McDonald's I have to admit hasn't been at the top of the list of places to eat at lately. In fact it's been more of a last resort to me mainly for the exuberant price hikes and low quality of food. On a whim I found myself walking my dog through the area. We passed a Taco Bell and a raising canes and my stomach began to growl. As we approached the McDonalds the thought of breakfast began to set in. I thought ah why not? I pregamed it ordering through the app. The food came out fairly quickly. That was nice but also very questionable. It's always a gamble with fast food these days because you never know if it's gonna be fresh or stale. Luckily the burritos I got looked fairly fresh and were piping hot. It's been awhile since I sat inside a McDonalds so me and my dog sat inside for the meal. The restaurant was fairly clean. The furniture had a retro but artsy modern look. Some of the staff members are friendly. It just depends on who you get. It can be hit or miss. Overall I had a decent experience. Although the price seemed a little steep considering the serious shrinkflation going on with the burritos it was at least good tasting. Will I be back? Maybe. read more

I have been going to this location for years since it is near my work. I will say, I usually order on the app and this is a very consistent Mcdonalds. The staff are nice. No one is ever rude. I am in and out quickly through the drive thru. Even if there is a long line, it moves quickly. Its a solid McDonalds. I tried the Big Arch because of all the hype. It was gross in my opinion. I don't like the Arch sauce and the burger was way smaller than I expected. I will stick to my quarter pounder. It doesn't let me down. Lol read more

Saw they had the McRib and decided to try it along with fry for lunch. My wife got a fish sandwich and it came with a free fry. The service was quick and acceptable. i wasn't impressed with the rib. The sauce was too thick and the rib was slightly tough. I would not order again. read more

I usually expect McDonalds to be real busy during lunch from past experiences from other locations, but I was the only customer there at the time. Due to this I was able to grab and go my food in an expedited manner, taste and quality was consistent to what I was expecting. read more

But I had called and an older lady had answered and told me if I called again she would call the cops. I don't find that very pleasant at all. They messed up my order significantly every time I've come for the past 5 times and everyone here does not hear you out or talk nice or have ANY manners whatsoever. Tried to make it seem like they couldn't understand my mother who speaks perfect English and completely disregards the fact they are always messing up food orders. I went to this location on Saturday for Fish sandwich meal. The Sandwich itself was ok but the edges were rubbery-- which means cooked a "while" ago--OLD. The fries were flimsy caused by being UNDERCOOKED. I can't take this again. Only issue I have with this location is the worsening frequency of inaccurate orders. Tonight makes about 5 of the last 6 orders messed up. I asked for extra onion, no pickle - it's on my receipt - and instead I get no onion, extra pickle. I've recently ordered two doubles and got two singles, a big breakfast was missing the hash browns and they've given the wrong size fries. Serious order accuracy issues. Definitely have to share my positive thoughts about this McDonald's. Very cool spot, it's got that old school McDonald's look. Service was great but it was the little details like my Sausage and Egg McMuffin stacked together perfectly. I've seen too many sloppy sandwiches these days. I am beyond pissed. I have picked up several mobile app orders from several locations. However, I have had to drive off twice without my order from your location and go to a competitor because they couldn't find my order. Both times had the same manager on duty, today 12/8/2020 at 11:15am. I never have this issue with any other time except with this individual running the helm. I followed the prompts that I'm here and select drive through. I told the cashier that I have an app pick up for AR64. Then I was told to pull up to the 2nd window. Then the manager tries to pick a fight with me while saying he can place an order with me, sorry, I don't want COVID from him spitting in my food as it got escalated even worse last time when he threatened to call the cops for not driving off promptly as "the app does this all the time and you will have to reorder". This individual is the only person in your company that asks me to refresh the app, to which, all I can do after refreshing is choose to reorder the order I am picking up.. my credit card shows pending charges.. Why is it I only have an issue when this particular manager is on duty? I have no issues with this location when other managers are on duty, that really nice older gentleman is usually there. The manager on duty I am complaining about has a machismo issue and I will let him call the cops on me next time as I sit in the drive through and back it up until officers have to physically remove me from obstructing your business. Is it worth the effort, probably not. I will just chose to spend my money elsewhere. read more

