Bad service, food was not to par and still upset that they gave us warm fountain drinks and not discounted The moment we arrived at the drive thru box, they were upfront of not wanting to provide a service, with "we don't have ice" and so if you want ice we don't have it Understood asked if we can atleast discount since we were getting iced drink followed by nope. Do you still want to order? That should've been our signal to leave but we were in the mood for the square burgers so we ordered. The lady was upset when we pulled up to the window and advised the person handing our drinks that we only had one fruit punch and the other three drinks were coke. I can hear her yell, they said two fruit punch to the lady having to hand over the sodas. Then our drinks understandably with no ice were hot, not even luke warm, but hot. I was upset, and knew that I just lost the money and while that was ok, the burgers were disgusting. The bacon tasted like it was microwaved several times and the burgers were not up to what I'm usually use to at any Wendy's establishments. Highly recommend staying away from this location if you're met with such service. Glad I don't live in the area and only have been passing through. Stopped in here and hung out for about two hours with my laptop. Wendy's is going for the hang out crowd with tables that have power outlets nearby and a free wifi. After finding a good seat, I brought up the Wendy's app and was able to order a "Biggie Bag Meal" and then waited a few minutes for it to be ready. It took longer than usual today as it seems like they might have been short at least one crew member. My burger was assembled properly and had all the right ingredients. The chicken nuggets were hot and the fries were a little limp but tasty. They have the Coke Freestyle machine here so it's bottomless refills which is nice. The restaurant was mostly clean. This is the worst Wendy's EVER. Their service is SOO long and I ordered a CHEESEburger but there was literally no cheese on it like what!!!

I have many complains as a doordashing the website says the fine room is open u til 10pm or 11pm but they ALWAYS lock the doors early multiple hours early 7:30-8pm! And service at cash register is horrible nobody is never there to assist customers they are more focused on the drive through. read more

Ordered 3 meals all the same except for one of the burgers. One meal was totally wrong, I asked for no mayonnaise and to add ketchup and mustard to one of the burgers and they fixed all the burgers completely the same all of the nuggets were cold the burgers were cold the fries were cold the drinks were wrong. Then I called the manager to make a complaint and she was very rude, smart mouth and hung up in my face. The restaurant was dirtiest I've ever seen. They were working around the back smoking marijuana . The manager explained to me that there was nothing she could do about the last shift that worked before her and there was nothing that she could do about it and even if she could she wouldn't replace my meals because it happened before her shift started. I couldn't eat my meal because I'm allergic to the mayonnaise and I told him not to put mayonnaise on it so just say I ate the burger, had allergic reaction or something else happened to me from eating that burger then what would Wendy's do.?. It's the worst experience that I've ever had at Wendy's and I'll never go back again to that nasty place with all them high people that don't understand how to make a meal that is ordered and paid for. I paid $28 for three meals that actually cost $15 so you tell me what went wrong? Also they gave me no sauce for the cold nuggets they gave me no ketchup for the cold fries and they gave me no straws for the drink that was full of melted ice. This was the most discussing Wendy's I've ever been in. We stopped in this morning just after 11am because there was a line around the building at the Bo Jangles next door. I wasn't until after we ordered that I noticed the drink splatter all over the self serve fountain machines. Then I noticed that the napkin dispensers had dried ketchup splatter on them. Then I made the mistake of using the bathroom. The urinals were full and covered in urine. There was something smeared on the walls and sink and the floor was sticky. We just left. It was just gross. And this just after they opened. I will never stop there again. I really feel like I should call the local health department. I can't believe corporate would approve. read more

After 2 weeks of contacting their corporate, I have not received a response back. I have too many food choices in this town to accept this.

I slipped n fell on my butt twice on Oct 10,2019. We told the shift manager and she told us that they hadn't mopped, that it was probably 3rd shift that had done it. She didn't fill out an incident report, because it wasn't her job. (WOW) All she asked for was my name n number, so she could give it 2 the manager when she co.es back from vacation on Tuesday. I go to the emergency room because my back is hurting. Tuesday, 3pm comes around, and I haven't heard from anyone from Wendy's. I call and finally get threw and ask to speak to the manager, who just got bck from vacation. I tell her who am I and what happened, and she tells me that she hadn't heard anything about what happened. She also wanted to know why her shift manager hadn't written down the incident. I can go on about this, yet their Corporate insurance claims person, made me feel like I wanted to fall, the way she was talking to me. It is not my fault your employees don't know what they are doing, guess they need to be trained better!!! read more

