I HATE this location. With every fiber of my being. There is something seriously wrong with management here. EVERY time I come here there is a minimum of a 30 minute wait time that makes zero logical sense. You're either gonna sit in Lane B in the drive through for 45 minutes, or you'll end up waiting 30 minutes inside for a medium fry. And most of the time the order isnt right, that is if you're asking for crispy fries. Doesnt matter. Its the same every visit. Worst Whataburger experience I've had in my 38 years of breathing. But I guess I am partly to blame since I keep coming back and obviously am a glutton for punishment. But after today I've finally had it. Never again. This location by far is one of the worst locations in this chain of stores. One of the most lackadaisical Whataburger staff and managers I've ever met. THE WORST WHATABURGER I HAVE EVER ORDERED FROM. ADRAIN WAS THE MANAGER ON DUTY WHEN I ORDERED MY FOOD. I ordered through the mobile app then called the driver after an hour of the time I was supposed to receive my food. She said she had just received the order. I called the store to ask them if they can please have my food fresh. When I received my food an hour and a half later, my drinks for all spilled in the bag it came in. My burgers and sandwiches were not made correctly. I proceeded to call the store again and complain about the situation. The young lady passed the phone to Adrian and he did nothing about it. It seems as if he put the phone down and started taking orders and completely disregarded my phone call. At this point my mind was blown on how bad this service was given. I called one more time to let them know that I am going to pull up and to make sure that they have my order done correctly. When I got there, Adrian walked out of his office, stared at me, proceeded to cook food. I had to ask another employee to call Adrian up to the counter, and he acted as if he had no idea on what happened. One of the reasons that I visited this Whataburger location for dinner was because I wanted to try the Peach Shake which was for a limited time only. That was the first item I attempted to order at the drive-thru and I was told it was not available. I asked if the machine was broken and I was told yes. When on a short, early morning road trip (couple of hours), the hubby and I always seem to stop at a Whataburger for breakfast. They have decent breakfasts with some table service when it's not too crowded. This one was a bit more disappointing and we've been to many on the outskirts of Houston. The dining room wasn't clean which was disappointing since there were only 2 or 3 other diners eating in that morning. No table service for coffee like at other Whataburgers for breakfast. All of this might have been because there didn't seem to be many people on staff this morning - which is counter intuitive since it was an autumn Saturday morning on a road which leads straight to Ren Fest! If you were management, wouldn't you expect more traffic with this combo? My biscuit and coffee were just as good as at other Whataburgers, but that is where it ended. read more
