This continues to be my favorite location! Went with a friend for a quick lunch and also to get my complimentary birthday regular sub! Once we decided what to order, Najee took my order and am so glad I ordered the Tuna Sub since he had just made a new batch. He was very professional, courteous and efficient. His co-worker Austin finished preparing the subs with the add ons we wanted and he was also super-friendly, efficient and had such flair in putting what we wanted on the subs. We added chips and drinks to our order to eat in and really appreciate the military discount! The subs were well-prepared and delicious. We order from this location from time to time for lunch for the office. I will say there are some good things and some bad. The past 2 times I have order a philly cheesesteak it has been the smallest sandwich I have ever seen with hardly any meat. This last time I ordered and Italian Mikes way and the sandwich was loaded and delicious however we ordered online and it gave us a time for pick up but it wasn't ready for another 3-40 minutes. the people picking up had enough time to walk to the market around the corner and shop before coming back and they were just wrapping up the sandwiches. So for me this one is hit or miss. I do love that Italian though. It was made perfectly. read more

Tough few months this place has been having. For starters, we are pretty frequent customers and today was just uncomfortable with the employees bickering amongst each other. We waited 45 minutes for our pickup order. They handed out coupons for people that only waited 10 minutes, meanwhile gave us nothing as well as completely messed up 2 of the 3 sandwiches. I would have gone back to complain but didn't realize it was wrong until I got home. Honestly just a very weird experience and more so sad to see this place go downhill. Hopefully, things get better but your best bet is going to and eyeing the sandwich you are having made to make sure it's not wrong. Once those are fixed it'll be back to smooth sailing been coming here for years. Good luck! Update: they did reach out and say they will work on the branch. Then after receiving my sub and finding a seat in the lobby I watched this same server come from behind the line and put on thrasher music very loud ruining my 30 mins of peace. Heads up, the place closes early and doesn't adhere to their business hours at random. Here at 840pm closing time 9pm. Who knows when they actually locked up. I have been back a few times since my initial review. Since having that one sandwich that I considered somewhat lacking in meat, my experiences have since been more positive. 3.5 stars - it's your run of the mill sandwich joint, but they're good, and the staff is always friendly. They do seem to have a lot of employee turnover, but I guess that's normal in this part of the food service industry. Menu is the same as at their other locations, though the numbering scheme is a bit weird you can always find the sandwich you want. And some may not know, but you can make any sandwich a wrap if you'd prefer, which then allows you to choose spinach or tomato basil tortillas rather than just plain sandwich bread. There are a lot of chain restaurants on Colorado Boulevard, but if you just want to grab a sandwich, this will do fine. read more

It's just a sub shop right? Well yeah but it's better than the rest. Pricey...I got 2 subs, chips and 2 sodas and it was $26. That's an easy $20 maybe with subway and a footlong but you get what you pay for and I would say I had a great experience with great food. I wanted a tuna sandwich but I'm really picky about my tuna (subways is terrible) and they gave me a sample of it, I didn't even have to ask. And it was SO GOOD! Well, we meet at last, Jersey Mike's. My co-workers and I get a free lunch each month. A co-worker had a hankering for subs, but not Subway, and so we chose Mike's. Frankly, I would have been happier with Subway. Why? Because I can customize my sub so many different ways. Because their bread is better.