My experience at Wendy's was terrible. On the side of my cup I had mold and their water was pink. Their sweet tea tasted like flat Dr. Pepper. My chicken nuggets weren't cooked fully and was still dough. The service was terrible and the workers were very rude. read more

My Daughter brought me an apple/pecan salad last week ( I have been trying to figure out how to rejoin Yelp is the reason for the delay) I opened the salad and sprinkled the pecans on and thought I saw something move in the crease of the lid ,I put the dressing on and saw the movement again,it was a roach it got into the salad I finally got it out and smashed it with a napkin . My Daughter took the salad which we had dumped into the plastic bag ( we had transferred it to a bigger bowl I had here to find the roach) she showed the Manager and explained the situation . I told her the roach kinda put me. off salad and to see if I coul exchange it for a Junior burger and fries ( less than salad ) but she was told they couldn't change it in the register so I HAD to take another salad . They lost the opportunity to overcome the roach in the salad with good will on the. exchange m I have been in food service almost 40 years ,had that happened in my Restaurant ,I would have IMMEDIATELY complied with the exchange request ,then comped the meal. Instead I'm writing a crappy review of a trusted Establishment. I understand sometimes things happen ,and roaches are brought in the cardboard supply boxes .. The one star is for the manager. She exemplifies professionalism and class. However, the OTHER female employees at this restaurant who were operating the drive through service are the most ghetto, unprofessional, tactless, classless and uncouth people I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. As a result, I'm never going back there. Never. Who wants to see unkempt hair shoved under caps and tattoos? Did I order at Wendy's or the North Carolina Women's Correctional Institution? What's professional about that? When I placed my order, I asked if I could replace something on the menu, instead of being courteous and respectful, one of them made it seem as if I were stupid for even suggesting it. Second, I requested to know what sort of drinks they served as they weren't listed on their drive through sign. One of them proceeds to tell me "Coke products" while another laughed. When I got to the first window the girl at the first window gave me a look which she got right back but the one at the SECOND window? Tactless TRASH. When I informed her I didn't want ice, she took it from me and said something flippant under her breath and took her time giving me a new drink. I promptly asked for the manager's name. She paused and went "Uhhhhh you know what I don't even know! We got a new one here today." I simply stared at her. Then she said "Oh, one of the manager's name is Laurel." I gave her a thumbs up and drove away. Needless to say, I will NEVER return. I don't like ghetto people. They bring down the quality of establishments no matter where they are. I don't spend my money where I'm treated as if I'm in Compton, California. I spoke with Laurel and she was a very professional, articulate individual. She patiently listened to my concerns and apologized for her staff although there was no need. She says she's tired of the unprofessionalism. Its not her fault. She shouldn't have to take the brunt of what allegedly grown women do. If I was in charge, they'd all be fired. Today. I just filed a complaint with the corporate office and I hope that's exactly what happens. They need to clean house. I'm sure there are much more intelligent, professional individuals who need work and would bring class to the establishment. These women? They wouldn't know class if it stared them in the face. Only bc I couldn't give 0 stars. Took over 14 minutes to get food off menu with no deviations. Food all came out at different times too and my husband and I ordered same spicy chicken sandwich. Only 1 soda machine was working and neither had ice. They were nice but the music selection was horrible as well. Oh well should have stopped elsewhere to get on and off the road. I'm gonna be honest, I usually go here and I have never really had a problem. Tonight we went to get dinner and we waited in the drive through which was long but that's because of everything going on so I didn't mind. Got up the the box and the guy asks to take my order and then someone in the background yells we will be right with u. I didn't see much to that so I let it go. I drive up to the first window and the cashier is on her phone in one hand and doing orders at the same time. Then another worker comes around and asks did she have the mobile order so I thought she was talking to the cashier and then she turns around and gives me attitude and rudely ask did I have the mobile order (making me feel like she didn't want to do the order at all) and I said yes ma'am. I didn't get a receipt or nothing and so I drive to the second and the worker said did they put the order through talking about the other cashier and then we get our drinks and he tells us to pull forward so we did. We wait and our food comes out we check it and by this time the lady is already back in the building we are missing one of our items that we paid for and thankfully I have a mobile receipt and we couldn't go into the building so I try and call to try and have them fix it and no one answered. I was really upset cause I paid for everything and the attitude that they gave me was so uncalled for. Honestly I'm not going back for awhile and I was a loyal customer to them. read more
