During my recent order I received a medium fry that literally had five fries. I'm not someone who complains lightly. I contacted the Chick-fil-A Cares hotline and the store directly about these issues last year. I followed up for two months with no response. Out of fairness, I gave them another chance, but nothing has improved. It's disappointing to see such a decline in service, especially at a location I used to visit regularly.
