthy, tasty, and creative meals. The birds get the rotisserie treatment over a special charcoal grill. They pop out moist, tender, and very flavorful. You can order a whole bird, half, a quarter or wings (plus a limited time tenders special as of July 2026)--alone or as a meal with sides, a salad, and sauces. The sauce options of gravy, chimichurri, piri piri, macha, and barbecue are unexpected. We tried gravy and chimichurri. Both were fresh and delicious. The extensive choice of sides includes mash or wedge potatoes, falafel, slaw, mac & cheese, mixed veg, marinated cucumbers, and street corn (rotating special). I was disappointed that the stuffing and squash dishes were not on the current menu. The cucumbers were delicious as was the creamy mac & cheese. The street corn was a nice surprise. The lemon tahina sauce on the mixed vegetables was good, but they were way undercooked for my taste. Other options are Pacific rolls, a variety of salads, sandwiches, and wraps, chicken noodle soup, cookies, and brownies. This is real quality, freshly-prepared, delicious, creative food. It's not cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for here. Chook is one of my favorites.

The stream of customers remained steady during my visit so it was pretty obvious there are more folks who feel the same. I went with the Nashville Hot and added an extra of Mike's Hot Honey. What a wonderful splurge that was! The chicken is tasty and the side coleslaw was good (not overly wet). He did actually like his sandwich. I can't remember the name, but it was the one with the pimento cheese. I got the Korean sandwich, and my sandwich was so soggy with sauce that the bun was falling apart and the breading on the chicken was not one bit crispy, but instead had a mushy texture and kept falling completely off the cutlet. The flavor of the sauce was just too salty with a little bit of sweet, but no real flavor profile other than that. When I get a fried chicken sandwich I want it to have some crunch. That's half the fun of eating fried chicken, in my opinion. The tots were ok, but nothing to write home about. I got one of the dirty sodas, which sounded good in theory, but I really didn't like it and ended up just throwing it away. My boyfriend got the house made strawberry lemonade and said it just tasted too tart. Upon trying it, I agreed. I'm the type of person who almost always gets lemonade if they make it in house, but did not have a high opinion of this one. He didn't end up finishing his drink either. Today we ordered take out from Birdcall for our whole family. My boyfriend was there to pick it up when it came out, and we live only 5 minutes up the street. This time was the same- my breading just keeps falling off the chicken, even though this time I got no sauce on my sandwich. That's super disappointing and makes it harder to eat. My son doesn't like the chicken tenders either and says they taste bad. I tried a piece, and I don't think it tastes bad, but it is definitely bland. All of the chicken seems a bit overcooked judging by the dark color of the breading that has gone a bit past the golden brown you expect with good fried chicken as well as the slightly rubbery texture of the chicken. My boyfriend ordered separately but picked up both our orders. He got home and said his Starry has no flavoring whatsoever. I tried my son's lemonade and it again is just kind of sour in flavor, with not enough sugar added. I thought maybe the first time we ate their they maybe just had their ratios off in that batch of lemonade, but I specifically didn't order it with my meal this time because of the experience last time. I guess my instincts were correct because this time it still wasn't good. Overall I just always end up wondering why I spent the money to eat at this place when the food and drinks are so lackluster. I'd sooner eat at Raising Cane's where the chicken is super crispy, tasty, and the breading stays intact, and they have delicious lemonade that they make in house. I will say that the atmosphere in the restaurant is nice enough and the bathrooms were clean. It was over air conditioned, but that tends to be the case whenever you eat at a restaurant in the summer. Either way, I still don't get the hype around this place, re: the reviews I read. If I were you, I'd skip this place.

The person who took my order, who was a woman, was very nice at first. Then I started asking questions about the Rasta Pasta to see if they could take out any meat if there was any. Come to find out they have shrimp in their Rasta Pasta. She checked with the kitchen to see if they can remove the shrimp, and they said yes. I asked another question: can I know how much food comes with the Rasta Pasta? She said it's a big amount. I was wondering if I can get a small amount. When I asked that, she seemed so annoyed to go back to the kitchen to ask them if I can get a smaller amount of Rasta pasta. This is when she started to become a little bit rude. When she came back from the kitchen, she told me, "Yes, they can make a smaller portion of Rasta Pasta." But then, this being my first time at this restaurant, I thought maybe I could eat a little bit and then save the rest for later or tomorrow. I then changed my mind from a smaller portion to a bigger portion. I understand when you're dealing with an indecisive person at the moment, it can get a little annoying, but when you work at a restaurant, whether you're the owner or not, that is so rude. She then said this to me, "That's a lot of food for one person." Without her even knowing if I have siblings or not, or if I am sharing this with someone, she just assumed that it's all for me just because of how I looked (I had planned to eat a little then save it for the next couple of days). I do look a bit overweight, but for her to point that out, that's so rude. I almost cried in my car when I walked back to it after leaving the restaurant. I'm currently on a weight loss journey, but for her to say that and not even know me almost broke me. The atmosphere was okay at first, but obviously that went downhill as I was leaving the restaurant. The only good thing that I actually enjoyed that I got from there was the coconut cake and the mac and cheese...
