Tried Bojangles for the first time and I was extremely excited going in, and it definitely lived up to the hype. The biscuits were the highlight: incredibly buttery, soft, and not dry at all. I can't stop thinking about how good they were. The chicken was also on point, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The mac and cheese was a bit of a letdown, but honestly I didn't expect much there. I went through the drive-thru and was a little disappointed I couldn't eat inside even though it was only 9:30pm. Went on a Tuesday evening. There was nobody really inside and only one person in line. They had already ordered. I waited for almost 5 minutes before anyone came and took my order at the counter. They were only focused on the drive thru. WhenI ordered they did not say that they did not have enough chicken to fill my order. Very POOR communication. I ordered an 8 piece all dark ( left and thighs). I got 7 legs and 1 thigh. I would have waited for more thighs but it wasn't even offered. The front counter was completely empty. The chicken had flavorful seasoning and was not greasy at all. Not like those chicken tenders with no flavor. Tried the honey mustard, no sauce, and ranch. No charge for the sauce! They all were good but the honey mustard was the best. There was a sweetness. The chicken chicken tenders could've been bigger but since it was my second lunch for the day, it was sufficient. 2. I have been coming to Huntsville for over 5 years for work and have never stopped by Bojangles. I literally drive past 3 of them driving to Fayetteville every day. I ordered the Bacon, egg and cheese biscuit with Bo-tato Rounds with orange juice. As I was driving my 45 min drive I started picking out the Bo-tato Rounds. Those suckers are huge that pack some flavor. I wasn't expecting that coming out of the bag. They were very good and filling. I ate those during the drive and I was full by the time I arrived to the plant. I ended up eating the biscuit while sitting in my meeting. It was a decent biscuit but I would have preferred that the cheese would have been melted on the biscuit other than a struggle slice. The tea however was not as good as everyone says, it was sort of sweet and it has a hint of coffee! The cashier was polite and friendly, the place was very clean. The last two times I stopped for breakfast, there was almost half the bacon there used to be, and it was soggy and bland. For some reason, Bojangles just ain't at the top of my places to eat (not even on it, I'm afraid). The one time I ventured in (was hungry and parked in their parking lot for some reason) I was favorably impressed. While ordering, the counter clerk sweetly offered that I make a chance and take advantage of their "free sweet tea" offer. Woo hoo! That made my day and the food was quite tasty. Price was beyond reasonable for what you get...the dining room was extremely clean, which isn't always an easy feat during a lunchtime rush. The staff was friendly, and the food was tasty. The highlight for me was the Bo' berry biscuit. Fresh, tasty. What surprised me most was that there was a super friendly associate who patrolled the dining room and made sure we were completely taken care of. She offered to get us refills, sauces, etc...you don't find that too often in a place that's considered fast food. Best Chicken tenders or supremes in town! I love their 4 piece supreme dinner with special seasoned fries, thick biscuit, and Ice Tee! I have yet to have one which disappointed, and that includes their chicken biscuit, which means a lot because I really don't care for chicken for the breakfast! The food always arrives fast and hot and the drive thru really keeps things moving. The dining area is always clean and accommodating.
