I am sorry to have to write this review most of the time this store outperforms tonight was not the case As I entered the drive through lane 1 had two cars, lane 2 was backed up as usual naturally I chose lane 1. Bad choice. The two individuals working in this lane left a lot to be desired. It seemed like the car in front of me was taking an extremely long time. Finally it was my turn. It seemed to take an extended time for him to take my order. After completing my order he told me my total and charged my card, $25.74 Then I pulled up to the stand where the guy who waited on me and the young lady had a lengthy conversation. The lady appeared to ignore me, twice I asked if I needed to see her or drive to the pickup window the second time she responded that I needed to see her. She seemed to have a chip on her shoulder. A few minutes later she presented me my receipt, for -$27.23, we did not notice that until we approached the pickup window. We questioned the receipt but no one could give us an answer. They were too busy to be concerned the lady at the register did say that we were given our order for free, which was not the case. I tried the BBQ chicken sandwich meal and it was absolutely delicious, I found that this store to be a great place for lunch. So must slot of people cause the place was packed with lines all the way around the building outside and inside the line was around the store. I come here because my teenage daughter loves It . Trying to get her to understand when you pay your money you expect great service and good food . My first complaint was rude service . I ask about a sale with chicken , the young lady who took my order said rudely we don't have that here ! I said oh you no longer carry it she said again with a snappy voice we've never carried that here . I said there isn't a salad with chicken on it . She said do you mean Cobb salad . I said I think that's what it's called . I said I'm not at the menu to view it . She says well it's a Cobb salad . I said ok gosh a cob salad then with chicken on it . Complained on survey no kind of reply . My second complaint is I ordered ( From the location ) door dash . The same Cobb salad . Got in left 20 minutes later for work and found out they didn't include salad dressing . I complained on the app and I had to end up stopping at a store to buy salad dressing . I also called and I guess that was the manager . She apologized and that's it no hey can we make it up . How about a $1 coupon . Nothing . I went to the Costumer service website and got an email I need to complain on door dash ! Really !! It's the Applecross location that dud the DoorDash . Later in the week ordered from another company , they forget to put my requested condiments on a sandwich, I called and immediately they took my name for a free sandwich. Chick-fil-a isn't cheap . Working way to many hours when you stop at 8pm for dinner but can't go wrong with Chick FIL A.

Over the top service. Came in after 9 pm and they were out of two items my husband wanted to order. He ordered a shake and we later found out the machine was broken. Our entire meal was comped, we were given free dessert coupons, and every employee was very professional and apologetic. Will definitely be back! read more

I kept seeing signs down Argyle for Free coffee at Chick-fil-a. I was so excited because I LOVE FREE! So I decided to stop this morning because coffee sounded so good. I ordered my free cup of hot coffee and the girl taking my order said "I'll have your total at the window." Ummm... okay I thought and then chuckled. It's always nice having a little chuckle early Monday morning. So I pull up to the window and I'm given my free coffee. No questions asked. Also no sugar or creamer was given or offered either. The guy closed the window before I could even ask for some. So I decided it wasn't a big deal because it was free. And if it's free it's me. I got to my work and added my cream and sweet and low to my coffee. Took my first sip and said, no wonder it's free. It was absolutely awful. It was weak and had a bitter after taste. It tasted like it had been sitting on the burner for a few hours. I'm not going to get discouraged though since maybe it was a bad batch. It was free, so it can't hurt to try another free coffee again. I was definitely glad I didn't pay for it though. This location is overall really good. We eat there several times a week. We love chick-fil-a. We have seen a huge drop in quality in the breakfast chicken burritos. They used to be a decent meal, now it is more tortilla with specks of egg. This has been the same trend for 3 Saturdays in a row. read more

Have to give them a 2. This is the first time I ever went into a Chick-fil-A and the dining room was dirty. Dirty tables all over needing to be bussed. I guess people didn't realize that there appeared to be no dining room attendant like normal. The floors needed swept. No one behind the counter or running food seemed to notice or cared how dirty it was. Just a huge disappointment after knowing the high standards they usually have. read more

The service was slower than most Chick Filet The young man who was taking orders was not unfriendly, but he definitely was not friendly. He never smiled or made eye contact. He was way too concerned with watching what others were doing than giving customers friendly service. The young girl who's name starts with a "B" and has long hair obviously has no clue of how to do her job. I assume because she was busy they threw her out with no training. She kept looking for Dawson to give them their food. Dawson was the young man taking orders referenced above. It did not dawn on her every order was for the same person named Cashier: Dawson. She took our food to another table and asked them something while we watched. They shook her head no and she began setting food down on their table while they were telling her it was not their food. One of our table went over to tell her that was our order. She picked up all but the salad and started to walk away when they stopped her and handed her the salad. She went back into the kitchen with our food. When she finally returned she was walking around looking for Cashier: Dawson when we stopped her and told her that was our order. It took us 30 minutes to get our food. My sandwich was cold buy the time we got it. The lady who ordered in front of us did not get her food until we were finished eating. She was extremely mad. Food would have been good if it were not cold. They should bring a couple of people In from outside taking orders to help the poor girl deliver food to tables. It is more than she can handle alone. Not that food is coming out too fast. She just doesn't appear to be able to understand how to read the tickets or determine who gets what. We may go back, but I doubt it. If you want chicken straight out of the picture from the menu, this place is spot on. If you want chicken with a twist and "modify" your order asking to remove an item i.e. pickles, tomato, or whatever, you better check it closely because 9/10 times they're gonna get it wrong! read more

My top choice for fast food is Chik-fil-A. My absolute favorite item on the menu is the chicken biscuit. I was raised on the west coast in a small town where we didn't know of such things. Imagine my surprise when I first became acquainted with the chicken biscuit. So delicious. I love it with some strawberry jam and a little polynesian sauce. The only downside is that you can't get it after 10:30 am. It's a breakfast item only. My alternative is the 4 piece chicken tender combo with original sauce. FYI, if you're addicted to the original sauce like I am- make sure to ask the server if they have it in stock before you order. They often times run out of this particular sauce at the Applecross location. read more

First time there, very Busy place. Service was Very Fast. Sandwiches had good flavor, but found the Chicken pieces to be on the Small Side. Be better if they gave you a full Breast on a Bun. As I said in my tip, the food and service are phenomenal! They accommodated my wife by giving her a grilled chicken sandwich which is not normally spicy, and made it so. She gave me a taste and it was better than my spicy chicken fillet sandwich! They walk around and give you free refills. We've been served numerous times by Khyree, a young man with a big heart. He goes above and beyond to make our experience here memorable. Then there's Amelia, who complimented my wife on how good her perfume smelled! She took our trash, which was greatly appreciated. Every Thursday they have some child centered activity, which our kids really enjoy. Today there's a DJ. Chick Fil A has a really fun playplace, and of course our visit wouldn't be complete if they didn't pester us to let them go play!:) All in all, this is a great place any which way you slice it. I highly recommend this place to everybody! Oh one more thing, the ice cream really does live up to it's name, "ice DREAM!" Stop by and try one and see if you don't agree! read more

This particular Chick-Fil-A was very busy at lunchtime. We had difficulty finding a parking space and had to wait several minutes for one to open up. The drive-thru was equally buzy. Inside the restaurant the service was relatively quick and our meals arrived within a reasonable timeframe and were all correct. My sandwich was hot and tasty. The bathroom could had been a bit cleaner but was ok given the level of activity within the restaurant. Overall a standard Chick-Fil-A experience. read more