I have been to this McDonald's a lot since I moved into the area 2 years ago. Let me first state that I am trying to have fair expectations, this is 'fast food' and it 'typically' is on the cheap side. However, with the pandemic and inflation times...my expectations have changed too. Let's start by stating that it is on the northwest corner and the drive-thru wasn't planned 'as well' as it could have been, especially for big vehicles or for the volume they have daily. The line tends to get long fast and it wraps around the building and I have even seen it out into the street. Then there is the lack of quality control or 'paying attention' to what is ordered and that you get that order CORRECT! Today, my order was not correct, which has been about half the time of my visits there. With increased cost, comes the expectation that we get what we 'pay for'. Like others have reviewed on there is definitely an issue with inaccurate orders. I don't do mustard, I hate it. I also don't really care for cheese on my fish sandwich and since having a few friends get sick recently from lettuce, I have been avoiding that on sandwiches too. Most of my receipt was correct (though the lady did forget to type in no lettuce). However, thank God I checked my order before leaving the parking lot. I got back in the drive-thru and made them correct it. I have to do this EVERY SINGLE TIME now. Sure enough, I was missing the hot and spicy McChicken. My order came to just under $15 with tax...this was for a medium meal and 2 'value' sandwiches. They can't even get that right. I realize there is a mass exodus in the work force. We seem to have people (all age groups) who would rather have someone pay them to stay home rather than work. When people do work, many think they are owed things or entitled and don't seem to show care or diligence to their work. It is disheartening and as a business woman, nerve-wracking. I get it, these people are young and/or inexperienced workers. They are hourly workers and maybe they aren't aware of the impact they can or are making. Every job matters, every position matters. I believe that. Whether your someone who works part time or full time, a line cook at a fast food place or a CEO at some huge investment firm...it ALL matters. I hope some McDonald's execs read this review and the countless others that say accuracy matters! It really really does! I am a regular to McDonald's and no longer feel safe or welcome down there. Just kept people from killing each other tonight between a group of young adults and a hobo. The hobo pulled a knife, and I barely kept people from following him out and beating the living piss out of him. This is the third fight in a week, and the employees do NOTHING!!! The manager hardly understands English, and everything goes out on ear and out the other. I strongly feel that security is DESPERATELY needed at this location as both parties drew weapons!! The next one pulled will be a gun, and innocents killed! Additionally, the hobos are allowed to sit inside all night, and they are getting violent amongst themselves and ALL other customers and staff!!! I refuse to come back to this establishment until a security guard is placed inside to keep the peace and everyone safe!!!!! This is a very violent location, and I do not recommend people come with their kids without concealed carry!!!! You don't know when one of the very angry hobos will pull a gun just because they were told no!!! They got all of the food correct!!! Which was about the only nice thing they did. Was interrupted after every item with a "you done" or "that's it" they even pulled the final order screen on me twice during my order and we could even hear them sighing when we said every item. Went here at 1:30 am after getting off the Night Shift. They close at 2:00 am this night. I was concerned because there was a long line of cars but it went fast. The woman working the drive through and was very friendly despite the late hour. The fries were hot and so were the nuggets I got. No pictures because I'm lazy sorry. I've been to this restaurant only three times. Over about a year. Every time has been a bad experience even by fast food standards. On both occasions I've gone for breakfast they have not had the menu visible. There's 20 different items I don't eat McDonald's a lot. However the woman told me to pull forward so I thought maybe they would have a laminated menu maybe they would use for the hearing impaired. However she just asked me face to face what I wanted. I said I don't know. I don't have your menu memorized. This apparently is normal. Then there's the food. McDonald's hash browns are not bad per se. But they are when they've obviously been sitting out for half an hour and it's like a piece of wood. Also I got no butter or syrup for my pancakes. They asked me to the exact number how many creams and sugars I wanted. And proceeded to just put it in the cup leaving me with a horrible cup of coffee which I had no control over how much sugar or cream was actually in it. The worst part is that they just do not care. They'll be mad at you for asking for a menu. Not to mention the five minute wait in front of the drive-thru menu, which was not updated. Which I mentioned earlier. If you have any choice which you do. Avoid this McDonald's. It does not seem to matter given time or different employees there is just a culture of laziness and apathy at this restaurant that you will not be able to get through. Could they get you a hamburger probably. But be sure and check your bag because there could be anything in there from what I have found. read more

First of all, it is a McDonald, and people's expectations seem to not take that into consideration. Second of all, I have to say that I strongly believe that this franchise is the best option among all the McDonald's restaurants on Colorado Blvd. I can attribute this to its cleanliness, quick moving staff, friendliness, and quality of food. Well, to start off the staff are very nice. Especially the floor staff that keep the restaurant tables clean. The place also has an amazing plant garden with some fish in a bowl. This place is always busy and I can accept that but I've seen other Mcdonalds move faster than a walking turtle. It takes an average of five, close to ten minutes for the line to move, it's more annoying where they tell you to park your car but they're able to complete other people's orders. The ice cream machine will work when it wants to and the model they have looks like it's from the 80's or 90's where other locations have much newer models. They need to enforce some kind of rule where that keeps homeless people from hanging out and trashing the bathrooms but the staff doesn't seem to care. read more
