This is the most organized and clean fast food restaurant I have ever been to! All of their condiments (ketchup, mayo, hot sauce, etc etc) were so neatly organized and displayed. We enjoy Chick-fil-A and eat often at other locations. We are accustomed to them being busy. We were surprised when we visited this one which was not busy. We quickly found out why. The politeness of the employees was not what we have come to experience. Our order was not correct so when we went to the counter the employees were laughing and chatting among themselves. Finally we were asked if we needed help. We explained the issue and it was corrected. No sorry for the mistake or a my pleasure to correct it. The correct item was placed on the counter and they went back to their conversation. This was July 15th around 5. The items ordered were ok. We will not be back to this location. read more

This is the first Chick-fil-a that i have been to that has has dead flowers.on the tables. The ladies room was dirty and needes attention and the door to the men's room would not close. I watched a man refill the lemonaide container with a mix that the sugar has not been properly desolved in so he had ro add additional water to pour it in. Our food was hot. read more

This place has become my little oasis in the city of Henderson. I live an hour away in Raleigh, but spend the majority of my work day in a mobile office up here. Chick-Fil-A has become the place I eat, drink coffee, and work on my iPad for multiple hours a week. I choose this place over the public library for the following reasons: 1. The restaurant is so clean and nice inside. Each table is nicely decorated with a silk daisy. The bathrooms are always clean and everything in the bathroom is automatic so you don't have to touch anything. 2. The chargrilled fruit salad... comes complete with an assortment of fruit, lettuce, cheese, carrots, granola, croutons, sunflower seeds, your choice of dressing, and yummy chargrilled chicken! This is by far the best fast food salad I've ever had. 3. Free wifi that always works well! Yay! 4. Pleasant staff that comes around to each table bringing mints and asking if you need anything else (they even bring you coffee refills). I was super bummed to discover that the city of Henderson didn't have a single coffee shop (what... no Starbucks? How is this place even on the map?!) but alas, this Chick-Fil-A kind of makes up for that. Score! read more

If you go to basically any Chick-fil-A there is a line wrapping around the restaurant and down the street. This one is no different. However, they do a great job of getting everyone through quickly with employees taking orders on hand helds the line goes faster than most places that have no line. Plus your getting much better quality food. For lunch you really cant go wrong with anything. The original is always a good go to or the spicy chicken sandwich. There chicken nuggets are favorite of mine. My all time favorite is the chicken minis and I will never understand why they don't serve those all day. read more

Chick-fil-a's around America are notorious for being super clean and a high quality fast food chain. This one, however, had zero cleanliness standards and the dining area looked more like a McDonald's. I've been to many Chick-fil-a's along the east coast and this one is by far the dirtiest grimiest one I have ever visited. There were plenty of open tables, but they all had trash and food grease on them. Also, our cashier did not even say the one trademark of the employees saying "My pleasure" after we said "thank you." This one is a disgrace and I will never visit this one again in my travels. I hope this one changes its standards or it may just shut down if it doesn't get better! read more

Reliable and what you'd expect for food, but the whole reason I'm writing a review is that this location is REALLY fast. Maybe it's a busy hour but it's close to 7pm on a Friday and I went inside to order and got my food in like a minute tops! Joshua runs a tight ship when it comes to this location ! All of their staff is super friendly, the food is always good, and I have never had any issues. We just used them again for our plant breakfast and as usual it went off without a hitch! Went here for the first time this evening. I went through the drive through to have speedy service. The service ended up being slower than any other chick-fil-a ive ever ate at. Then after spending over $20, they didn't give us any of the sauce we asked for and left 2 nuggets out of the 8 pc I ordered. We were traveling with our family of 6 from Athens, Ga today and have always relied on excellent food, superior customer service, beautiful and sanitized bathrooms when going to our Chick Fil A in Athens. This experience, however, was such a massive letdown. We have 2 kids with peanut allergies so we always have to special order a grilled cheese (2 buns with cheddar cheese) for them which is not on the menu. I tried ordering this at Henderson and she looked like I was crazy, so I asked her to check and I told her what we always get. She opened the door to the kitchen and their floor back there by their ice machine was covered in water and nastiness. She came back and said "no". So, even though I thought that was crazy, I ordered the kids grilled chicken and Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese had no flavor, it had been sitting out and the noodles were rubbery. The fries tasted old like they had been sitting out. The bathrooms smelled so bad we could barely breathe and no potty covers left and the floor was nasty. We had just finished talking about how reliable Chick Fil A was until we stopped here. This was very disappointing...I never write reviews but I figured if I did this maybe they will step it up a notch since they aren't even close to the quality we have in Georgia! read more

As a local I can honestly say that we have tried every restaurant, grill and joint in town. Chick-fil-A is by far the best all around restaurant in town. It is my go to restaurant when friends come from out of town. The service: Excellent from beginning to end. The employees act like they care about your experience. I've been going here sine it opened and it has only gotten better as time goes on. Is it clean? Other restaurants in town should go here and beg the manager to give them a lesson on how it's done. EVERY SINGLE TABLE is spotless. There is a really lovely older lady that keeps the dining room spotless during the lunch rush. She brings mints to the tables and gets refills on drinks. Quite a nice change of pace for a "fast food" restaurant. It may be fast food but the service is fine dining quality. If you are in Henderson NC and are wondering where to go for a great experience don't hesitate, go straight to Chick-fil-A. You will not regret it. read more
