Whenever I come home, there's one stop I have to make--Bojangles. It's my guilty pleasure, especially after trying to stick to a healthy routine. But let's be honest--some things are just worth it, and this Bojangles run did not disappoint. I was traveling from North Carolina to Virginia, and the food was everything I needed--warm, crispy, flavorful, and just plain comforting. The Cajun seasoning, the Bo Rounds, & the Cheerwine--it's like a hug from the South with every bite. But what really made the visit special? The service. True Southern hospitality is alive and well here. The staff were kind, patient, and made me feel genuinely welcome. Wow, I just don't know what to say. So today I went by Bojangles in Henderson. I got a wing box 12 wings, I also got a wing dinner and a leg and breast dinner. For a total price of. $48.45. I received all that I ordered. But when I reach my parents house and open up the wing box, it look as if I had six wings that's how small they were. Is this how Bojangles treats their customers. I receive more honey, mustard cups and lots of hot sauce, but I had no chicken really to put it on. I eat at Bojangles in Wake Forest every morning. Never had a problem with my food. I have even gotten wing boxes before from Bojangles in Henderson off of number one never had this problem. This was the worst order I have ever had.. At first I attempted to give this place 0 stars, but since yelp does not allow this, I'm giving it 1. Me and my girlfriend stoppped here to go to the drive-thru on our way up north and although the food was alright, the service was awful. I ordered a supreme dinner and she ordered Bo rounds. After we paid and pulled up to the next window, the worker at the window informed us her Bo rounds would take "5 minutes" and asked us if we're "willing to wait". We were already in a rush, but we already paid and 5 minutes did not put us out of the way too much so we agreed and pulled into the parking spot directed to us. We waited for about 15 minutes until my girlfriend had to go inside and ask what was going on. Turns out it made since why we were waiting so long, since they never started to prepare the Bo rounds in the first place. Absolutely ridiculous. What was supposed to be a 5 minute detour turned into an almost 30 minute excursion due to the carelessness and incompetence of the staff. This includes the manager as well, who 100% did not have the attitude of someone who manages a store after being informed of my issue. She basically shrugged in my girlfriends face and told her she gets why she's upset, as if there was nothing she could do about it. she offered no help or compensation whatsoever. Once my girlfriend finally got her Bo rounds, they were cold. We're not stupid, they gave us old bo rounds just so we would get off their case. With service like this, I don't know how they're even still in business at this point. read more

Horrific service says a lot about this stores management. Don't place a to go order to pickup, you are better off just waiting in the line and ordering fresh. I still had to wait until the line and the order wasn't even complete. But that would even be forgivable If the customer service from their staff was decent. I found a worker sitting in a booth playing on her phone so I asked where to go for a call ahead order. She said I had to wait outside since there were too many people inside, which was fine but I asked if my order could then be brought out. Short, "no you wait like everyone" was my response. She said someone will come get me once the occupancy dropped. After watching 4 people leave and noticed the same employee sitting in the same booth on her phone, I went back in and intentionally asked her if someone was going to get me. Her reply was to get in line. I asked what the point of calling ahead was and she shrugged and said get in line. Apparently that was all she was very trained. She sat in the booth the entire time I sat in line and coincidentally came back on after I picked up my order. To all reading this, there is a Biscuitville directly across the street and a Smithfield's next door that would much prefer to have your business. read more

I need to allow that, perhaps, I handed out the big five on this one because it was 9am, and I'd been driving from NYC since 2am. I was really, really, really glad to both be in North Carolina, and to be alive. There were some close calls. We were pulling off the highway when my friend, the Bo's virgin, exclaimed that we should go to the Chik-fil-a off the exit. No no, sweetheart, we're going to Bojangles. And you'll thank me. Being in the south well close to the south I decided to try a new Fried Chicken place. The name is catchy and the lines were long so it must be good right? I can't say its the best fried chicken I have had and am having a hard time where to rank it among the other places. I would have to put the chicken below KFC, ezells,and Popeyes IMO. The batter didn't have any flavor kind of bland. It was crispy and cooked well just didn't have a lot of flavor. But the Biscuits were terrific. And the cajun biscuit sandwich was great! read more

Slowest service ever! Every time I come here it takes forever, then you get stuck in the drive thru lane and cannot get out! Today I was stuck in this line for over 20 minutes! And then I get to the window and all I ordered was an egg and cheese biscuit and I still sat at the window waiting for a couple minutes you would of thought after sitting in line for another 10 minutes AFTER finally ordering they would have something that simple ready when I got to the window ‍ A drive thru should never take that long! read more

Unfortunately I'm forced to frequent this place and 90% of the time they are rude. They went through a recent Remodel . Unfortunately after the remodel it is a new facelift for the store but the same faces inside. If you try to order in the Drive-Thru they will cut you off before you can even finish telling them what you want to eat asking you what flavor drink you want... we often times hop on the interstate to a friendly Bojangles when we have time...
