I stopped by this Chic Fila for breakfast and to use the restroom. The restroom was clean and well stocked. The parking lot was free of litter and very accessible. I ordered via the app and had it brought to my table. Everything I needed to enjoy my meal was delivered to me with a smile. My hash brown were warm but not hot. They were edible, but would have preferred them to be hotter. My coffee was very hot just the way I love it, and stayed hot after I added my cream. My chicken biscuit was perfect. This is the main location that my family and I have gone to since moving to the Northwest side of Houston. We have been in this area since 2019.... No major complaints tbh except today 06/20/2026 ... I stopped by to pick up an online order for one of my daughters. Well she requested that I ask if they can change her wrap to crispy instead of grilled. Omgoodness, the kind young lady in the driveway was cool with the change & no problem but the lady at the window made it all complicated which gave me ANXIETY because I felt like I was holding up the drive thru line & then they forgot the Avocado ranch sauce, I also had to ask for a fork & the window associate informed me that both items were in the bag with a slight attitude in her voice! Needless to say, I had already driven away before noticing the missing sauce. It's constantly raining today & I had to pick up another order & get it home to my daughters plus had perishable items from Kroger that needed to be taken in & refrigerated ect. So I called the number on the top of the receipt ( their automated voicemail is too cute btw) it says God Bless you at the end before you make a choice. The team leader named "Angel" had exemplary Customer service skills! I was a bit heated & talking fast but he patiently listened to my whole replay of the situation... he apologized & asked for the 4 numbers from the order bag receipt. He said I could come back for the sauce but I'm not because we are all human & human error occur at times so I'm too embarrassed to go back for a pack of sauce but he surprised me by offering to refund the order since I perceived the window server to be rude ect. It's prepared fresh with romaine lettuce, cheese, and naturally, Chick-fil-A's crispy chicken strips, accompanied by a side of avocado ranch. Worst CFA experience ever. Idk why I decided to go against my common sense & visit THIS specific location again. Last 3 times I have been here have made me wondered what happened to the amicable, extra nice, and happy vibes that CFA employees are known for. This specific time, I placed my order at the drive thru. I repeated my order three times because the lady kept talking to somebody. I could hear the conversation through the speaker. She would interrupt the conversation to ask me to repeat my order, which I did repeatedly. I got to the window and she asked me what my order was. By then, I was frustrated and all I wanted to do was, drive away. I gave her my order and asked if there was a problem with the headset... she said no. Went through the drive thru and half our order was missing. The girl that handed our food to us wants to ask if we paid for our order. Umm what.. oh course we did. Very disappointed in this location as it has always been great, no mistakes, great customer service but not sure what happened with the crew the other day. We order in the drive through line and got home only to find out that we were missing a whole meal. We never check the bags from Chick-fil-A because they always get it right. It was very frustrating as we had to travel another 15 minutes to this location since the one on West Rd was closed for renovation. We called them and they wanted us to drive back another 15 minutes. This particular location off 249 is a bit difficult to access and like most locations have a long line of patrons. I usually give Chick fil A four stars plus but the girl that took my order must be deaf in the drive through. Found out she only put me down for one sandwich rather than the three I requested. This caused me to use my credit card twice for what should have been one transaction. Felt bad holding up the lines of vehicles behind to correct the order. Today was my first time going to this CFA for breakfast. My order was incorrect 3x.. I ordered two sausage and bacon biscuits with tots. 1. When I got home I realized they gave me muffins instead of biscuits. So I drove all the way back. 2. They gave me a new order, but the biscuits didn't have the bacon. So I went around again. 3. The third time I spoke to a "manager" and she gave me a new bag of food. I told her I would check my food before I left. I was now missing one of the tots. Incredibly fast Just as polite/courteous Spotless facilities The food is of course delicious but sometimes at other locations I'll get a sandwich with a very thin chicken breast. At this location the breast is thick and juicy. (Just as it should be) Also! The macaroni and cheese is out of this world delicious. Typically for the Chick-fil-A locations that I've been to, the staff seemed very friendly, & my food was good. My only complaint was with the first visit was the time it took for my meal to come out. This has got to be one of my favorite CFA!! My family and I eat at this location often. My baby girl loves their playground...for me, it's an exceptionally clean playground. Their restrooms are also super clean every time I visit. But for me, the reason why they got a 5 star is because of the people working there. The staffs are always super nice with great service. They would come around and greet me, even bring us extra napkins for the mess my kid makes and help me clean up. They even gave us some awesome high quality CFA t-Shirts for my kid and wife as well.
