Ordered 4 piece chicken tenders meal. Recieved 10 ct chicken nuggets that were greasy and not fully cooked. Drove back to get correct order. Finally Got home and the tenders tasted sweet. I don't want sweet tenders and why would they be sweet in the first place!? Everytime I order from this chick fila, I'm always disappointed. When they get an order wrong (which is often), they give you a free chicken nugget or chicken sandwich card/coupon. I have a total of 5 cards. Cold hard as a rock fries. I can't believe it, one would think that the food would be fresh and good since it is new but nope. Cold hard fries and my iced tea/lemonade had a weird chemical taste. Threw it all in the trash. My son got a spicy chicken sandwich, the bottom bun was so soggy that it fell apart. He said that it tasted ok though. I guess all of the people who were worried that there would be too much traffic don't have anything to worry about anymore, people will eat there once and not come back. Every single time I go here, they screw up the order..First time, they have us 2 different orders but didn't realize until we got home. The second time I asked for nuggets and got strips now, I asked for a chicken sandwich deluxe and got a spicy chicken with pepper jack. This is the second time I make a mobile order and it's screwed up. The first time all 3 sandwiches were wrong. This time I go to pick up my order in the drive thru and they couldn't find my mobile order. The place was empty one car ahead of me and one behind me. While I am waiting the car that was ahead of me pulls over in the parking lot. The driver walks out of his car carrying his bag. He tells the women his order is wrong. The women proceeds to take the order out of the bag into a new bag and try's to hand it to me. I told her I am not taking it because someone else had opened it. Not up to Chick-fil-A standards at all! I've been to many Chick-fil-As and this one is the worst. The fries were greasy and the grease soaked through the container. I brought them back and was given another order of greasy fries. I gave up and threw them away.The supervisor looked miserable. We sat down at a clean table only to find a ton of trash underneath it. The staff looks SO unhappy - nothing like the Commack CFA. We entered out table number on the app, but the staff member went around the restaurant asking people if it was their order!! This happened for both the drinks and the food which came separately by different servers. People behind the counter were bumping into each other. I hope I never have to go back here again. Did a web order for my family & ordered 3 meals and 2 entrees and sides. Drove 10 minutes to the Huntington Station location, drove back home. One of the meals was missing the sandwich, all 3 drinks had ice, despite ordering them with no ice. Drove back to the restaurant, waited 5 minutes for them to make the missing sandwich, drove home, so 40 minutes of driving for overrated chicken. And if anyone is listening, you need to change your drink trays from the flimsy, oversized cardboard "carrier" to something that will actually hold the drinks. It's a miracle I didn't drop them all, but I came close. Also: if the bag is stuffed to the top and doesn't close, use a bigger bag. I was juggling the flimsy carrier and overstuffed bag and almost dropped them both on the way to my car. To top it off, the chicken is the same as McDonald's without the line, the chicken nuggets are the size of Snyder's pretzel nuggets, and the fries are devoid of flavor. For a recently fast food franchise opening where quality and customer care should be a must. This location is lagging way behind. We ordered at the drive through and I never expected to have our sandwiches cold, fries soggy and the drinks flavorless. The two stars are for the employees who their best yo makes us feel welcome. Opening day i went and ordered a 12 count nugget meal , and once i got home i was given a 4 piece chicken strip. I figured i'd cut them some slack because it was opening day. Then, another day I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with bacon which is a $1.50 extra, and once again the bacon was missing. Today, i ordered an original chicken sandwich with an unbuttered bun rather than a regular buttered one. And once again, I got home to discover I GOT NO BUN?! I understand checking the bag and all, which I did, but I didn't think I would have to rummage through my sandwich to see if all the changes I made were accomplished. I went in and the manager literally just gave me a bun, and sent me on my way to make the sandwich I paid for myself. Overall, the food is good as any chick-fil-a would be, but DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE YOUR MONEY TAKEN! Go to the location in Commack, they have not once screwed up such a simple order for me.
